I went in to Temecula nail bar for a pedicure. The service of the staff was good and everyone was friendly. The complimentary drink list is great and you have lots of choices. Plan on paying cash or you can pay with Zelle, otherwise there's a card fee and a sign stating you may not leave tips on a card. This place is racist. I was mistreated twice there. They don't hold to their appointments and today took the cake. She placed a Caucasian person in front of me and had me sitting in the pedicure bowl without acknowledgment, also asked everyone in the salon what they wanted to drink besides me. I have never been more disappointed in a nail salon. I got my nails done exactly a week ago. I got them done for a trip, barely a week into having my acrylic manicure that they charged me $105 for they started popping CLEAN off they charged me $105 because I got French tip acrylic with a pearl chrome when you can barley even see the pearl chrome ) beware they will do your nails poorly and they will up charge you and then they will tell you that they cannot refund you because their shop policy says that they can only "fix their mistakes" it's ridiculous considering I got these nails done for a trip was leaving on said trip and before I even got to my destination, my nails were ruined. What is the point of me coming back into town a week and a half later to have a nail set for a trip that's already over?? I never wear fake nails. Ugh the owner sucks !!! Horrible experience! Worst pedicure of my life. They are using gel polish (even though I requested no gel polish) without curing it properly under UV light and so it doesn't dry and harden. Several hours later my polish was not dry and was coming off and sticking to every surface it touched, including my new sheets which are now ruined. I went back and gave them a chance to fix the situation, but they redid the pedicure the exact same way, and the same thing happened. Kat Tran kept telling me to wait there longer and longer for the polish to dry, even though I told her what happened before and showed her the picture I'm attaching. I was there over an hour waiting for it to dry and it did not. I asked for a refund and Kat refused saying she had to get permission from an unreachable person, that actually she thinks they have a no refund policy (?), that she had to help other clients even though the place was mostly empty and there were other employees there, and that I really just need to keep waiting for it to dry! They rip you off with up charges. Daughter went in with short nails coffin shaped to get a fill, 1 nail repaired and French color. They tell you a fill is 40 including gel, nail repair is $5 but in the end she was charged 75. The girl couldn't even tell us how they came up with the total other than the charge 10 extra for length (which hers are short) $5 repair, $5 for the shape which they were already coffin this still doesn't add up. I went in to show them her nails had dips in them not shaped well at all and to ask about the charges the lady wouldn't even refund the extra they couldn't explain the charges on. They are very rude! Me and my cousin had the same lady but they started hers until mine was done but a lady named Kat was just standing there the only thing she did was give us drinks and cut my cousin nails super rough she was even telling me she hurt her. The lady I had was Kelly and she was in a bad mood the whole time and would not talk to me. The vibe was horrible. Then she got her drills and started to drill at my nails until I would bleed. Then she would squeeze my fingers.after a hour of that she did one or two layers of bubble bath but you can still see through my nails. Then she told me to put my hand in the uv lamp the told me no and grabbed my hand. Then she was doing my second line of blue and wiped the blue nail polish on my hand. She finished after two hours and tells my cousin to switch spots with me. And then starts talking to her but would not talk to me at all like would not even ask how long I want them. She is doing my cousin nails and we are talking about how much money my dad gave me. Also the first this I asked was how much for the gel x and she said 65 so I said ok. Then after she goes to my aunt and says it will be 45 for my cousin so I say to her good I will have some left over money for the fair. Then we get to the counter and she says 80 for everyone. I was able to get an appointment and come in the next day. I'd recommend an appointment. They got very busy as the morning went on. I had a 10am appointment and there were already two people getting their nails done so I had to wait for 10 minutes. Not too terrible, but if I would've had something after to be prompt to it would have been an issue. Plan accordingly! They have a large selection on gel polishes with the matching normal polish so your fingers and toes can match. Powder is also widely available here but it's not my cup of tea. I had Lisa and she was detail oriented to make sure I liked the length and shape of the nail. I don't go for pedicures/manicures too often, but when I do this was my usual spot. I've been usually satisfied with the service I received here until I called in to set an appointment for a birthday treat, painted toe nails (listed as pedicure under kids' services on their menu) for my 4 year old daughter and adult pedicure for myself. The front desk lady laughed when I told her my daughter's age. I asked her what was funny and she said "oh it's just she's a baby". Ok, I cancelled on the spot, said goodbye and hung up. Absolutely horrible. They charge you to pay them. My MOH booked to get our nails done and they told her she needed to pay a deposit, which is fine, but apparently they only do it through venmo and they charge her $7.50 to pay her deposit. I wouldn't care if it was just that.. but our nails, after paying like $200 dollars to get metallic gel, cracked after an hour!!! We literally only had our nails done for the that night and then had to buy press on for the wedding NEXT DAY. My other bridesmaid got the CHUNKIEST acrylic nail she's ever gotten. She gained weight by getting her nails done here. And they cut off a huge price of her real nail. We thought the guy just left it crooked, but no! He cut off her nail so they couldn't but the acrylic on one side of her nail!!! Don't come here. The shop keeper is Hella rude too. Was my go to place but after today I'm not too sure :( Had an appointment for gel manicure and signature pedicure. I was seen right away and was the only person in there for quite some time. The lady who did my toes was really nice but the male who did my nails was a little more off putting. First I noticed upon arriving was how dirty the floors were. Previously the place was always so spotless and clean. Not sure if they are under new management but the pictures don't do it justice....all areas of the floors had dirt, old clippings, rags and trash. Secondly I requested a brown based nail polish and I heard the lady tell the man "this is the closest color". The gel color they ended up putting on my hands I've had before so while I was disappointed it wasn't the brownish color I wanted - I would survive. However my toes are purple...not remotely the same color as my hands nor the first color I requested. By the time my toes were being painted I just wanted to get out of there and didn't say anything. Thirdly, this is probably the worst gel I've ever had. The shape is not consistent nor is the polish. They did my hands and feet at the same time so when one needed me to move it would interfere with the other. The male seemed bothered by this however they chose to do both at the same time. Overall I'm not pleased. This was my hidden gem in Temecula as it reminded me salons in LA I used to go to. I will need to reconsider other options in the area. read more

I love my nails however I am not a fan of Felicie's online appointment requests. Why does it give you an option to pick a specific person to do your nails when someone else ends up doing them? The last few times I have gone in I have specifically requested Lisa to do my manicure and she isn't there when I arrive for my appointment. I let it slide once but the other day I specifically said I'm here for my appointment with Lisa and I was told she was out doing something. Someone else ended up doing my nails (she did a nice job) and sure enough Lisa walks in 15 minutes later and starts working on another clients nails. She never bothered to apologize to me. Dried blood with no real clean up. She did apologize and my cuticles needed trimming but still - I've been having manicures for years and never had someone cut my cuticle this badly. In addition to that - she just got up in the middle of my appt without telling me someone else was taking over and left to get something to drink. It was odd. My nails are painted but super rough. Nothing was smoothed out or filed before the other tech took over and just started painting them. My other nails are now catching on fabric and in my hair.
