They tried that's why I'm giving a 2 star review. I didn't like the service they charged a lot for my man to get a pedicure just a regular pedicure and my full set. I would never come to this place I'm not from murrieta and I came to visit my sister thought maybe I should get my nails done and I literally cried when I got home I had to go and pay 80$ to fix them at a nail salon in Buena Park! read more

Always have a good pedicure here, but personally don't think it's the best place to get nails done. The base builder gel looked wonderful. The tech spent a lot of time cleaning them up, and then the paint went on and it goes wrong from there every time. I had to rush home because I have family flying into town and didn't realize how bad the final finish was. I'm disappointed because these are supposed to be my baby shower nails and I paid $170 for chrome pedi and mani (without tip) and I'm going to have to get them done again. I'm sad to leave this review because they're all very nice but obviously have a problem with delivering a clean finish. read more

While this place is nice they LIE about wait times and will take you in. If you don't have 2+ hours to spend here then go somewhere else. I don't mind as long as the person providing the service is HONEST. I always say please let me know if I will have to wait 30+ minutes to get seen. I called at to see if they had availability for 3 and they said yes. Took my information and all. I was being two teenagers to get them back to school ready. I would have passed on myself if they said they only had room for two. Instead I had one teen waiting for almost 40 min while we got our services done. I was livid because as a mom I would have passed up on mine until later in the week. Sorry but communication is key! Before anyone thinks this is a rare case. I have been here a bunch of times in the last 2 yrs. Always wanting to give them benefit of the doubt. They will be amazing and on time one or two times then fall off the wagon. I stay clear and try again. Same thing different day. read more

Since moving to the area I've frequented Ladue Nails & Spa twice. Both times I've been serviced by Kyle who is young and talented. The acrylic sets and designs he's done have been durable and creative. When I've gotten my pedicure I've been serviced by different nail techs and they done a good job as well. The spa has comfortable seats and it's beautiful. My only complaint is that they push gel polish on you and pricing varies. I was told one price and when I went to pay it was higher when I mentioned this the lady and man at the front gave the staff a hard time for pricing me lower. I could hear them yelling, going back and forth and that made for an uncomfortable check out. I paid the higher price and didn't go back and forth because I didn't want the staff to be reprimanded for the mistake. I'd absolutely go back for Kyle's work. read more

I'm gonna start off saying that I RARELY get my nails done. That being said, I had a great experience at Ladue. I made an appt for 5PM on a Wednesday. I got there a little early and was seated almost immediately. They said Thursday-Sunday are their busy days. I ended up getting a basic pedi, no callous removal, and a gel mani. It came out to $59 overall. To me, this seems expensive, but I don't know what the going rates are these days. I had one person doing hands and another, Jane or Jade, doing my feet. The gentleman was very quiet, I'm not sure if he spoke any English. Both were very nice! Not too talkative to where I couldn't relax, but not so little that they were stand off-ish. The cuticles on my hands usually get cut, but this place did a clean job without cutting me! The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. I even saw something in the back which I think was blue light sanitizers. Overall, I loved the place and will be back for my semi annual mani/pedi. read more

LIVID is an understatement ‼.. this is only my second time coming to this location the first time was for my full set with john nails came out great and I loved them! This time I came in for a basic pedicure which was $55 & had them fill the two toes that had acrylic. I know prices have gone up on everything so I understand. What I don't understand is why is it $22 to do French tip⁉ paid a total of $92 for a pedicure in total because gel was also $15 . A pedicure should never cost that much ! Lesson learned to ask for priced on EVERYTHING before starting anything cause I've heard prices are also made up on the spot at these nail salons read more

This is my second time here, first time was for pedicures no problem. This time I came for a fill and basic French tip. First the gentleman who did the fill did a poor job, hardly any acrylic and drilled it most off. I showed him where it was already separating from my own nail only redoing the 2 ring fingers when he over drilled on all fingers. I also have square nails, he filed a few inward where I have a combo of square and coffin. Then when it came to the French tip polish it's uneven and chunky. Nails weren't completely dry and he kept trying to fix. I will not be back. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon shop, and I had a great experience! I was a walk in on a Saturday, and they got me in right away. As soon as I entered, I was greeted, felt welcomed, and seated right away. I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted my nails done when I first got there, so while I was getting my pedicure I looked up a picture of the type and style of nails I wanted. I showed the nail tech the picture that I had found, and he was able to follow it perfectly! I absolutely love the way my nails came out! I couldn't get in to see my regular nail guy/gal and I really needed a mani/pedi so I thought I would try out Ladue Nails & Spa. My hubby also needed a pedicure so I figured we would give this business a try. I called and they were able to get us in the same day at 5pm. We walked in and didn't get a warm and fuzzy greeting. We waited a few minutes and they called us over to get started. I said right off the bat that my husband just wants a basic pedicure and nothing else. Of course they tried to up-sale for extra services and I said no, just a basic pedi. My husband then jokes around because I asked for a different pedi and he jokingly asked why he wasn't getting the same service. Well shame on my husband for saying that because the lady asked if he wanted that. He said he was just kidding and just wanted the basic. You should of seen the looks the spa techs were giving each other. Anyways, my husband got his basic pedi and all was good with him. As for me, my mani was quite painful....not used to pain with a manicure. My nails do look good and my toes turned out fine. It's just wasn't a relaxing mani/pedi that I am used to. So, what I was charged for the mani/pedi for me and the pedi for my husband was EXPENSIVE and NOT worth the pain I endured with three of my poor fingers; they still hurt as I type this. Oh and they only took cash for tips; I never have cash on me!! How convenient for them that they have an ATM in the nail spa. The ATM does state the business does not charge a fee BUT my bank may charge a fee so I know I'll get a fee charged from my own bank. Will I be back? Probably not because they are pricey and my poor fingers can't deal with the pain. I know for a fact that my nail place would have been MUCH cheaper, hands down. Lesson learned, I will wait for my nail place to get my relaxing mani/pedi from now on. read more

