Tried giving this place a chance a few times but it's just been getting worse, went exactly 6 days ago for a mani & pedi for myself and 11 year old daughter. For one my daughter's pedicure in which they charged me full price for did not come with the massage we paid for it was the simplest pedi for $50 . I was shocked to have spent $193 and with no exaggeration one day later have a chip on my finger nail from the gel on my index finger. My daughters toe gel came off 2 days later and attached is a picture of my hands @ 6 days after my mani paying that much is insane for the quality they provide.
Not happy with the outcome, paid extra for scrub and callus removal. Very hard to communicate with the staff. Asked her to remove the loose skin with her trimmer , she just walked away. Won't be back
PAULA is the BEST!!! She took time doing my nails PERFECTLY!! I will go back to her anytime! I've gotten my nails done so many places and I always have a great experience here!!
I would absolutely recommend Tina at this nail salon to any one. Even my mom and sister go to her. I won't go to anyone else, her quality of work is so good. She's personable and always game for any design ideas or photos I bring her and she always knows exactly what to do. Her French tip designs are always perfect. But what I will say though is that there is a reason I won't go to anyone else in the shop but her. The rest of the techs (I haven't had every single one do my nails to be fair) do not do that great of a job. I go to Tina because I can trust her. I always call ahead and make an appointment with her.
I was so thankful to finally find "my" nail place after moving out here a few years ago. Tina, the manager, is always so kind, friendly and accommodating. I started going to her for gel-x and transitioned to Y per her suggestion (pronounced like the letter E) and then Diane for my pedicure. Everyone is always so nice, has a friendly demeanor and doesn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Almost always right on time for all my appts which means a lot to me plus I can't get both mani & pedi done at the same time. Clean and comfortable. I love all the pedicure options- very refreshing with all the herbal options. They have a wide variety of polishes/gels, but I wish they had OPIs colors since I have some favorites from them. The nail artists are great at color matching photos and helping achieve special designs. I can't say enough great things about this place. Love it!
I'm not one to do review but I feel like it's time I do. I had been going to Diamond nails for over two years until I moved out of state 6 months ago. I came back to visit family and needed at fills badly. I called and spoke with Tina and she got me in first thing when they opened. They are always professional and serve is always on point. Sometimes you don't realize how much you love and appreciate something is until you no longer have it! Thank you Tina and Diamond Nails staff!
My first experience at Diamond Nails was nothing short of incredible. I was referred to Tina and she did not disappoint. Her attention to detail and ability to recreate my inspo I found on pinterest was incredible. I highly recommend Tina and this salon. I will be coming back! Thanks again, Alexis Brown
Tina and the ladies at Diamond Nail Spa are amazing! I've been coming here for my nails since they opened. But most recently, I had my daughter's 13th birthday there. We had 10 girlies get Pedicures and Manicures. Tina and the staff treated them all amazing, and asked lots of questions to make sure they did everything as the girls wanted. They humored me as I walked around and made sure all girls were being cared for. All the nail techs were so friendly and made this experience memorable. Every girl and their parents were amazed at how it went. THANK YOU! Huge shout out to Tiffany, who always does my nails on a regular basis. Highly recommend!
Always greeted from the time you step in. For the most part clean and have always come here to do my pedi and mani. So worth getting gel since it lasts longer. Then had a wax done with Kelly after. All the ladies are sweet and able to accommodate me same day and quickly sat me down.
This is my usual place for a decent pedicure but this last time was less than satisfactory. I didn't ask a name of the the nail tech, I guess that's the right term, but she kept insisting for me to bend my knee to a range that was not comfortable to my old arthritic knee and so I was a bit figitity. I was able to adjust the seat to help the position but she seemed annoyed with that. I feel like she rushed through the process and kept looking around the shop during the treatment. Then when she started the scrub process she tore my skin on the side of my toe and not focused on the bottom of the toe where the calluses are, as we know Anyway I tipped her like normal because I know it's hard to make a living these days. I did mention it to the "manager" but there was no acknowledgement or comment. However, I am considering looking for a different salon for my next appointment. My 50$ pedicure was a real disappointment!!! I got gel this time since I was told it would last about 2 weeks longer ...I guess I"ll see.
I went in for a pedicure today because I had a gift certificate from Mother's day. It was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. It was rush, she cut the back of my heel and didn't even say anything. When she was done she said nothing. She just got up gathered her things and went to another customer. On top of all that the polish peeled off my big toe 4 hours later!

