This is my second time going to this place. First time my experience was good but this time around was the total opposite. I paid $95 for the worse full set and pedicure I have ever had. Before starting on my full set I showed the the girl what I wanted and asked if she was able to do them if not it was okay and I'll just get a regular color full set, she said she was able to do it. Once she started working on my nails she seemed lost as she did not know what she was doing! She cut me a few times and was a bit rude to me when I complained and started talking to her coworker in their language. The ladies here are so kind and the salon is very nice, but the talent lacks. I've gotten some pretty acrylics in the past from here, but my last set was what made me not want to return. The photos speak for themselves, but the nail length didn't match both hands, my left hand wasn't cured correctly so when I left everything kept sticking to them. I had to cut and file every nail to match and fix. I asked for square shape and each nail was round. $60 dollars and I ended just taking them off. I was very kind and didn't want to make a fuss but I can't believe she let me leave with nails like this. I wish I would've gotten a refund. read more

I've been here a number of times, and they have done an okay to great job on mani/pedi's in the past. Today, 10/10/2021, I went in again for a mani/pedi. The pedicure turned out amazing, and was decently priced. However, a new lady did my nails today, and I'm not thrilled. On multiple occasions she tried to push me to get tips, which I did not want. Additionally, it was evident that she was not comfortable doing dip powder nails, and repeatedly asked if I wanted gel instead. She did the dip powder, but they are so uneven and bumpy. She was super rushed, and kept hitting my cuticles with the electric nail drill. At one point she saw that I was bleeding, quickly looked at me and dapped off the blood (she continued to hit my cuticles after this). I got my nails done around 12:30, it is now 5:00, and my cuticles are peeling, inflamed, and really uncomfortable. On a positive note, at least the color was a good choice, and the toes look great! read more

Not happy at all. Very sloppy job, super messy, guy who did my nails was rushing because of a walk-in. Overall poor communication. He didn't bother to ask what I wanted, he just did what he wanted. I asked him for the coffin shape, and he responded "why didn't you tell me earlier", I'm sorry but I'm not the nail tech, he is. The tip barely had acrylic, wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have a license to do nails. This was my second and last time going. My issue was when she was finished, she walked with me over to the cash register. I want to mention that I speak fluent Vietnamese, but I am mixed so I do not look Vietnamese, it surprises people when I bust it out. After generously tipping her, Low and behold she muttered an foul insult about me to her coworker in Vietnamese. Like wth? Excuse me but do I know you lady? Very rude and unprofessional way to treat their clients. Of course I kept my cool, Valarie is not going to get me out of character, anyway, I told the manager that your employees need to be careful who they speak Vietnamese around. I will not be returning to this nail salon, I want to be in an environment where I do not have to feel self-conscious about myself when I get my nails and toes done. This is my second time at this salon and I decided to go here because it's close to my home. Sadly, unlike my first experience at this salon, this time, I was very disappointed. So much so, that I didn't tip. I went in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I also wanted to pamper myself so I got the "Deluxe Spa Pedicure." Reasons for bad review: 1) they had me soak my feet while I got my gel manicure done. I thought someone was going to be doing my toenails right away, but I waited at least 40 minutes until someone got there. Took my feet out, because my toes were starting to look like raisins. 2) pedicure was horrible. After waiting for a while, she cut the cuticles around my toes in less than 1 minute. I told her that my feet were too wet and sat in water for too long and that she couldn't see all the dry skin and cuticles. But she said there wasn't any. I told her I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and there should be more "stuff," but she ignored me. 3) I asked her to put some acrylic on the top right corner of my big toe, because a small part of my toenail had chipped off. She said she would just cut it and I said no, because that would leave my nail cut at an awkward angle and also make the nail very short. I asked again for just some acrylic at the top right corner. Another manicurist later came and did the work. At that point I was reading my book and didn't pay attention to what she was doing. I don't like to micromanage what I expect and pay people to do. They charged me $5 for the acrylic. I made a comment about how acrylic on the top right corner of my toe was $5 and then the lady who actually did the work said she put acrylic on the ENTIRE toenail. Which I didn't ask for, nor was I quoted for it. Now my nail will grow with a lump/divot thanks to the acrylic. And I question why she asked someone else to do the acrylic; how come she didn't know how to put acrylic on my nail? I don't want to sound ignorant, but don't you learn that in school? Isn't that what the license is supposed to prove you know how to do? Does she have a license? 4) The package I got came with "callous remover" and the bottom of my heals now feel almost the same as they did before the treatment. She was scrubbing the sides of my feet with the callous remover solution and pumice, instead of the heals. She was also scrubbing the middle of my feet and I am ticklish. Made no sense why she would remove callous from areas where I don't have any, instead of focusing on where I do, which is my heal and the outside of my big toes. 5) when she poured the lotion for the "12 minute" massage, the lotion was extremely hot, scolding. I moved my leg out of the way after she burned it. She smiled and said, "it's okay." No, it's not. You burned me. To add, the massage lasted about 7 minutes. Not the 12 that was written on their pedicure menu. 6) once the lotion and other spa treatments that came with what I selected were completed, she slapped my feet just randomly. Not like massaging, but as if she were trying to get something off of them. Sorry, that was weird. 7) when she was about to paint my nails, I confirmed it was gel polish and thank goodness I did, because she then switched the bottle and got the gel manicure curing lamp. 8) instead of finding a way to place the curing lamp or my toes in a comfortable yet stable position, she kept moving my feet each and every time she would paint and then cure the polish. I get this to some degree, because you don't want to mess up the polish, but isn't there an easier way that doesn't make your customer uncomfortable with the constant moving back and forth? 9) when I went to pay, she said my total was $78!!! I asked her to break it down, and that's where I learned about the $5 acrylic toe, and the $15 gel polish on toes. Look, all places charge extra for gel on toes, I get that. But $15?!? That is excessive compared to the other places I've been to in the area. And they NEVER told me when I asked for it what the price would be. Otherwise, I would have reconsidered and/or wouldn't have been in shock. 10) she charged my card without asking if I was going to leave a tip. I asked and she said she can run my card again. I told her not to and that I would go to the ATM and get cash. When I left to the ATM I looked at my nails again and then decided I would not tip for bad work. I felt bad at first, but the more I look at my nails the more I am assured that bad work should not be rewarded. 11) my gel manicure was just okay. I had to let her know about a bubble in the nail right before she cured it and also, one of them is rough around the edges. I wasn't disappointed so much with the manicure, but was not impressed either. The reason they got 2 stars was because I was helped right away (except for the part where my toes ended up looking like raisins) and they didn't rush. read more

