My favorite nail tech is Alice :) she is always creative, patient, and kind. As you can tell, she can freehand a lot of artwork. I never really have issues with my charms, she glues them on well and they last until my next fill. I definitely recommend her if you go.

I came in today, this morning, without an appointment and they greeted me and took me right away. They're always friendly and do amazing work! Today Tracy did my fill. My nails look so good! I love them. I come here every few months for either a manicure or pedicure or sometimes both. I highly recommend this nail shop

Big thanks to Tracy for the great service she provided today. I originally came in at 9 am and got sat down right away. The first lady who worked on my nails was very unprofessional & rude. She started putting gel x on my nails & from the start I was already skeptical of her skills. She was very messy, the gel got everywhere, there were bubbles under the extensions & a few nails were crooked. When I asked her to fix the crooked nails, she started arguing with me & complaining to the other nails techs about me. From then on I asked for another technician to work on my nails bc I didn't want someone who wouldn't listen to me to continue doing my nails, especially if she's going to complain while I'm sitting right there. Tracy, one of the owners, took over. She removed all the messed up gel x extensions the previous technician did & reapplied them in perfectly straight & with no bubbles. She kept apologizing for the first technician's behavior & I really appreciated that. In the end, Tracy was able to replicate the design & shape I wanted while also making sure everything looked good to me while she was working on my nails.

Friendly, fast, clean. I walked in for a mani pedi and they immediately took me in. They started with only nails and moved me to the pedi chair when it became available. I did a gel mani and paradise pedi which was $40. Both Alice (mani) and Anna (pedi) did a great job. They did what I asked them to do. The prices were slightly higher in compare to my usual place in LA. I do the pedi that they had on their menu for $70 in LA for $55. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Alice and Anna.

Absolutely love this place! My daughter had her entire cheer team come here for their end of season party and they did such a wonderful job with each girl making them feel pampered. Also, we love Alice! She does my gel nails perfectly and they last forever. Definitely recommend this place.

My sisters and I have been going to them for years and they have consistently done the most beautiful work with our nails (both manis and pedis). Lady didn't know how to remove Dip. Had nails soak in small bowl of sol., sanded w/electric tool w/ a strong grit, soak again, wiped w/ paper towel,repeatedly 4-5 times in a row. They put clear gel coat at end. supervisor kept looking over but never said anything. Disappointed that now my nails have divets cuz she went into the nails. Cuticles &nail beds are so dried out. Had to purchase nail strengthening polish and cuticle oil to help heal damages.

Unfortunately I won't be returning to Nail Palace. My technician used a nail file from a box labeled "soiled tools," which made me uncomfortable. She also did no cuticle care rather used the electric file on my skin, which burned. It was also very warm inside, and while other clients had fans, my technician kept the fan on herself. On top of that, she wasn't friendly at all. I didn't get her name, so I can't speak for the other technicians, but my experience was not good. read more

Big thanks to Tracy for the great service she provided today. I originally came in at 9 am and got sat down right away. The first lady who worked on my nails was very unprofessional & rude. I have recently moved my patronage to this nail salon. I have been getting my nails done since the 70s and the salon seems to be run the most efficiently when I walk through the door at the time of my appointment. I wait less than five minutes before I'm ready to get started. Alice is is the woman that does my nails. She is very fast and very good. I don't have any complaints about my nails and I'm pretty picky about them. I highly recommend this salon. I've not gotten a pedicure there, but as far as getting my nails done, they are far superior to any other salon. read more

Retracting. There is maybe 2 girls in here that do a really good job, most others are subpar. I get Gel X and this last time I was almost in tears halfway through. The nails are too small and don't cover my full nail. They don't take their time to make sure that my real nail corners are filed- I've gotten ingrown/ hang nails the last 2-3 times which has never happened to me before. I won't be returning here as I cannot justify paying to be extremely unhappy/ settling for an ok job. read more

Technicians here are very careful and meticulous when it comes to your requests. I enjoyed working with the technicians who were so helpful even as I had my 4yr old son that I tried to keep out of their way. They were very welcoming and with my party of 3, we all came out being happy with our service. My husband even had a positive experience with his mani while I got my design with my own color choice (I brought my own nail polish) and I managed to get my technician to fix my nails that the last nail salon was careless with (avoid Envious Nail Bar, at all costs). They were very careful not to cause me any pain or cuts and the way they shaped our nails was on point. The cost was more sensible compared to the other place that had high costs for lower quality and the space was well kept, beautiful and easy going. My husband and I agreed that this was going to be our new regular place. read more

