She recommended a gel buildup I believe it was called. She did a great job and made sure I liked them. They lasted me so long! They were way more durable than any previous place. This salon is really beautiful but the work is not it. The first time I had came in I had gotten hard gel done on my nails and they looked great! I decided to return for a fill and all ready I was running into issues. First off my appointment was scheduled at 10am and I wasn't helped until about 10:45. I got my service done which took about two hours and immediately when I got to my car one of my nails were lifting already. I went back into the salon and had it fixed and when I had gotten home I had realized that it wasn't just the one nail that was lifting. I had called the salon and let them know of my issue and they said they weren't able to fix my nails until a whole week out. At that point my nails were just hurting and driving me nuts. I had asked the owner for a refund so that I could pay to have the service done elsewhere. I was offered free removal and one color manicure. That is not what I wanted and what I paid for was definitely more costly than what she was offering. I explained that to the owner and was ignored until I attempted to reach out again where she had then finally refunded me for half of what I paid for. I'm glad I got half of my money back but am definitely disappointed that things could not have just been done correctly. read more

I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 15/20 years. I had one of the worst pedicures in my life here. She took over an hour and a half for a basic pedicure with gel and still had more to do which I could not stay for due to having something else planned. I had to go to a different salon to have my toes corrected because they looked so BAD and I didn't want to walk around with my feet looking crazy. I sent my daughter here to get a fill.And she had a couple broken nails.They charged her sixty dollars for the fill and the fill started lifting after six days. When I called them , they did not want to guarantee anything they said they only guarantee nails for 5 days! They said That their product is higher end from other nails salons and there is a high possibility that there product will not ahere well if ,already has product on them. I mentioned to them after calling that they should explain the option and the reasoning for a new set, which they failed to suggest or offer to my daughter because she had a budget. They should of explained this! And did not. My daughter has lost 3 nails and several others started to lift after a week. They did not offer any kind of compensation at all and did not care about reviews. I would avoid. The crazy thing is they said Is it would cost $65 for a new set and we paid $60 for a fill alone with a few broken nails. And $15 for soak off. I would have much rather preferred to spend the twenty dollars ensuring the nails would last minimum 3 weeks than waste my money on nails that didn't hold up. Poor customer service! Update to your comment! No you did NOT offer a repair you told me that you only guarantee for 5 days. It was not 2 weeks! It was 10 days.. don't try to lie. Take care have a better business ethic. My daughter called first and they said yes to come in and you would look at them the day after.
