This place is AMAZING. Danny and Andy went above and beyond for my mom and me from start to finish. They were so attentive, constantly checking in and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. The service was top-tier they really listened to what we wanted and delivered perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their work. I've been coming here ever since I moved to the area, and this nail salon has consistently been amazing. The place is always very clean, neat, and welcoming. All the workers are so sweet, respectful, and never make me feel uncomfortable or question how I want my nails. They always listen and make sure I leave happy. I usually come for pedicures, and I can honestly say every staff member does an amazing job. I normally call ahead, but even the couple of times I walked in without an appointment, they took me in right away. The service is always smooth and professional. One thing I really appreciate is that they text little discounts here and there, which is such a nice touch and shows they value their customers. The salon also has refreshments and snacks, plus relaxing music in the background. The workers communicate with you, make you feel comfortable, and create a friendly, calm environment. It's nothing personal but this is the worst nail place I've ever been to. A day before I left to go on my Europe trip I came in for a New Gel set. I even explained to the nail technician that'll I'll be traveling with a suitcase and to use extra glue. Within 4 days of my trip, not 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 But 6 nails had fallen off. I even made an international phone calling explaining what an inconvenience having to get 6 nail repairs while traveling country to country. Since I was traveling and knew I couldn't come in for repairs, I needed them to hear how disappointing their work was but instead was told it wasn't their issue. They not only lack in customer service but quality of work. If this is their one job and it's to do nails, It's pathetic. There's way too many options in Temecula. I moved to Temecula several months ago and was having a hard time finding a good, quality nail salon in town. By chance, I drove by Nail Palace so I tried them and am so happy I did! Van is my manicurist and she does a fantastic job! She is also very talkative and sweet! I also receive a wonderful pedicure each time I go! I booked an early morning appointment for a pedi and mani. The salon was clean and the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend booking an appointment at Nail Palace! I wanted to get the callus remover with my pedicure, so I indulged in the deluxe package and the added massage time was just what I needed. Having that added cost meant I had to pair back my manicure yet the classic manicure made me feel like a human again. The person working on my nails did such a great job removing the excess cuticles with care and making my nails look/ feel like a million dollars. I moved to Temecula in october of '23 and have been to so many different nail shops in the area trying to find my home shop. well, mission accomplished! they never have to worry about me going anywhere else in this area. i can't say enough nice things about this place, from the quality of the nail work to how welcoming and friendly the staff are. i would mention by name who i prefer to work with, but it genuinely doesn't matter because each and every one of the people in this shop do such a phenomenal job. i've never been to a nail shops in my entire life where the quality remains so consistent no matter who your nail tech is. they never fail to make me feel welcomed & pampered, asking important questions before starting, not to mention the speed at which they work; today i went in for a full set & pedicure and i was done with each service before i knew it! (todays set was the pink nails.) they will also have this show playing on the TV that is so relaxing and interesting. it is basically based on this woman who lives a sort of nomadic lifestyle and is always cooking the most tasty looking cuisine all from ingredients farmed on their land. 10/10 selection, i am absolutely hooked lol. i also wanted to express my gratitude because a few months ago i came in and started to choke and could not catch my breath, which was so embarrassing lol but they were so kind to give me water and help me to regulate my breathing. i have a medical condition that causes my throat to slightly close up unexpectedly and it is always embarrassing when it happens in public, but i really appreciate their kindness and not making me feel like a spectacle when it happened. Needed my nails done in a pinch, and when I called, they had an opening for that same day. When I walked in, it was empty (it was a Monday around 3:30). I went in for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure was fine- my nails turned out nice. It wasn't the color I was going for, I had picked the color and the bottle had a different number... but the guy said it was a mix up and that it was the color I wanted(so who knows). I was in a hurry and it wasn't that big of a deal. But my pedicure, I was not happy with. The man doing my pedi didn't seem like it was something he did often. For a $50 pedi (when no one is in the store) it felt rushed and lacked any effort. The sugar scrub was disappointing... he rubbed it on my legs and then rubbed it off. I'm used it being rubbed in. He didn't cut my cuticles until right before he put on the polish instead of after he used the tool to push it back. And then when he was putting on the polish, it was thick and sloppy. I asked for him to clean it up with the brush and him and the other guy just looked at me like I was crazy and not making any sense. I'm used to a more thorough mani/pedi- esp if my bill is $94. I just moved to the area and this was my first place to try. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I get my nails done every 3 wks but my nail girl recently moved so I'm looking for a new salon in Temecula. My mother and I tried this spot and had the worst experience. Her pedicure looked awful. Mine looked okay but started chipping two days later. I didn't go in a pool or workout. Or even wore shoes as I was home the whole time. I also got a full set by the younger Asian guy who was rude which I don't care about just do a good job on my nails. Well he was awful. My nails started lifting 3 days later. Every time I'd run my fingers thru my hair, my hair would get stuck under my nails. I don't know if this guy was new and has no clue what he's doing or they just use really cheap product. I've never had this happen to me before. Total waste of money. read more

The first visit was great but the rest of my manicure and pedicure wasn't. Each time that I failed my nail it looks like it's been a while and my nails were far from my skin and after two weeks I have to fill it again which I never had that experience for the last 15 years. Also, they always do what they want and what they think is nice and I have to come back after a few days, or a week again and change because I don't like the color or shape. I had falling nail after two or three days each time after filling and I thought maybe this is my fault but it wasn't. After two or three times they said I have to change my Nail set which is awful experience and I have to pay $75! So, it costs a lot of money and time to many call my Nail a month! The worst is they put a ATM there and forced you to pay by cash or withdraw from their ATM! I found out the place unwelcoming and they had conversation together and not with costumers. Long story short, NOT a good experience. I really wanted to lo like this place as I was new to the area and looking for a regular spot. There are 3 pedicures: $35, $50, and $80. I started with the $35 but when I realized it didn't include callous remover, which was $10, I reluctantly upgraded to the $50. During the pedicure, the manicurist caught my attention was she was a bit rough with removing cuticles. I really freak out if I get cut, it's such an easy way for a bad infection. Plus my previous manicurist of almost 3 years never made me bleed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize she cut my pinky toe until hours later when I saw blood on my nail. I also had to rough out this pointy edge on my big toe and remove a hang nail myself. My manicure was $25, it was good as I could see more of what the manicurist was doing. I had a hang nail that was neglected by the manicurist, so I asked if she could address that and she replied by saying that's a hang nail....i was left thinking yeah it's right by the nail. Cheap nail color also was a bummer. It bubbled and has been coming off throughout the week rather oddly (doesn't chip off, rubs off...wierd). Wish they carried Opal or Essie. 10% off total due to grand opening. Sadly, it's a never return/ wasn't worth what I paid. read more

lazy low quality pedicures i've been coming to this place for about a year off and on since i moved to temecula the gentleman that does nails is great but from day 1 pedicure has been trash now of time i get lux pedicures with callus remover but everyone knows you don't need that service every time u go callus remove drys your skin out so at times i get regular classic pedicures not 1-2 but 3 occasion when i classic pedi this lady does not attemp to scrub your feet in any way shape or form once when dead skin removal is not performed mind you i took a picture of te classic menu that says that service is included i will attach photos when when I'm done with the review I'm totally upset. I'm disappointed. She told me straight up that she doesn't scrub feet when it says dead skin removal and this is not the first time that this happened. I would never go there ever again they will I literally left the nail shop without my feet being scrub, and here's the pictures that proof read more
