it was my second time coming, the first time a very nice man did my pedicure and it lasted me a full month and a half, i went yesterday for the second time hoping for the same result and i get an older woman this time, my pedicure came out choppy with polish on my skin and my cuticles very sensitive and its only the second day and my GEL polish that i paid $15 extra for is already coming off. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in with long, round/oval nails and an inspo picture of a dark silver cat eye nail. I had and asked for builder gel. I asked for nails filed, but wanted to keep the length because my son likes his back scratched ( which I shared as the reason). She hacked off my nails, squared them, got irritated that I asked for them to be rounded, and used hybrid gel instead of what I asked for. When questioned why and reminded i wanted builder gel, she said hybrid was better. I disagreed, but she kept using the wrong product. She began the painting process and I told her it was glitter she was using, not the chrome based cat eye I had asked for. We spent multiple minutes with her painting one nail and me saying it was glitter and not dark enough and reshowing the picture. She just shook her head. I gave up and said just paint them. When I went to pay, I let the owner know I was very unhappy. He charged me $90 when I normally pay $45. When I asked why, she spoke up and stated that I had a full hybrid set, cat eye, removal of my builder gel, and shaping of my nails. Bottom line, they look like I did them myself at home with a child's paintbrush, are not what I asked for in any way, I was overcharged (for things I didn't even want or ask for), they are a glitter nail (not cateye), and I was disregarded as an unhappy customer. I called when I got home and let them know I was very unhappy. All the owner said was sorry. I asked him if the apology was all he was going to offer me, and he said yes. Sorry doesn't cut it when $90 has been spent and I have endured poor service and a complete disregard for what I desired in that service. I have been going here for 2 years, never having liked nails but wanting to have something for myself to feel feminine while I endure radiation and chemo for brain cancer. I will never step foot in here again. Shame on your establishment and shame on the owner. Worst experience ever. read more

Tried to go to Murietta hot springs nail salon but they were full. Owner called here and had a spot waiting for me when I arrived. The staff were so friendly! The place is immaculate. So clean! The lady who did my pedicure was extremely gentle. Absolutely loved my entire experience here today and will be returning. They have an amazing selection of colors to choose from. My nails are so thin that I have a hard time with anything lasting on them for more than a week. Now I have Crystal Nails and the hybrid gel. I love it! This is my go to nail salon!! I have not been disappointment with one visit here. The service is great, the salon is clean and usually not too busy. I usually have no problem walking in and having a chair within 5 min. If I want to go during busier times I'll make an appointment I always get the gel French on my toes. Every nail tech I've had absolutely knocks it out of the park and listens to how I want them. Massage chairs are amazing. Nail techs are quiet, kind, and peaceful. Disappointed. Was suppose to go to the Hot Springs Nail Salon one but they told me to come here because they were busy. I was fine with it since it had good reviews, but not even a week into my nails getting done they're already chipping and cracking. I got a gel mani and pedi. My toes are perfect no complaints. The guy who did it was very meticulous. But my nails?! The lady who did it didn't even clean up the sides. I even had nail polish on my finger but didn't want to make a big deal about that. For me to pay almost $80 for my mani and pedi I expect that to last longer than a few days. Not even a week in and it's already done. Ive been to crystal nails for my toes almost every month and they do a great job. This time I went to get my hands done, and I have never been treated worse by a nail tech, her name was Anna. I was politely trying tell her what I didn't like about the nail shape (regular square) but the more I tired the more frustrated she got with me and she started pulling on my arm more and being less gentle with my hands. It became apparent to me that I needed to ask someone else to maybe explain what I wanted better and she LITERALLY got up and loudly expressed her displeasure with me and walked away not finishing my nails. Someone else finished them but after what Anna said the new nail tech was rude to me as well. And I just want to say that I have NEVER had such a negative interaction at any salon I've gone too and that I genuinely was not rude to her I never raised my voice, and asked politely and said sorry multiple times for the inconvenience. read more

I just left very upset. I came in for a Manicure and pedicure and Both services were sloppy, messy, rushed and I got cuts on both my fingers and toes. The lady who did my services had glasses on and auburn hair, she was not gentle, and everything she was doing was just very unprofessional and sloppy. At the end when she put on the slippers on my feet, she messed up the color because she was talking and when she tried to fix it, she applied the wrong color. She cut my nails way too short and on top of that, I have cuts because she was rushing and being aggressive. I complained to the front desk person and they didn't care, they just wanted me to pay and didn't care about my concerns. When I asked for the manager, they handed me the nail brochure with the store number. That's the same number you use to call to make an appointment. They were no help at all.