I went here with my three year-old daughter to get her first manicure and pedicure. I had the worst experience, I wish I could say that it was enjoyable, but it wasn't the woman who was doing my little girls. Nails was extremely impatient with her and pretty much I paid for a $30 for a Manny and peddi (kids) for her not to even cut her nails or even clean them pretty much put them in a tub, put lotion and painted them. I kept asking her to put quick dry which was ignored. And not only that they messed up three times, the owner literally was standing over my daughter grabbed a piece of paper like it was gonna make the polish dry. We still left with a janky job. Working with kids it's pretty common to use a quick dry since they move a lot but not only that I paid 30 dollars for not even my kids nails not to even be cut or cleaned. read more

The staff was super friendly, did a great job shaping my nails, and my gel pedicure is gorgeous. However, my $45 gel manicure is lumpy to say the least & didn't even last a week. I really wanted to love this salon but $45 for a gel manicure to not even last a week is really disheartening. read more

I hate my toe nails. She ruined it. My toe hurts. It's not worth the price at all! As if she rushed through it and the other lady that was next her was so rude ! Dirty looked and even snatched the color nail thing from my chair! I'll be back so they can remove it but they will never see me again. read more

So starting off with the good, Lily did my nails and the design and shape came out pretty nice. I did notice she was using an already used file on my nails which is unsanitary...I'm not sure what skin conditions or nail conditions or germs others have so that was a downside. My nails came out to $108 lol...I did not get a pedicure either. It was $108 for a medium set. My friend got the same exact design in pink but got a long set and they charged her only $80 so the prices just fluctuate and are so random. Overall, would I recommend? Ehh. Maybe...only if you're in a huge rush for an event and need your nails done asap and don't mind paying an absurd price for an okay set. Otherwise I don't recommend. Lily was very nice though and besides the already used nail file, she did nothing wrong. It's just the absurd price for a medium set... read more

There's so many nail places in the area but I went with Diamond because of the good reviews. They did not disappoint! I was serviced quickly and Diane did a beautiful french tip manicure! Priced very reasonably as well! I will be coming back. read more

Tina is the best. I went somewhere else and requested just red nails coffin with a red flame on my ring finger. They were horrible. I then went to diamond nails and only waited around 20 minutes to have Tina fix them. I added before and after photos. Highly recommend this place and Tina. Very clean and pretty inside too. read more

Tried this place out for a gel mani. My girl Takeya loves it so I had to try it at least once. I went in wanting an ombre gel mani. There's a good size parking lot outside. It's on the corner of Hot Springs and Winchester in Murrieta across Aldi. This strip mall is still in the works and there will be a Ding Tea nearby real soon!! YASSS!!! lol Anyway, on to the nitty gritty... While I got what I wanted, the process wasn't the greatest. The outcome looked okay, but upon further inspection, I noticed it wasn't a smooth ombre. I think she used a brush and that just doesn't cut it. While it looked alright from afar, it wasn't the best work I've had done on my natural nails. I've been told at another salon that dip is the way to go if you want ombre, so maybe I'll go that route next time. Ever since the pandemic started though, I've been hesitant to do dip powder nails. The atmosphere in here is nice. It reminds me of Crystal Nails on Hot Springs because their decor is the same. Bright inside with fancy chandeliers. They keep the doors open for ventilation which is good, but the square footage is smaller than Crystal. For that reason, I can still smell the fumes of nail polish which I don't like. The stations are closer together than I'd like. They do have plexiglass barriers up at the mani stations which is good. The pedi stations don't have them. As I was getting my mani done, the lady started doing her thing and had me put my hands under the LED light to cure. Idk why but my nails started to BURN!! Like, I was legit wincing and the lady next to me looked over a few times. Idk if the burn came from the gel builder she had put on (to make your nails stronger) or what, but the entire time my nails were under the lights, it felt like they had been lit with a match!! In addition to the burning sensation, she had cleaned and filed my nails prior to putting the polish on. I've never had this experience...she was SHOVING the filed nail bits underneath my nails...like in the corners on the sides!! What the what?!? She pushed the filings under my nails with her own nails! Is that supposed to make my nails stronger or something?? That was definitely a first for me and will be the last. I'm also used to soaking my nails in a little water bath and she didn't do that at all. I didn't catch her name but she was an older lady. She was polite but I don't think I'll be having her do my nails if I return. The pedi I had done here on a different day went fine. Overall, I'm not a huge fan of this place, but my girl still loves it. I'm not completely barring it from my list of nail salons, but it for sure isn't at the top of my list. I hope your experience here is better than mine! read more
