I've been to this salon twice and the first time was great. I was impressed by the amount of color choices they had available & it was the top rated salon in the area so I had high expectations. I opted for clear gel nails with a French tip and it turned out beautiful. It was on the higher price range ($75+ for gel manicure w/ French tip & chrome) but I thought she did a good job, so I decided to come back. Second time around I came back to get a fresh gel coat but my experience was different. The technician was very kind (I want to emphasize she was very kind & apologetic) but seemed distracted. She used the acrylic sanding tool to shave off my gel and continued to file my nail down THIN. She was having conversation with a co-worker that she didn't realize she cut a pretty decent chunk of my cuticle off as well. It was non-stop bleeding and while she was very apologetic, but truthfully it was painful and continued to reopen for the next week. Well it's been about 2 weeks and I decided to try a different salon. After removing my gel we saw the damage that was done. My nails were filed down so thin that the manicurist recommended that I don't do anything to my nails and let them heal. My nails don't even look like nails, they look like shaved damaged cardboard. They have indents so deep that cannot be buffered. The manicurist was unable to remove all of the gel because my nail bed was so thin it grew apart of my nail. I'm so upset. I'm not one to write negative reviews but this isn't okay. read more

DO NOT GO! Okay- I'm going to say a bunch, based off of my experience alone at the salon. I went there for the first time around a year ago, and it was clean, tidy, and very peaceful. I got my nails done, and it was great! I went around a month ago, just to get my Gel-X nails done. The woman, Trang Pham on Venmo, (she introduced herself with a different name but I dont remember) did an amazing job and talked to me about everything I need to know about my nails and how to balance them out correctly and everything! She did a very good job. The actual salon, though? Dirty. Dusty. The workers are barefoot or wearing sandals and a random outfit that looks like it hasn't been washed in forever, and like they just hopped up out of bed and came on into work. None of them seem inviting, welcoming, or anything. Everything felt rushed, everything felt like I (the customer) was doing something wrong. Fast forward to this Saturday, I go in to give it another shot because of how AMAZING the nail tech was. I asked if she was available over the phone, they said yes! I come in after setting an apt and all of a sudden she isn't available and I am given a different tech. Before I got my Gel-X nails done, though, I got a gel pedicure. I paid 47$ just for a soak-lotion-towel-something pedicure, and instead I got cold towels, cold lotion, and a rushed service. The new (& unfortunately the woman I didn't ask for) nail tech started on my nails just as I was finishing up my toes, and keep in mind I had an appointment for this. I am then kicked out of the reclining chair mid-nails, and I'm basically forced to carry around a bunch of stuff she left on my lap. I go get my nails done, and get my cuticle chopped up and my nail bed filed down to a piece of paper. She throws my nails on (in a rush) after basically no prep. That was 80 something $$. 132$ total not including tip for the most rushed and unprofessional experience. It is now Tuesday. Three of my nails have lifted off, and with my long hair I have to take them off otherwise I'm in extreme discomfort. I think I just found my new nail salon - well, nail artist. I recently moved from the OC to Temecula and have been trying to find a good nail artist here. I've been here twice and both times everyone was super friendly. The first time I was paired with Mimi for my nails. She did such a great job that I had to schedule with her again. My mom is a nail artist in Brea so I'm very particular on how I like my nails done. Mimi is extremely meticulous and can do a lot of different nail art/designs. I'm pretty simple when it comes to design, but now that I know how skilled she is, I'd be willing to venture out to try other styles. I had a late afternoon appointment the other day and Mimi was so kind and stayed late to finish up my nails. She never once rushed with my nails nor did I feel like I was being rushed. Thanks again, Mimi! The salon is fairly big and they do offer refreshments. I wanted to like them but after 4 tries I give up. Don does a good job. This review is on the salon itself. I've been here 4 times, first time was great. The 2nd time I made an appt. I received a text that the technician was dealing with a difficult customer and that they had to ask me to reschedule. I get that things happen and appreciated the early notice. The 3rd time I was there the gel nail polish only lasted 4 days and the nail polish used on my toes (non-gel) wasn't completely dry after a day and was ruined after I wore socks. I honestly do not know how that happened and/or why. This last time, I made an appt for a manicure and pedicure. They worked on my manicure first, and after I was done they told me i would have to wait 15 minutes for a pedicure. I agreed but after 20 minutes I left. I made an appt for it so I don't understand why they didn't manage their time better. While I was there I heard them take 3 walk ins. Honestly, they're not the cheapest either. I go here because of convenience but the treatment, time management, and quality of their product makes it hard to justify the visits here read more

