I went here with my three year-old daughter to get her first manicure and pedicure. I had the worst experience, I wish I could say that it was enjoyable, but it wasn't the woman who was doing my little girls. Nails was extremely impatient with her and pretty much I paid for a $30 for a Manny and peddi (kids) for her not to even cut her nails or even clean them pretty much put them in a tub, put lotion and painted them. I kept asking her to put quick dry which was ignored. And not only that they messed up three times, the owner literally was standing over my daughter grabbed a piece of paper like it was gonna make the polish dry. We still left with a janky job. Working with kids it's pretty common to use a quick dry since they move a lot but not only that I paid 30 dollars for not even my kids nails not to even be cut or cleaned. read more

This is my usual place for a decent pedicure but this last time was less than satisfactory. I didn't ask a name of the the nail tech, I guess that's the right term, but she kept insisting for me to bend my knee to a range that was not comfortable to my old arthritic knee and so I was a bit figitity. I was able to adjust the seat to help the position but she seemed annoyed with that. I feel like she rushed through the process and kept looking around the shop during the treatment. Then when she started the scrub process she tore my skin on the side of my toe and not focused on the bottom of the toe where the calluses are, as we know Anyway I tipped her like normal because I know it's hard to make a living these days. I did mention it to the "manager" but there was no acknowledgement or comment. However, I am considering looking for a different salon for my next appointment. My 50$ pedicure was a real disappointment!!! I got gel this time since I was told it would last about 2 weeks longer ...I guess I"ll see. read more

I would absolutely recommend Tina at this nail salon to any one. Even my mom and sister go to her. I won't go to anyone else, her quality of work is so good. She's personable and always game for any design ideas or photos I bring her and she always knows exactly what to do. Her French tip designs are always perfect. But what I will say though is that there is a reason I won't go to anyone else in the shop but her. I was so thankful to finally find "my" nail place after moving out here a few years ago. Tina, the manager, is always so kind, friendly and accommodating. I started going to her for gel-x and transitioned to Y per her suggestion (pronounced like the letter E) and then Diane for my pedicure. Everyone is always so nice, has a friendly demeanor and doesn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Almost always right on time for all my appts which means a lot to me plus I can't get both mani & pedi done at the same time. Clean and comfortable. I love all the pedicure options- very refreshing with all the herbal options. They have a wide variety of polishes/gels, but I wish they had OPIs colors since I have some favorites from them. The nail artists are great at color matching photos and helping achieve special designs. I can't say enough great things about this place. Love it! read more

Absolutely overpriced and honestly shocking. I was charged over $100 for Gel-X, and that's before the surprise add-ons. The nail tech stacked on extra fees for the Gel-X tips, the French, and a some basic design--an additional $50 I wasn't told about upfront. There was zero transparency with pricing, and the experience did not match the cost at all. Plenty of salons nearby charge WAY less with far better quality, service, and actual skilled techs who don't play games with hidden fees. If you decide to go, ask for every single price upfront or you'll get hit with a bill that makes no sense. Consider this your warning. You're welcome. read more

We had 10 girlies get Pedicures and Manicures. Tina and the staff treated them all amazing, and asked lots of questions to make sure they did everything as the girls wanted. They humored me as I walked around and made sure all girls were being cared for. All the nail techs were so friendly and made this experience memorable. Just got my nails done at diamond nail spa. Haven't been there for quite a while, but I thought I would give them another shot. Call to get a price for a full set of nails. The manager told me $50. She did not say $50 and up. When I went to check out, she told me it will be $60. I reminded her when I called she told me $50. However, as they did once before she said "we did extra things". They did nothing extra they put on tips with an acrylic overlay. Nothing that should've been an extra charge. It was just bad business. Disappointing because the girls do a good job. But the manager is not honest always apologizes, but still continues to charge you more. Bad business practices. Will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I did notice she was using an already used file on my nails which is unsanitary...I'm not sure what skin conditions or nail conditions or germs others have so that was a downside. My friend got the same exact design in pink but got a long set and they charged her only $80 so the prices just fluctuate and are so random. Overall, would I recommend? Ehh. So disappointing I went in to this salon based on yelp reviews and the beautiful photos of manicures. I was greatly disappointed. I wanted a pedicure, with gel removal and gel polish, as well as a fill & french tip polish change. I get my nails done REGULARLY. I go to different salons all the time so I'm very familiar with variety of pricing but they usually average the same +/- $10.00. But prices I was told were grossly inflated. Firstly, the pedicure. They lady gave me a "hot spot" basically she used the e-file so firmly on my toe removing the polish that you can see the difference on my toenail, she removed a great deal of my nail. Of course this hurt and I had to pull my foot away because she didn't stop when i protested. Next the manicure, the lady laughed when i expressed discomfort during the pedicure (i was getting my fill at the same time). She then proceeded to continuously knick my cuticle line (i understand it happens but not EVERY finger) i received a french tip that i was told was amazing, yet the lines bled, I had monomer on multiple fingers/finger pads as well as multiple bubbles. I had high hopes for this place but will definitely not be returning. read more
