The Gel peeled off half of my nails within the 1st week and the rest were gone shortly after that. I have had my nails done at various other salons in the area and have never had that happen before. $60 down the drain for a manicure that didn't last more than 7 days is to steep for me. Update: While I appreciate your willingness to make it right, there were other issues with the service as well. The shaping was inconsistent and the length was not even between nails either. At this point, they have grown out a bit and it would have to be an entire new service to get my nails where they should have been in the first place. Thanks for the offer to fix them but I won't be taking advantage. read more

I called the day before to check if they had availability for Saturday. They do take walk-ins, but appointments are definitely recommended, and booking was super easy. Walking in, the first thing I noticed was how beautiful the space is... you honestly wouldn't even guess it was a nail salon. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. I loved the overall vibe, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The music was soft and relaxing, which really set the tone. I came in for a much-needed pedicure (it had been far too long!), and it was exactly what I needed. The ladies who helped us were incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. The pedicure itself was amazing... the leg massage with hot stones was such a treat and definitely the highlight of the service. I also loved the wide selection of colors to choose from. We kept it simple this time, but there were so many gorgeous shades available. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The pedicure stations get 5 stars, but getting my fingernails done was a horrible experience. It was a male nail tech and he did zero cuticle care, lotion, or massage and it was $70. He just glued tips on and badly painted them. You can see in my photos how my cuticles needed help. When he filed my nails it filed the cuticles as well and made them more dry, flaky, and irritated. I was shocked. I won't be going back unfortunately. read more

Been coming here for years. Seen a change of hands that was for the betterment of employees and customers. This is NOT a loud nail salon. So if that's your thing, don't expect that here. The space for pedicures are in a fresh tub. No jets and no massage chair. So if you're looking for that, don't expect it. This is a quiet zone, keep your voice low and cellphones in your purse. Most of the long term clients who come here are looking for peace and quiet. Clean atmosphere and wonderful employees. The best employees I've had the pleasure of being serviced by are; Ben, Tina & Raquel. They all provide top notch service and aim to please. The signature spa pedi is the best. Using eggs, hot stones, steam machine and a seaweed wrap with hot towels will leave all your troubles in the bowl. The communication to book your visit and the reminder texts are helpful. This is a great place to come and grab a gift certificate for that special someone in your life who needs a little TLC. The poster/wallpaper on the walls could use some updating or just remove with different artwork, paint, modern wallpaper or water machines for relaxing. Looking forward to returning. read more

The atmosphere is incredible. The employees are so super polite. Everything is so organized. Totally different concept then your average nail salon. I've been going to Healthy Nails every month for almost two years now. Michelle is my go-to for hard gel over natural nails. You can see my longer length in the attached picture (we did Goosebumps-themed for Halloween lol) and that's my natural nail length! They last 3-4 weeks without any chips or cracks even though I cook and clean and constantly wash my hands. The salon is clean, quiet, and serene with dim lighting in the spa pedicure area and peaceful music playing. It is definitely a zen vibe. Highly recommend! read more

I got the deluxe pedicure which included a leg mask and hot stone massage and I fell asleep it was so good and relaxing. Again I know we were late, but most places will accommodate you if you're within 10-15 late, which is reasonable...to completely turn someone away without trying to figure out if there was something in the service that could be shortened is unprofessional. I will not come here again, and tell others I DO NOT recommend. *And no it wasn't 20 min it was 15min late...hmmm.. You could have offered a simple design or anything that would have shortened the appointment. The atmosphere of this place is so serene and relaxing. Raquel did a great job with my pedicure. I loved the beach scene and the massaged was great. The only downside is the chairs don't massage. I just visited Healthy Nail Spa for the first time. I loved my experience! When I called to make an appt, I spoke to Yung. She was lovely. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Ben and Michelle. I was immediately taken by the calm, spa-like atmosphere. The lighting is soft and each guest sits in a lovely remote controlled seat with bamboo shades on either side.