Don't get me wrong I loved this place. I only get my nails done 3 times a year and this is the place I always choose. Last December I got my nails done for Christmas, unfortunately they peeled off the very next day. I did absolutely nothing to damage them as I am very careful when I get my nails done. It's such a luxury for me to spend money on myself. I paid an extra 15 dollars for a design. To my disappointment I went back and they were willing to redo my nails but they wouldn't pay me back for the extra 15 dollar design. I only wanted the 15 back to tip again!!!! I am not greedy and I felt bad as it is during the holidays and I still wanted to tip again! I can't go back here but I'm certain others will have a nice enjoyable time here. read more

Saturday, 10-12-2024: My talons were in bad need of a pedicure. I made an appointment for the deluxe spa pedicure for $60 with Mya. It was so nice and relaxing and I was given a complimentary drink. The salon is so bright and clean and I love coming here. Their massage chair is comforting and makes me feel so calm! Mya is so sweet & did a fantastic job on my toenails. Called in appointments for sister and I for 5pm. We got there a tiny bit early and they took us right away, no wait yay! My sugar scrub pedicure was great. Interior was clean and updated, very nice inside. Nail lady was adequate and speedy so much so mines was rushed and finished 10 mins before my sisters one which I got 2 foot rubs and she had less time with the massage part. Couple nails for me weren't perfect but looks ok from afar. Still better than some other places I've been. $55 gel manicure with a small bottle of water. No tax added for cash payment. read more

Rosa was so friendly and attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I showed her a reference photo and explained the look I was going for, and she nailed it (pun intended ). The shape, color, and little details came out exactly how I pictured -- even better, honestly. She checked in with me along the way to make sure I was happy, which I really appreciated. i've been a loyal customer for about two years here and I've got the worst case of the greenies which is a good nice term to put it but no, I got a disgusting infection on my thumb and half of my nail fell off. Do not go here this place is only going downhill. Everything is dirty. The floors look gross. The walls look gross. The sinks look gross. Clearly all the tools are disgusting and not clean. Sidenote, they made me pay $50 for them to demolish my nail only to get mad that I wouldn't put more fake nails on my nails after getting a disgusting infection and yes, I am a nice person. Went here as a last minute decision after cracking on of my nails on the nail bed, and decided to also get pedicures with my sister. Both of our toes look great and we loved the pedicures. Unfortunately, I am not too happy with my hands. I love the color and the cateye(though despite the hundreds of options, they didnt have the original color I picked out), but the lady that did them never clipped my cuticles or hang nails and only used an efile which dried out my fingers and peeled the sides so badly. On top of that, there's globs of gel and top coat left under my nails, and of the edges of my skin, and when she filed the sided of my nails to get off any that was stuck to my skin, she missed the parts that were stuck to my skin and only ended up scraping the gel she had just finished. I pointed it out, and she fixed 2 and left the rest of them, and she also ended up cutting one of my cuticles with the nail file. She fixed the break in my nail which was my top priority, but for $75 I'm unhappy with what I was left with. But our toes were perfect so we at least got that. read more

Ok the end result wasn't garbage, so yall get an extra star. I had an appointment- first time here. I was promptly greeted and very quickly sat at a station ... ok, so that's awesome. But then I sat at the chair for over 20 minutes waiting for the tech. This place was insanely busy. Full set, GelX - the tech was careful and even mindful of the placement of the nails. I wanted medium length coffin, which they only had long. Annoying because it's extra for long and because he had to cut them down, they look more square than coffin. To paint - I asked him if it was possible to do the ombré look and showed an example. He said no problem! Ok, rest assured they know how to do a simple ombré. NOPE!! This took 3 hours and 4 different techs coming around until finally someone came and did what they were trying to do in like 15 minutes. However, because of the insane amount of trial and error, they ended up having to FILE my cuticles and fingers to try to get off the paint that was cured onto my skin. Not to mention the amount of acetone they were spraying at me for 2 hours while they tried to get this right. Every time I was asked, I just said "it's fine" because I wanted to be DONE! I wasn't being picky at all, in fact, I would have just painted them one color had I known this would happen. Thankfully I was only charged for the full set and not extra for the ombré. I ended up coming home and filing some of the nails that were weird and having to soak and scrub the white paint off for days... really sad this was such a $hitty experience. read more
