Radiance Nails is next door to Sprouts and I stopped in one day on a whim and without an appointment. There was no waiting and they did a super job. Went in for a manicure, my hand was soaked in cold water for about one minute; she never put oil on my cuticles , didn't even do the massage when I asked her about it she seemed surprised. Hollie is the best at acrylic gel nails and I highly recommend Julia for pedicures. Ben at the front desk is really friendly and quick at making appointments and keeping you on track for fills. I love that they have a front and back door they keep open so air flows freely through the salon especially now. They keep it safe with Covid protocol, temp check, dividers and distancing between customers. I have seen Hollie for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I got my nails done at radiance nail and spa with a girl name Holly she did a wonderful job. She took her time To make sure that everything looked absolutely amazing. Everyone was wearing a mask. The stations were all wiped down right after each client left to make sure who is sanitized they checked temperatures when everyone arrived they had you sign in with your phone number so they can keep everyone safe I like that. That place has changed hands at least three times. DONT GO THERE. My daughter had to go to a dermatologist. I just used Tea Tree Oil. Had to cut my nails that I have been doing for years. The spa recently changed its name from Wonder nails. The guy at the register is very nice and accommodating. If you pay cash, they give a discounted price for all their services. I had been coming here for quite some time even though they take a very long time just to do a fill. The people were pleasant and I like that. I'm a person that arrives on time for my appointment and I give a 20 to 30% tip. the last time I went was on a Saturday and I made my appointment on Friday. The appointment was for 10:30 AM, but when I got there, they said they tried to call me because they were behind and they need to push my appointment to 11 AM. They open at nine so there's no reason why they could not accommodate my 10:30am appointment unless they took a walk-in prior to me arriving, which put them behind. That's unacceptable because when I make an appointment they expect me to be there and I expect that they're ready for me as well. Time is money for both of us. Not only did they push my appointment back to 11 AM, but when the girl was done doing my pedicure, and the other girl was still finishing up my nails, they had me move to a table instead of the pedicure chair, which is fine, but then the lady disappeared, I thought she was in the restroom. I sat there waiting and waiting until I had to go to the restroom. And when I went, I saw her in a room doing an eyebrow waxing. she looks surprised when she saw me looking at her and I had hoped that she would figure it out and resume my acrylic nails. but no, she stayed in there attending to someone else while I sat there waiting for 15 minutes for her to get back to finishing my nails. I finally told another lady that I had other things to do as well but yet I'm sitting here waiting for my nails to be finished. she finally came back out to finish my nails, and then said sorry" and laughed. Horrible experience! Unprofessional and unsanitary! First time going to Radiance Nails and Spa and it is the last! I got a pedicure and acrylic nails done and I am a unhappy with the results. They tried to use a dirty old purple foot scrubber on my feet that was used on another customer. Gross! The two nail technicians did not know I am fluent in Vietnamese and was talking badly about the customers. I do not know what American names they go by, but the names on their licenses is HUYEN and TIEN. When I asked for stiletto and matte black nails because I was going to a halloween event, they did not know what I was talking about. Huyen asked her co worker Tien and they both were clueless about it. While doing my nails the two nail technicians insulted me in Vietnamese. Huyen cut me twice and put acrylic nail powder on the cut to prevent it from bleeding! Applied polish that bubbled and peeled. Huyen unprofessionally removed her face mask to blow on my nails and smeared the black nail polish on my skin. Tien stood next to us and told Huyen, "Just do an ugly job on her nails, she is going to pay us anyways!" She then turn to me and asked in a unpleasant tone, "Halloween? Ha?! " They both laughed and was very immature. I could not take it anymore and spoke up because they were being rude. I understood everything. The nail technicians immediately got scared and denied what they said. I told Huyen to stop doing my nails, wanted pay and leave. She grabbed my arm and bag when I stood up. Forcing me to sit down so she can finish my nails. I told her, "No. I feel uncomfortable and no longer want the service." Huyen yanked my arm and wanted to cut the nails off. At that point, I had enough. I asked to speak to the owner because of what Huyen and Tien did. Then, Karen called the cops on me. I waited for the cops to arrive. They lied and accused me of hitting the nail technicians??? There's proof on camera, I did not do that. Got the information of the nail technicians from the officer. Found out Huyen's license is expired and not valid! Huyen tried hiding her license that should be displayed by law. The officer suggested I report them to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Couple of days later my pinky was swollen from an infection from the dirty tools. Wow. What a nightmare! I would not recommend at all and give this nail salon 0 stars if I could. read more

I don't know why I stayed so long, red flags from the moment I walked in. The receptionist walked away from reception the moment I walked up to it. I had gone in to get a very simply service, polish change!!! Took the lady 40 minutes to drill off the polish but she had made lots of craters in my nails so I asked if she could smooth it out and she just made the craters deeper. Not only did she not know how to hold the nail drill but she used a dremel. A TOOL FOR DOGS. She also used acetone to take the polish off but I have acrylic nails, so you never let it soak in acetone or the acrylic will start to come off ass well. Finally came up with saying I had to go to run out of there. Terrible experience, definitely one of the worst I've had which is why I'm writing this. I've never felt the need to write a review for any reason, but this is an exception. If they know their workers don't know how to do nails then maybe don't hire them. read more

Since the Covid lockdown I have probably tried 5 different nail salons in the Murrieta area, even though this one is in Temecula, it is definitely worth the extra drive. They are still the same amazing place they have always been. They were always very conscious of cleanliness. Now with pandemic, even more so. Even though Julia has been my nail girl for years, every person that works there , are all nice amd friendly. They are all experienced and know what they are doing. They doing an amazing job. They have a young man, Ben, who runs the front. Ben makes appointments, answers phones etc. He has always been so friendly and helpful whenever needed. Been going here for years love this place! Clean, courteous, professional and love all the girls here at Radiance Nails & Spa. Reply to TP Review... I witnessed the entire incident which happened September 15th, I can't believe Yelp would allow any customer to lie and bad mouth a company. This fake review is borderline harassment and should be removed. TP was the aggressor, I believe she wanted free nail service and Radiance Nails & Spa after TP was grabbing the nail tech and yelling for no reason, asked her to leave and didn't charge her. She left and returned 15 minutes later yelling and trying to grab every license in the spa and was disturbing all the other customers in the nail salon even got in my face. I thought she was on drugs or maybe mental issues. I think Radiance Nails & Spa handled it professionally and of course when police came, the police asked TP to leave because there was no evidence of cuts or bleeding and called her dramatic.