Went in for a pedicure. The massage was not really a massage. Just rubbed in lotion. Two nails were cut too short. It could have been this particular technician. There's a young male technician who is fantastic! If you go, I highly recommend him. I wish I knew his name. read more

If I could no stars I would Lady told me she wouldn't stamp my card if I use a card to pay when they charge you a fee to use my card which makes zero sense to me Then she over charged me by $5 and when I asked for my money back she wouldn't give it back This place use to be so good new owner came in will never go back again ever! read more

Only come here if you want the best nails ever. First time customer and I have found my forever nail salon. Huge selection of colors, very talented techs (Amy is the best) and super clean, and friendly service. Came in on a Friday evening with an appointment and they didn't rush through the service. Prices are extremely reasonably also I got a dip manicure and a deep clean pedicure with gel and the total was $105. Took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and he was sold. Can't recommend this place enough read more

VERY DIRTY! I got my nails done a week ago and my nails have been tender and sore since and was advised from my doctor to soak in acetone to remove them because an infection was growing under the nails. I called the nail salon yesterday explaining to them what had happened and they told me come in and today so I did and they said because the infection is cracking my nails they will not refund me due to them not being able to remove the nails themselves. I do not recommend going here as I knew when they were doing my nails the tools didn't seem new or clean. I should've listened to my gut but now I'm out $100 and gained an infection .. save your nails and go somewhere else. read more

I get my nails done regularly and moving out this way has been an adjustment . I tried this nail salon cause the pictures look close to what I'm use to getting. I wear acrylics and usually go for colored tips and sometimes a design. Beware. If you are not a regular they will not take their time to give you quality nails. This is my fourth time visiting this nail salon and two of the four times has been a complete waste of money. Yes my nails look good but the quality is not ok. I literally went to zip My pants and my nail crumbled. I just went to the shop yesterday and had to return this morning because one of the nails crumbled last night. About five hours after having that one fixed. The next one crumbled. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. read more

10/10 for the young woman who did my pedicure today. I called in for a 3:30 appointment, showed up and they were ready for me! I got a European Pedicure with gel French. She was so thorough and took her time, I was out the door by 5pm. The massage was probably my favorite part, as I am recently pregnant; my calves & feet have been bothering me all week, it was just what I needed. Thank you, I wish I had gotten her name but I will be back every 3 weeks specifically for this woman. Thank you!!! They offered a myriad of services and were clearly disappointed when told all we wanted was a plain pedicure with French nails. No gel please. I was directed toward one of the massive chairs with a grunt and no offer to climb in. The basic scrub and file off old color, trim and clean nails was done in record time. Now for the paint. This gave the tot 'permission to gayly bounce around, play hide and go seek and just be a typical two year old.. She was taken outside by a granny so Mom could finish. But Mom didn't finish. Keeping her eyes on the babe, my toes were painted a very crooked white trim. I started to tell her but I don't speak Cambodian and Mom doesn't speak English and guess what ? The owner couldn't help as he barely spoke either. I was offered a toothy grin and a nod of the head, "It be okay.". I guess Mom got bored with painting as she was now taking photos of the tot with her phone camera. She stuck foamy pink things between my toes and took off with granny and the kid While I tried to figure out how soon I could paint over my weirdly designed toes. "All done." Declared the owner from the front desk. leaving me trapped in my chair with pink foamy things, striped toes and a deep longing for a dry martini.. What a weird adventure. I will never EVER go back and strongly urge anyone reading this to think twice before going into la la land.

