BEWARE - Unsanitary salon. The tools that was used was very dirty. The nail tech caused me having a lot of pain. When I mentioned about the pain she kept continue working on my nails without stopping and listening to me. Very rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was very aggressive and annoyed. My concern was getting a disease from this facility. My recommendation is find another salon that is very clean and will get the job done properly without any pain. I'm so sorry to say this but this was the most disgusting salon I've ever been to. Its outdated, run down, old seats with rips. I was seated in a pedicure chair right away but she did not start for like 15 minutes- thankfully because i was able to escape. I came up with a quick excuse and ran for the hills. The used equipment in dirty pedicure carts, the nail clippings and nail dust everywhere, the cold pedicure water, and the dirty towel with more nail clippings, ready for my feet was enough for me. This was such a bad experience and I will never go back. I'm very hesitant to write poor reviews but they honestly earned it. I haven't had my nails done in years and have been feeling sad and decided I should try to treat myself. I used to get acrylics all the time 10 years ago but haven't in forever and had the random desire to have them again. After some decision and other more highly rated shops not having appointments, I went here intending to just get a regular gel manicure as it was getting late in the day and I didn't want to keep the shop open too late making them give me fake nails. When Diane got to me she basically subtlety insulted the fact that I like to keep my natural nails very short (even though I have pretty long nail beds and they look fine). She pushed me to get acrylics even though I hadn't even told her I was considering them. Since I was on the fence and she was offering I just said ok go for it. She persuaded me by saying that the gel would stay on longer if I had an "overlay" which in retrospect probably is just a blatant lie. So I'm not sure what on earth I did to piss this lady off because I was nothing but nice to her and she successfully upsold me. But basically the nails looked ugly and she was rushing through the paint job. She shaping was crooked and I kept thinking she'd fix it and never did. Then I told her that the 2 nails I had asked for to have very opaque glitter looked kind of see through and did she have a different option. Man this really upset her. How dare I the customer paying for a service request a different color for only 2 out of 10 nails. She argued with me that this was "exactly like the photo" I showed her for reference. It wasn't. Then she proceeded to resolve the issue by piling on 5 layers of glitter gel on my nail so it ended up looking insanely thick and just hideous. You know whats the worst part? This crap job was $60 and for some ungodly reason I still tipped. I just don't have it in my heart to not tip but honestly I shouldn't have paid at all. She even showed me these awesome 4th of July nails she did on a client before me which she clearly spent hours on, yet she could barely be bothered to spend half an hour to do my basic nails right even though she walked away with double the money I planned to spend. I was so irritated I went to another shop and had them fix the 2 nails. And I know I'm not crazy or too picky because the women at the other shop all thought I had 1 week old nails, not nails that were literally just finished minutes prior. The paint didn't even go all the way to my cuticles and the sides look sloppy as heck. The people at the 2nd shop were actually appalled that she would charge $60 for that garbage and the technician fixing this mess was telling everyone in the shop. The 2nd place only charged me $3 to fix those 2 nails and I gave them a big tip because they deserved it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Decided to come here after work on a Wednesday since it was near my husbands barber shop. My pedicure by Lily was great, very clean and did a great job. My gel manicure however.. HOT ASS MESS. So much old polish was left over. Only one coat of the French tip and one top coat. Not to mention they put a coat over my dirty ass nail beds after they buffered them without wiping them clean. Owner, Diane, tried to upsell me in every which way: "better" pedicure to get my calluses taken off, acrylics, wax, flower on my toes.. you name it, she tried to force it. Then proceeded to overcharge me by one dollar the amount she originally said with an additional $.95 charge for paying with credit card then started talking smack in Vietnamese and walked away. I came across this salon on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to give it a try. Cons: little tricky to get to. I'm geographically challenged so I got lost. Tip: The name of the nail salon is Sally Fashion Nails, Creative Nail Art and Spa is what they do :) Pros: It was a great place with excellent service and very clean. Diane made sure my niece, her mom, and I were all well taken care of. They did a great job on their pedicures, they even threw in some nail art for my niece for free! Their prices for services were pretty good, $28 for a pedicure with callous remover, and $25 for a manicure which included gel polish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back when my niece needs a fill! read more

Diane has been doing my acrylics for the last couple months and they typically last a full 3 weeks before I need another fill. I've never had my nails last that long at other salons and used to always have nails breaking or popping off. I haven't had any issues with my nails since coming to Creative Nails and I contribute that to the fact that Diane takes her time each time she does my nails, making sure that I'm leaving with beautiful looking nails each visit.