This place is a hidden gem, I don't know why there aren't more reviews written! I went today to get a gel mani and came out super ecstatic! The girls there are all so nice! I've only had Dona and Kim work on my nails, but whenever I come in I'm greeted right away! I usually go on days when they're not really busy and they're usually able to accommodate me. Today I was told I would have to wait 30mins to start on my nails because two techs were only working and ladies were already being taken care of. I was fine with a 30min wait and sat down. Then, Dona came rushing in (I guess she had a bunch of meetings today) and started working on the client Kim was working on, so Kim started working on me. In my eyes, their customer service is impeccable! I definitely think that if you want to get your nails done, it shouldn't be a rushed/fast experience, it should be a relaxing and pampering one, and you shouldn't worry about time. One lady came in to get a waxing while I was getting my nails done and she looked like she was in a big hurry. Kim told her to come back in 15mins and she wasn't back by the time my nails were done. I wouldn't go anywhere for the price they offer! $20 for gel nails, and I got glitter and a silver heart rhinestone on my ring fingers. My gel colors were DND (Daisy Nail Designs) Cherry Berry and Fuchsia Star (I forget the numbers, but they obviously give you the swatches beforehand). I went in for a simple fill and had two broken nails that needed to be replaced. I've never sat in a chair for so long for a simple fill. At first I was pleased with how my nail session was going because she seem to be adjusting the previous shape the nail tech prior had given which I didn't like. I'm a coffin shaped kind of gal. Not stiletto with that said my nails just looks so funky and are already starting to lift. When I take a shower and I cannot run my fingers through my hair without my hair getting cotton my nails there's a big problem. I read the previous reviews about them rushing but she took her time so I figured it would be a good job. I was wrong the two broken nails that she "fixed" stand out from the others for being so thick and bulky. read more

Nope! I came in a while ago for just a pedicure. They did ok. I paid for the most expensive one and I didn't get what I paid for. I decided to come again for a full set and a pedicure. The lady that sits in the first table to your right as you walk in, did my nails. I asked for hombre and she did nail polish! I left it alone thinking she knew a trick or something. No. She was so rough on me as well. She cut up my cuticles on both hands. Didn't even clean up my cuticles. They are all lifting. For as much as she filed around my cuticle, you would think the edges of the nails were smooth and not lifting. It's been a little over a week and my cuticles still have scars and all my nails are lifting. All! They are so lumpy as well. It's clear in pic. I also asked for longer nails and I got them so short. I didn't say much cause I figured I can try a shorter set. I will not be returning! My kids have gone in there as well and when I told one of them where I went she said, "they suck! I went there and they are the ones that gave me that ugly set I took off a couple weeks after" she said her hair was getting caught in her nails about a week in. Which is what is happening to me. Just moved from San Diego and decided to try them out in search for a nail place. All I can say is horrible! They skimped on the polish on my left foot and my toenails are shaped horrible. My fingers were cut more than three times and still hurt and I get my nails done regularly. My experience there was taxing to my patience and my money.