I've even left a positive review here before because of how much I loved her work and the service. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina, but somewhere there was a miscommunication about my appointment. When I arrived, she seemed surprised that I also wanted a pedicure. She told me to sit and said she would send someone else to help me, then continued working on another client. I sat there for about 20 minutes, maybe longer. It's really hard for me to get alone time, so I was still trying to stay positive and feel grateful I was even there. Eventually, someone started my pedicure, but I had to let him know I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare. I even offered to come back the next day, which was really disappointing, but I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting a discount due to the inconvenience. I explained the situation, but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help because the manager was sick. I've never seen this assistant manager before, but she handled the situation completely incorrectly. Things then started to escalate. The man helping me came up, and she began speaking aggressively to him about my toes not being done. I stepped in to say it wasn't his fault--it was a scheduling issue, and I wasn't upset, I just felt a discount was fair since I'd have to come back. At that point, Nina came over, and suddenly there were multiple upset employees in front of me. I have anxiety from past experiences, and the situation made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I even started to tear up, which was honestly embarrassing. When they came back, the man doing my toes asked why I didn't say anything sooner or that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't want to rush anyone and understood that sometimes services take longer than expected, which is why I was okay with coming back. The assistant manager then raised her voice at me, waving her hands and saying she had told Nina about my pedicure. I told her I didn't understand why she was raising her tone with me, and she said it was because I kept bringing it up. I explained I was only answering her coworker's question and trying to make sure he understood it wasn't his fault. I am a very patient person, and I paid for nails I didn't even like. I was there for about three hours and still left with one foot undone due to their scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to pay for my manicure and receive a small discount on my pedicure since I had to go out of my way to come back. It got to the point where I was crying and even raised my voice back, which is completely out of character for me. I eventually told her we didn't need to continue the conversation because she kept arguing with me. I have never left a nail salon in full panic attack mode before--this was honestly shocking. Another woman even left while I was there because they messed up her daughter's appointment, and she was very upset as well. I will say Nina did a good job on my nails, and the man helping me was kind, so I still tipped them both. But overall, this experience felt very unprofessional. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I would not recommend this salon.

Upon sitting down, I was greeted by a male tech (not an issue at all, I've had my nails done by men before and they've looked great). Sat down, and got started. He began to file my nails AGGRESSIVELY. I didn't want to complain so I didn't say anything. He proceeded to cut and shorten my cuticles, which he proceeded to cut too short twice, on both hands. My cuticles were bleeding, and he just shrugged it off. After cutting my cuticles, he cut the nails with a strange angle. I kept asking if he was going to fix it, or if he could shorten it and he said yes (he never did). They were not coffin shaped. After applying polish and the matte cover, my fingers were BURNING. I've never experienced this before in all my life, and it was very painful for at least an hour afterwards. After an hour of being on my hands, my left ring finger matte finish began to bubble?? It was so strange. I was so unhappy with them, I ended up taking them off after getting home. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Over the last 10+ years, every single time I have come in to this nail salon on occasion thinking "it's been over a year, they probably have gotten new staff or bettered their skills", I always walk out upset. On multiple occasions. Where do I even start? 1) My acrylics never come out a good shape. 2) Got my eyebrows waxed and walked out crying. I could even tell while getting them done that it didn't feel right. Once I saw, I wanted to cry. Uneven! Too thin! Not even trimmed properly. I could have done a better job just plucking them. 3) I got a mani/pedi with gel and the gel peeled off (not in chunks but the entire nail bed) started peeling off within 2-3 days. I only had 4 toes with half polish on them. 4) I scheduled an appointment to get a simple mani on my lunch break. When I got to my appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. (No big deal) except it appeared to me that they didn't even have me written in their schedule. I am finally seated and a few minutes later a walk in customer asks for a fill. They sit her down immediately next to me. I am about 20 minutes in to my appointment with no services being performed yet. Just waiting. Then a nail tech comes up, skips me and starts working on the walk in customer FIRST who didn't have an appointment! Needless to say, I was 30 minutes late back to work. I have never had a good experience in this place. Over the last 10+ years and the multiple times I've come in giving them a chance at redemption. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I went in with my wife today to get her eyebrows waxed. She had just gotten off work at a local taco shop where she worked an 8 hour shift. The lady very passive aggressively said to my wife "It's too bad you have to wear your smelly work shirt everywhere, you smell like grease." My wife is a very polite person and didn't say anything back. I kept my mouth shut because I like my wife to fight her own battles especially when it's with another woman and moreso once I get started l get out of control. Basically the lady who assisted my wife treated her like a dumb beaner even going so far as to spray down the chair my wife was sitting in as soon as she got out of it. If she really felt like my wife made the chair smell bad she could have at least waited another minute until she left. She then complained my wife paid with a card even though they charge $1 to use a card. I don't know, maybe a little tax evasion going on here. At any rate my wife won't be back. read more

I arrived around 10:30 AM , very clean, I had a good impression about the place, they were able to take me right away a older lady did my pedicure, everyone was super friendly, customer service 5 stars! I've come here several times with my mom and grandma and every time we are all treated like they have known us forever. Very friendly staff. This particular time, I came in while being 9 months pregnant and they gave me a foot massage for 20 minutes. Great pressure and it felt amazing. I have been a customer for about 4-5 years, and I just get mani-pedi, and wax. They do a beautiful job. My polish lasts about 2 weeks unless I abuse it. Salon is very clean and tools all sterilized.
