Writing this review as I sit waiting for the nail tech to fix my daughter's nails here at UNIQUE NAIL! Definitely unique and not in a good way! I'm very upset my daughters prom is on Sat I'd never been to this nail salon walked in with her and was told they'd take care of her I trusted them and left for the hour came back and couldn't believe how ugly they look globby and lopsided uneven just not nice at all. Never come her again if I could give a negative star I would. read more

I loved my experience here. I came on a Sunday afternoon around 5 pm. It was truly a great vibe. During my time here I got a manicure (French Tips). It was actually good quality and the lady was very attentive to detail. She was so kind and amazing! Love it!!! read more

Came here on Sunday with my sister for the very first time, if you came here and had a good experience I guess you're lucky. The door says walk in's welcome and they tried to tell us it's appointment only but they can squeeze us in while they only had 2 customers already being worked on. We both got full sets and pedicures, my sisters pedicure was rushed. They did not cut all of my real nails before applying the acrylic, I asked for a simple design and was told Lee can't do designs while these reviews have plenty of "good/postive" reviews for him doing designs. It hasn't even been a full week and both our pedicures are washing off, and our arcylics are lifting and losing the paint. At the end of our service when we paid the lady had the audacity to say "aren't you gonna give me something" referring to a tip. TIPS ARE EARNED NOT REQUIRED! She's lucky she got a tip we will not be returning. read more

I love this shop. Always clean, friendly, fast and fair prices. They always do just what I want.

Just had such a horrible experience. First of all they kept switching between who was gonna do my nails. My nails ended up looking so uneven they did a horrible job and the main lady does not know how to do French tip. I'm so upset will never be coming back and I don't recommend this place. read more

I had a great experience with Lilly at Unique Nails and Spa. I was a walk in and had never been to this nail location. They sat me quickly for my pedicure and followed up with a beautiful manicure. They didn't rush the care for either services even though they were clearly busy. I really appreciated that. I'll be back. read more

Started going to get my nails done more regularly and have noticed a decline in the quality of workmanship. I am unsure of what has changed possibly new management as there is an older lady managing appointments and the salon. Stopped into get my nails done and I had an unfriendly and abrupt man do my gel takeoff. He was bending my fingers and appeared to be annoyed that he had to do my nails. I was passed off to another older lady I had never seen before. I wanted a simple French manicure with a lime green tip. Her work was so poor that I told her to just give me white gel polish. I had streaks of polish bleeding on the side of my nails like I had done it myself. She kept filing and pulling to fix it that I told her I had to leave. At this point, I just wanted to leave. The work was so bad that when i got home, my husband wanted me to go somewhere else and get it re-done. read more

It has been a long time since I had a full set. The place was convenient for me so I decided to try this place. I made an appointment. It is recommended because it was crowded. People are nice but not friendly. They didn't try to make a conversation with me. I did pedicure and full set. Foot massage was great. They took good amount of time to do leg massage. I showed pictures of the designs I want, the lady couldn't do much and ended up normal flower designs. Everything took about 2 hours. Since it has been a long time since I did full set and pedicure all in once, I don't know their service and price was decent. I need to explore more and see which place is good for me. read more

Wife and I were in town for a wedding and had a few hours to kill. Decided to get a mani/pedi and happened across this place., The massage chairs for the pedicure were awesome, better than a lot of places I've been to. The nails techs were all super nice and thorough. We opted for their top pedicure which I thought was well worth the cost and I never felt as through they were just trying to rush through customers. Lily, who I believe was either the manager or owner, was very nice and talked with us for a little bit. It seemed like she genuinely cared about our experience there and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our visit. If you're in the area and looking for a treat yo self moment, you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been coming here for years so I thought I would do a proper review. Love the workers here - very friendly and I am always so happy with the service I receive. Picture I'm posting is showing my gel ombre (spray painted ombre) full set acrylic nails done by Julie (book with Julie). This set came out so beautifully. I also get a french gel pedicure regularly done by Kathy (book with Kathy). She does a wonderful job and they last over a month on my feet. Highly recommend this salon but make sure you call ahead and book an appointment as they can get busy at times. I always call ahead :) read more

I wanted to love this place because it's so close to my house but their polish and gel quality is terrible. I got a gel manicure and had 3 nails chipped the next day, I went back and they fixed them. I just started coming here maybe three or four manicures ago. I brought my 16-year-old for her birthday to get a full set and even she thought this place is great. She's incredibly picky, and she's been staring at her nails for a few days now, and keeps saying "these are the best nails I've ever had". Everyone is always nice, understands what I want done, and will make suggestions that have always help me have my nails last longer. I used to struggle to make it three weeks between a fill, and now I can easily go a month since coming here to get my nails done. read more

I love this place! This establishment is full of great vibes and they are super accommodating! The wait is long on the weekends but it's 100% worth it:) I normally call a couple of hours before I head in and they are still willing to take me in even when busy! Today I had gotten a ombré acrylic set and Lee did amazing he was so sweet and willing to get it done even though the airbrush was trying to give him problems! Super grateful of this crew. I 10/10 recommend and I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Julie is the best! I've been going to her for over a year and my nails never lift. Family run business. Very clean.

