Horrible customer service. Always come here for nail supplies but recently I purchased DND sheer collection and the batch was bad and came in to try to exchange for a working gel polish and they refused to do anything. I was not asking for my money back just needed an exchange for a gel polish that actually works. Lost loyal customer. read more

The owner was not very friendly, also there is no acknowledgement welcoming a customer as they walk in. I stood at the register and the owner was behind me restocking. I mentioned that i purchased the products yesterday and that i had two of the products to return, my friend whom i bought them for no longer had a need for them.The owner was upset and pointed to the sign which was behind me. I mentioned I was not aware of the no refund or exchange policy because it was not mentioned at the time of purchase nor was it on the receipt. which says they do not refund or exchange, however, they do have a sign on the cpuntet that says we ONLY ACCEPT CASH OR DEBIT. I mentioned that perhaps they sgould indicate and remind the customer at the time of purchase that "all sales are final, no exchange or refunds", or at least put the sign behind the register or next to the "we only take cash or debit" sign. Additionally, it is not mentioned on the receipt. I would mention that they are not helpful or friendly so if ypu go in thete not knowing what you need, don't expect them to assist you and if you plan to go bring cash or your debit card. read more

Worst customer service, do not spend your money here. I asked which Apres shade was black, employee picked out the "black" shade for me. I get home and it's blue, no big deal I'll just go exchange it, mistakes happen. WRONG, they refused to exchange or refund me for THEIR MISTAKE. Saying it's up to the customer to make the correct choice, however you can't open any bottles and the lighting in the store is awful, can barely see. On top of that YOUR EMPLOYEE said it was black, literally opened the swatch book and pointed to the shade saying it's black. On their website it even states "In the rare instance that you receive the incorrect product due to an error on our part", they will refund the product. Spent probably close to $1k here but will never return. You're much better off ordering online from company's that have good customer service and don't just operate off greed. Store is also dirty and disorganized, often has a foul odor like something died or someone hasn't showered for months. read more

I'm so glad this place is open! Especially now through COVID it's super helpful since nail salons are shut down and most people are doing their own nails! I visited this place and was shocked by the amount of nail supply they carry. They have everything from nail accessories/gel, acrylic nail supplies/ and plenty of salon grade bulk products. In the sea of polishes to choose from I got a couple of OPI gel polishes and some from a brand I never tried before. I have tried both of polishes and I'm super happy with the quality! If you find yourself in the area or need anything nail related give this place a try they are likely to have it! read more

The first time I walked into the Supply store to buy a filer, but when I got home the file was broken and unusable I took it back to the shop and asked her to exchange it for me another one. But she talked very rudely and did not want to return it to me. She also did not intend to help me send it back to the repair shop for me, but made me take what she gave me as well as the machine. damaged and sold it to me next time I will never enter this shop the owner is very rude and it cost me $87 to buy a broken machine that is no longer usable. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Literally every big nail brand you can think of is here. Dip powder, Acrylic powder, Gel polish, and Regular nail polish, it's all here neatly organized with a color chart to help narrow it down for you. Staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They also have so many equipment options! Nail art supplies is there too! Even spa equipment and materials are here. A one stop shop :') I gotta give myself a budget next time I go in lol! read more

I went in after seeing it on Facebook & it did not disappoint! You could easily spend hours in here looking for a new polish and leaving with 10! There is such a huge variety of not only nail polish colors but also appliances. The owners are so sweet too! This place is awesome! Not only does it have all nail supplies , but very good quality stuff. OPI, DND, LECHAT, etc. the ladies work with you and assist & take care of you abundantly! Checked this spot out today and I really liked it. Store was nice and clean and the employees all were wearing masks I'm guessing it's still in the process of opening but had a little of everything you need for nails. The nice lady working in there answered all my questions and even made sure I knew how to use the products I was buying which is super helpful for beginners. Love the lady that works here! She was SO HELPFUL. I started doing my nails since quarantine and I must admit, I've been struggling. But after my visit here, I feel much more confident! She even gave me a demo on how to paint since I told her I always flood the cuticle and have streaks in my polish . I 10/10 recommend this place! I like that they have color swatches for all their gel/polishes so you can really see how it looks cuz sometimes the bottle is different than the actual product. no refunds though so be sure of what you want to buy! you don't need a license to buy, but if you are licensed you get 10% discount i believe. they have deals and promotions every now and then too read more
