This is what my nails look like a week and a half later. My cuticles and nails are wrecked. Nails are chipped and cracking. Previously had a great experience with this salon but will probably not be returning. read more

When I make an appointment I expect it to be honored. This is the third nail salon in Temecula (BelMondo and Unique Mail Salon too)that does not honor an appointment. I told Selena when she did my nails that I don't want to be bumped and I want my reservation honored. She said yes. She lied. I made an appointment on Monday at 4:00. Her husband called me in the morning to move it to 4:30. I said , "That's fine." I called at 4:00 and spoke with Selena and her husband to confirm she was running on time. They both said yes 4:30. A lie. I get to the salon and she is giving someone a pedicure. Not even close to finishing. I thought maybe 5 minutes. She sent me to another chair and had her back to me. I waited 20 minutes longer before I had to say something. I was livid, that they lied and it happened again!! I just don't understand how disrespectful these nail salon people can be to their clients. I really wanted to find someone that not only does a good job but that is respectful for their clients time. Money seems most important because they overbook and think nothing of making people wait. She couldn't respond to my question as to why she would do this. My guess is that no one speaks up and it just keeps happening. I haven't had enough services here to rate the consistency of quality. What should be a relaxing and nice experience turned into another disappointment....and that's life in the nail business. read more

I came in early Saturday morning. It was quite busy. But they totally took me right away for a full set. Nothing fancy just French tip. I got Tina as my nail lady. She was super nice. Super professional. And I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. The place is super cute and clean. I totally had a great experience. I will prob make this my shop. I live down the street so it's so convenient. Did I also mention they do wax! They waxed my face and did my eye brows shape. It was fantastic. Thanks Tina!!!! read more

Love this nail salon! My nails have never looked better! Very clean and friendly staff.

I hadn't been in a long time, and based on prior good experiences I went back. But this time wasn't good. I asked to make sure my nails weren't squared and ended up with square nails even though I told them several times what I wanted. So frustrating. Plus the owner kept getting up during my service to answer the phone and greet guests and serve people food and drink. I had informed them I had limited time which they said they could accommodate me, and it still took two hours. My peaceful time turned very stressful. They are not the least expensive in town and I expected much more. I hope they were just having a bad day, but I think I'll not go back. read more

My pedicure was the BEST one I have ever gotten! Tammy was beyond excellent and it was such a relaxing experience. Thank you so much! I'll be back for sure! I'm so happy! read more

Great service and super friendly staff! They really take their time during your service. Few cons are they seem to not be able to keep up when it's busy or they have short staff. When they take you in they will have you pick out a color and they will start the tub for your pedicure and it was 30 minutes until someone was able to start my pedicure. Also they charge $15 extra for gel pedicure. That seems hefty just to add gel. So for a regular gel Mani/ pedi I paid $95.00.m, not including tip. The vibe is nice and relaxing and they give you a snack and a water. read more

BEST nail salon ever! I recently moved here and asked a friend (who lives in Temecula) what the best salon is, she recommended Nugenes and I am so glad she did! I've been here twice and both times I left with exactly what I wanted, everyone is so nice and the salon is clean and modern. I can't say enough great things, you need to get your nails done here! Thank you Winee for such a great gel manicure! read more

I usually do my own nails, but decided to give this place a try. I had a full set of acrylics I loved how clean my nail tech worked on my hands. Their service is also fast. I was able to sit down the moment I got in the spa. I will be definitely coming back again. currently my nails are more than two weeks old and still look great. read more

Walked in for a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure. The girl doing the manicure seemed newer. I picked a very light pink and the manicure lasted 2 weeks. Not terrible. But it was very thick and lumpy looking. The pedicure has been looking great. The girl doing it seemed rushed and hurt me twice while doing it. I do not think I will return. The price tag on both was over $90 so based on the outcome of the product it just wasn't worth it in my belief. Gel manicures usually last me at least about 3 weeks. Seems like they have a great relationship with their regulars. Don't really seemed too thrilled about new clients. At least that's what it seems like read more

Quinny is my go to nail girl!!! She does an amazing job with the most complicated nail designs. I always get the gel-X nails and they are worth every penny each time! She pays so much attention to detail and is precise. I am always blown away by her artistic abilities. Nugenes is in my opinion is one of the top nail salons in Temecula! read more

I tried this nail salon because they were donating a percentage of proceeds back to my child's school. I'll definitely make this my regular spot as I thought they did a great job. Great ambience, relaxing atmosphere, attention to detail, friendly staff. There are so many nail salons out there and this one stood out from most that I've been to, so I would definitely recommend read more

I love this place. Friendly staff and got in pretty quickly as a walk in! Great customer service and beautiful job on my nails. The place was also nicely decorated and I could watch tv from where I was sitting :) Fairly priced with pedicures starting at 40. Absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment ahead of time because we wanted to go the day before Mother's Day and figured it would be busy. I don't get my nails done that often and scheduled this to share some time getting pampered with my 5 year old daughter for Mother's Day. Our appointment was for 1pm. By 2pm no one had helped us so we left. We saw multiple people come in (some saying they had appointments and some not) who were helped before us. I truly think they were helping other people just because they didn't want to help my 5 year old and could make more money on other people. I felt extremely disrespected and when I said something to the guy coordinating (owner?) he didn't even look up from what he was doing and muttered a pitiful and quiet "sorry" and nothing more. I get that you're busy, but why take appointments if you don't even acknowledge them? My daughter was so incredibly disappointed and I was fuming at the apparent disrespect. Obviously, I will never go to this place again. read more

I always have a great experience when I come to Nugenes. I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do treat myself, they always deliver! These nails are for my baby shower and it turned out just like the picture I showed as a reference. I love that they serve you water and a little snack, and always have something entertaining on the TV. read more

Would not go back here. I got my gel X nails done here 4-5 times and the first 3 times they did a decent job. The 4th time I had two nails pop off 4 days after I got them done. It didn't even hurt when they came off, it felt like a stick on nail coming off. I went back and told them. They rid did them and I paid FULL PRICE for a new set, 2 days later 1 more nails popped off and I went back and they fixed that one nail. Two days after that TWO MORE NAILS CAME OFF! I called them and they told me I needed to come back in and wouldn't refund me for even one of those sets. I had to go get them down elsewhere as I was out of town. Within 1.5 weeks I had spent 3.5 hours in a nail salon and $150 to this shitty nail salon and another $50 to get them redone correctly. I was very nice and gave them every opportunity to make this right but they couldn't care less. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My mom just wanted a regular gel manicure, but the lady with glasses kept pushing her to get Gel-X with chrome. In the end we had to pay 80 bucks but the shape is not good the nails started chipping after just a few days. Definitely not coming back! read more

I enjoy the very best hot gel manicure and pink and white pedicure I've ever received in this area. Tina for my mani and Tammy for my pedi. Fantastic! I'm so glad I found this clean and comfortable business. I'm tired of being turned away by my understaffed and overbooked previous salon. read more