I was in Temecula and had some spare time and decided to do a pedicure. It was by chance I stumbled upon this gem. The customer service and welcome from Lily the Manager was a pleasant surprise. I was lucky to have Trish do my Pedicure and because she did a great job I decided to get a full set on my hands as well. I showed her the look I wanted on Pinterest and she did it just like I wanted them done. The price is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend for both mani or pedicure . I will be back thank you ladies, k read more

It's my very first time to try this nail salon. I walked in and i was approached right away I got the wonderful service by Lily and I had no idea she is the owner of the place. On top of the great service I am so happy on how she took care of my gel manicure. Love it! She is a very professional down to earth lady and one thing I'm impress about her service There are no surprises on the pricing after she's done. What ever she quoted me it's the same price she charged my credit card. She is very honest and I would not mind to drive 25 mins away from my house to get my nails done again at her place at Winchester Temecula. I highly recommend Unique Nail salon. Thanks again Lily for a wonderful experience today. I will see you again. 5 stars over all read more

I came to California to visit my family wanted a manicure. Unfortunately there was a witch lady customer that started accusing me of being rude. I was completely taken back by it. Still shook. I was trying to get my purse from the bottom of her chair which is the chair I was sitting. She even replied nicely. When I asked. Then a few minutes later she came up to me and started yelling that I was rude. She was the one being rude. The workers were trying to appease. We just left. To not cause a longer commotion. Since I was already finished we left and went elsewhere. I give this place a 3 star because they didn't listen. I wanted a MANICURE, I asked for a regular manicure and I got a NAIL POLISH CHANGE. In NYC you get a manicure for $17 with shellac. So I was not understanding why they didn't touch my cuticles. This place is expensive too! read more

I would not recommend this place. They are busy and the technician spend way too much time answering phones and worrying about getting more business than paying attention. The picture of my daughter pedi is proof enough. I wasn't with her or I would have had them redo it. It's already chipping. Pretty sure I would have done it better at home. SMH! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I wasnt for sure what to expect based on reviews. My first visit was for a pedicure. I was greeted right away and also seated right away which almost never happens at nail salons for me even with my appointments. They even told someone who was already sitting that she would have to wait longer because I have an appointment and she didnt. I kinda love that. I made my appointment for Kathy based on what I saw on Yelp. Kathy is who I got too. Not like other places that will try to just give you whoever is free. Kathy was very sweet and kind. She did a great job on my nails and even asked if I wanted a design (which I always do). The only thing I wish is that the pedicure massage was longer and included a bit more options for basic without having to upgrade to a deluxe. I've been to several salons that do more for a spa pedicure. Other than that I have no complaints. I even went back a few days later and had Kathy do my nails. I think I finally found a winner. I'll try a deluxe pedicure next time to be sure. read more

Went in today for a gel polish change and a fresh gel manicure. During removal I noticed the nail tech didn't soak my nails in acetone for very long. She was really rough when filing my nails and instead of waiting for the gel to soak off fully she filed it off and even used a regular coarse nail file on my bare nail bed to try to get some spots of gel off. My cuticles are all inflamed and red and cut up and there's even an open cut on one of my fingers. When she went to apply new gel polish it went on very lumpy and uneven and started to lift around the edges immediately because the old gel wasn't removed properly. I was upset with how this looked so a different nail tech removed the polish. My nails underneath are so terribly damaged now and my middle finger looks bruised because so much of my nail plate has been filed away. My fingers literally burn from all of the filing at my skin and I'm concerned that my cuticles are at risk of infection now since they are open wounds. I asked for a refund because I was walking away with damaged nails AND no gel polish. I was told I could only be given back $10 for the cost of the gel but not for the manicure or gel removal. I asked for money back for the gel removal because it damaged my nails and I was left with open cuts and I was only given another $5 back. So I only got $15 out of the $35 I spent back and I lost the $5 tip I had given initially. I'm so upset with the entire situation and I wish I could just get all of what I spent back since now I'm going to have to go buy stuff to try to fix what is left of my natural nails. I feel like I wasted money and 2 hours of my time. I have been going to this salon for a while for pedicures but I'm honestly never going back after this. I shouldn't be walking out of a nail salon losing $25 with destroyed nails. read more

This salon was able to take my daughter and I immediately for a pedicure which was awesome. They are really nice however the lady who was doing my pedicure did not do the greatest job. I decided to do the Deluxe pedicure since I just got back from vacation and needed some TLC on my feet. The lady who I got didn't even scrub my feet, didn't file my nails and barely massaged my legs. The way she painted my big toe was terrible. On the flip side they treated my little girl so great! She loved having her toes done and they did the cutest flower on her toes! It could simply be the person I had but I most likely won't return and try to find somewhere else that can do a better job on my feet. read more