Lip and chin wax. I only go in for this service and every time I'm finished and ready to pay the man upfront always ask the lady what to charge and they keep going back in forth. It went from $20, 22 and now $25 within a month. I believe they make up their pricing as they go because there is no pricing posted in the nail salon. read more

Unfortunately I had to re-evaluate my review. I visited Ladue about five more times after this review I think and even though I scheduled my appts, the nail techs were never both on time. I know things happen once in a while, but when they are late every time I can't waste my time waiting. I want to get in and get out. Tina was 40min late one time. The other times ranged from 5-20min late. Hannah was over an hour late one time, sometimes she was on time and sometimes a little late. Vince at the front kept assuring me that they would be on time for the next appt so I kept coming back but they never were. He also suggested being the first appt of the day when they open at 9am but Tina was still always finishing up with another client when I came in so she must have been taking some of her clients early before opening. Vince, Tina & Hannah are all kind people and Tina & Hannah did a nice job on my nails. Unfortunately I just need to be able to go to a place that will be on time. There was an instance with the price being off, which was a little alarming, but I gave Vince the benefit of the doubt. One suggestion for improvement would be to review the pricing at the end when the customer goes to pay to ensure the total is correct. read more

This woman yall let me tell youuuu ! This woman is such a warm kind soul! When we met she embraced me with such good energy and I immediately felt comfortable in her presence. I am 34 weeks pregnant to paint a picture for yall (so pretty uncomfortable at this point haha), I dont ever get massages so I wasn't sure what to expect especially with me being so far along but the table and positioning was comfortable and supportive the entire session. I chose to lay on my sides supported by pillows for my belly and I was super relaxed. She was able to work my full body, focusing on areas that are more problematic for pregnant mamas. I really didn't realize how much I needed this massage. The whole experience felt very healing, it released so much physical AND emotional tension I was storing all throughout my body. It was just a really intentional experience and you can tell she really loves and cares about what she does. She really pours love and healing into ur muscles! I went to this salon 3 weeks ago and got a fill done by a young girl who sat in the front (I forgot her name). She was friendly and held a great conversation yet didnt miss on any details of my nails and it came out perfectly. I left very happy and was excited to come back. Unfortutnely this time around the same tech was busy so I tried another tech. BOY was it night and day with my second experience. The shop was a bit busy which was understandable but it gave me major anxiety when the techs kept screaming at each other from one end of the room to the next. The shop seemed very unorganized which led to my main reason not to come back. My lady kept observing everywhere instead of concentrating on my nails which caused them to be poorly shaped and uneven in sizes. I tried to tell her how I wanted my nails to be fixed but she got offensive and told me "there's nothing more I could do for you". I've never had someone be so rude while receiving service that I'm paying for! I would give this establisment 0 stars if I could, but because I have to leave 1 star it will go towards my first visit. I will never be back. There are too many nail salons around to feel shamed for getting the nails that I want. read more

I have been going to Ladue for over 6 months at this point. I absolutely love how clean and well kept the salon is, so I was able to overlook the fact that they over charged me every single time that I came in. I have had a full set, fill, gel change, and have come in to have 2 acrylics fixed- every time my total being $30. The last time I came in I questioned the girl on why my color change would have totaled to $30. She replied that was price and I probably should hold off on changing the color. It was obvious that she did not want to spend time changing my nail color, but I unfortunately had to change the color of my nails for an event that same day. I paid the $30 for the color change, paid for a pedicure, and left a tip. The next time that I came in, I signed in and was ignored. Three other woman walked in after me and were put in chairs immediately while I sat and waited. After 30 mins of waiting, I asked one of the girls if I could make an appointment and come back at another time. At that point she directed me over to a chair, where I sat for over an hour being ignored again. I eventually got up and left. read more

Ladue Nail is truly a hidden gem! I recently had the most luxurious experience here and had to share. Sonny did my manicure and absolutely nailed the old money classic look I was going for -- timeless, elegant, and effortlessly polished. Every detail was perfect! Holly is incredibly talented with pedicures. I had a broken toenail I thought was beyond repair, but she cleverly fixed it in a way that looks natural and flawless. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. And let's not forget Vince, the owner -- he clearly takes pride in running a high-quality salon. He's always present, making sure everything runs smoothly and that every guest is comfortable and happy. The whole experience felt elevated, professional, and relaxing. I left feeling like royalty. I LOVE THIS PLACE! it's my new favorite place to get my nails done! & it's all thanks to Tiffany!:) (so sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) I've been to so many & literally ALL of them are either RUDE or leave my cuticles all bloody or nails all crooked. I love Ladue Nails, Mrs. Jenny takes care of me, she is patience and gentle with my hands, I am fascinated with the foot and leg massages when she does my pedicure to the point I fall sleep. Mr. John is so artistic and make the nicest and fanciest designs. The only negative thing is that sometimes they are running fast because they have people waiting but they still professional. read more

We really liked this shop when we were living in Murrieta :) It's conveniently located from both Murrieta and Temecula. Lots of nice, talented nail techs there too! My daughter really loves the pedicure chairs! They're so cute and they light up in different colors. I love the designs that the techs can do -- very beautiful and intricate. Definitely worth checking out :) read more
