Started coming in a little over a year ago at the recommendation of a friend. Love love love this place! I come for a gel pedicure. I do splurge and get the volcano which is the works but they have a variety of choices for pedicures. They have plenty of gel colors to select from. Everyone that has ever done my pedicure has been so nice and done a really great job! The place is clean and there's lots of pedicure chairs. I came in with a blue tip French manicure and asked for same thing but with a green tip which I picked myself, a lite olive ish green to go with a special outfit I'm wearing to an event. all was fine until Tracy decided to give me a PINK nail base instead of a neutral. PINK does NOT go with my olive green tip I picked, so she offered to redo it which I absolutely did NOT have time for! so she tells me come back and I will redo it another day - don't you like it? it's pretty. yeah. maybe pretty to you or someone else but that's NOT what I wanted or came in for. just so incredibly disappointed! a total waste of my time and money. still searching for a good nail salon. there are so many in this area. I asked nail tech not to use drill to remove or use on my toes she did the opposite of what I requested. She drilled too much to point of my nail got pink and burned and felt pain even in water. To remove gel nail polish, nail tech never mentioned a $5 fee. Nail tech was asked not to touch one leg due to fresh tattoo however never offered about other leg when it came to massage nor did she offer to massage hands and alternative. On top of that there was a $2 cc charge.Will not ever return. read more

My favorite nail tech is Alice :) she is always creative, patient, and kind. As you can tell, she can freehand a lot of artwork. I never really have issues with my charms, she glues them on well and they last until my next fill. I definitely recommend her if you go. read more

Unfortunately I won't be returning to Nail Palace. My technician used a nail file from a box labeled "soiled tools," which made me uncomfortable. She also did no cuticle care rather used the electric file on my skin, which burned. It was also very warm inside, and while other clients had fans, my technician kept the fan on herself. On top of that, she wasn't friendly at all. I didn't get her name, so I can't speak for the other technicians, but my experience was not good. read more

Big thanks to Tracy for the great service she provided today. I originally came in at 9 am and got sat down right away. The first lady who worked on my nails was very unprofessional & rude. She started putting gel x on my nails & from the start I was already skeptical of her skills. She was very messy, the gel got everywhere, there were bubbles under the extensions & a few nails were crooked. When I asked her to fix the crooked nails, she started arguing with me & complaining to the other nails techs about me. From then on I asked for another technician to work on my nails bc I didn't want someone who wouldn't listen to me to continue doing my nails, especially if she's going to complain while I'm sitting right there. Tracy, one of the owners, took over. She removed all the messed up gel x extensions the previous technician did & reapplied them in perfectly straight & with no bubbles. She kept apologizing for the first technician's behavior & I really appreciated that. In the end, Tracy was able to replicate the design & shape I wanted while also making sure everything looked good to me while she was working on my nails. read more

Friendly, fast, clean. I walked in for a mani pedi and they immediately took me in. They started with only nails and moved me to the pedi chair when it became available. I did a gel mani and paradise pedi which was $40. Both Alice (mani) and Anna (pedi) did a great job. They did what I asked them to do. I have been getting my nails done since the 70s and the salon seems to be run the most efficiently when I walk through the door at the time of my appointment. I wait less than five minutes before I'm ready to get started. Alice is is the woman that does my nails. She is very fast and very good. I don't have any complaints about my nails and I'm pretty picky about them. I highly recommend this salon. I've not gotten a pedicure there, but as far as getting my nails done, they are far superior to any other salon. read more

Retracting. There is maybe 2 girls in here that do a really good job, most others are subpar. I get Gel X and this last time I was almost in tears halfway through. The nails are too small and don't cover my full nail. They don't take their time to make sure that my real nail corners are filed- I've gotten ingrown/ hang nails the last 2-3 times which has never happened to me before. Lady didn't know how to remove Dip. Had nails soak in small bowl of sol., sanded w/electric tool w/ a strong grit, soak again, wiped w/ paper towel,repeatedly 4-5 times in a row. They put clear gel coat at end. supervisor kept looking over but never said anything. Disappointed that now my nails have divets cuz she went into the nails. Cuticles &nail beds are so dried out. Technicians here are very careful and meticulous when it comes to your requests. I enjoyed working with the technicians who were so helpful even as I had my 4yr old son that I tried to keep out of their way. They were very welcoming and with my party of 3, we all came out being happy with our service. My husband even had a positive experience with his mani while I got my design with my own color choice (I brought my own nail polish) and I managed to get my technician to fix my nails that the last nail salon was careless with (avoid Envious Nail Bar, at all costs). They were very careful not to cause me any pain or cuts and the way they shaped our nails was on point. The cost was more sensible compared to the other place that had high costs for lower quality and the space was well kept, beautiful and easy going. VERY DIRTY! I got my nails done a week ago and my nails have been tender and sore since and was advised from my doctor to soak in acetone to remove them because an infection was growing under the nails. I called the nail salon yesterday explaining to them what had happened and they told me come in and today so I did and they said because the infection is cracking my nails they will not refund me due to them not being able to remove the nails themselves. I do not recommend going here as I knew when they were doing my nails the tools didn't seem new or clean. I should've listened to my gut but now I'm out $100 and gained an infection .. save your nails and go somewhere else. read more

I wear acrylics and usually go for colored tips and sometimes a design. Beware. If you are not a regular they will not take their time to give you quality nails.
