This salon was able to take my daughter and I immediately for a pedicure which was awesome. They are really nice however the lady who was doing my pedicure did not do the greatest job. I decided to do the Deluxe pedicure since I just got back from vacation and needed some TLC on my feet. The lady who I got didn't even scrub my feet, didn't file my nails and barely massaged my legs. The way she painted my big toe was terrible. On the flip side they treated my little girl so great! She loved having her toes done and they did the cutest flower on her toes! It could simply be the person I had but I most likely won't return and try to find somewhere else that can do a better job on my feet. read more

This place was amazing, I took my girlfriend here to get her nails fixed since they were botched earlier in the day from a different nail spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The nail tech that worked on my girlfriends nails was Andy, he did an amazing job, you can tell he is very passionate about his work too as he seemed to put his body and soul into those nails. 7/20/22 I'm having to update my review. When I first came to this salon everything was going well. After a few months you would think I would t need to BUT I had to keep explaining what needed to be done over and over again every visit with Andy. I kept seeing Andy since I figured he'd get to know me and would know exactly what to do after a few months but unfortunately that was not the case. Each time I had to explain the process of soaking off clear dip... then dipping my nails 3 to 4 times in clear dip... lightly filing since they aren't acrylic nails they are my real nails and the harder you file the more damage you do to my real nails. After lightly filing I choose a gel color to go on top. After explaining several times, Andy would continue to file my nails as if they were acrylic nails... so every time I had to remind him remember these are my REAL nails they are not fake nails ...so my last visit was last week on Thursday and I had to remind myself that I needed to explain it to Andy again. I walked in a noticed Andy was having a bad day or something (I could just get that feeling) That day Julie was there. Julie is the one that recommended that process (the one I need to explain every time) when I first came to the salon since she said it'll be beneficial to my real nails. So that day I explained it to Julie about me having to explain it to Andy all the time so I told her can you please let him know what needs to be done ... there's times that I've gone and she'd explain it to Andy exactly... but that day she seemed confused herself and was questioning the soaking off dip part... so I just went along with her ... which is understandable since she doesn't see me all the time. Well I don't know if Andy got offended with the fact that Julie explained it to him that day but that day he was very rude towards me and he was very rough when filing my nails to the point that I told him a few times that they are my real nails to be careful and he kept on rolling his eyes like saying oh God. I could feel my natural nails burning at the bottom when he was using the machine to the point where I couldn't take the burning feeling anymore and a couple of times I pulled my hands back away from him and he lightly slapped my hand like saying don't move your hands. I told him with a smile... I'm worried your filing to much and I showed him ... he just kept filing... He didn't soak off the dip like he was supposed to instead he got the machine and kept filing them all the way down to there was very little powder left till I got to close to my real nails which I'm sure he damaged my real nails at the bottom... after that he dipped my nails only twice and then proceeded to color them only twice (seeing the yellow wasn't taking well and needed another coat) when I could see blotches coming through out of the yellow color that I chose when I told him that I need a third coat he got all upset pulled my hand and started taking off the final coating he had started on top very roughly and was talking under his breath for about a minute... I don't know the language but I could tell her was talking bad about me... I can only imagine what he was saying about me :-( after we were done he charged me $50 which his usual charge is $40 here and there. to be quite honest with you since I've been going to him I think he just makes up his prices as he goes since there's times that he'll charge me $40, all the time and then there's times when he will charge me $45-$65 and yet I get the same thing done each time so it should always be the same price. this time he charged me $50. Two weeks ago Andy was out of town so I went with lee. I had a good experience with lee except that lee charged me $70!!! And the next day my nail polish started chipping away. I called and Lilly said to go in on Monday and she'd fix them. Which she did at no charge but the nail polish chipped again two days later... and at that point I was done... I notice nail polish gets a small bubble or bubbles then chips at that area. I already have a small bubble on my nail polish on one finger nail and this time I have four cracks! Two on my index finger and two on my middle finger. Its only been 6 days. Cracks showed up on day two which I called the salon several times and get no answer. I understand it's summer and wedding season so they are probably swamped. I paid $50 this time and yes I still gave Andy a tip and my nails cracked! I'm assuming they cracked this time since Andy only dipped them twice and used the machine to file dip down. I'm so sad and very disappointed. Other then the experience I had... everyone else at the salon is sweet, welcoming and kind. **update my nail ended up cracking and breaking ** I am currently looking for a new nail salon. read more

This place is great. Obviously family ran, but this family genuinely cares for their customers. Pretty refreshing esp for a nail salon. I always go to see Trish. I'm very simple and plain and she's never once tried to up-sale me on any services. She does a great job and if there's something I point out she's quick to fix it and doesn't go speaking off to other employees in their foreign language. A note though for those going for their first time: Bring cash for the tip. They do accept credit cards but are unable to add tip on credit card. read more

Forgot to mention I had a new set put on in Hemet , I live there... Well, they were absolutely , horrible and not free 38$ Plus I gave a 5$ tip. Yes , that's cheap... I wanted brown tipped nails as shown in screen shot. My nail artist lily said she can try and we picked out the pink nude polish and a nice walnut brown. She did the brown tips but they were not anything like the picture and she did not even use the pink polish for the center. She left it clear with the brown tips. My nails were stained red underneath from previously dying a clients hair and it looked dirty!!! I asked if she was going to use the pink polish and she said no we would have to start over again so I agreed on this basic pink with diamonds. The nails are VERY lumpy and the polish and nail sizes are both inconsistent. I also have four nails that have bubbles from the clear coat. I paid $ 50 for a set that looks like it's worth 25. read more

I am giving this place 1 star because literally every time I have come to get my nails done the same day or the next day they have broken. After 3 times I'm completely done. I am too busy to run back to the nail shop. This last I came in they told me they were short staffed for 2 days and not to come until Monday. She was very rough and kept burning me with the drill, along with forcefully sticking my nails on the sides. Not once did she ask if the shape was okay. I would not recommend this place. My friend and I went here together and the male technician did my nails. He got upset when I asked to change my nail color BEFORE he started and he shoved my hand out of the way while he was working. Less than 5 hours later my thumb is peeling. Also after paying we went next door to get cash out of the atm with the intention of tipping, and one of the people that worked there followed us outside the store and told us that we need to tip them with Venmo. I finished at Planet Fitness and wanted to treat myself, upon reading Yelp reviews I thought I'd try it. Not only are their nail color selections on a wall, the colors they have look old to expired mixed in with their new ones. I had to ask the gentleman to trim my cuticles multiple times and each time it was lame attempt. Furthermore when I asked for a flower on my ring fingers, well it was dot work. Walked in and they were VERY busy- but that's a good sign that everyone LOVES this salon. Anyway, walked in at 1125, and my nail tech was just finishing up with his previous client, I maaaybe waited like 2 minutes. Sat down in the chair and he started to work. Took about ten minutes for my fill and trim, washed my hands and then sat down with another tech for polish. In and out in about 30 minutes for a fill and trim. LOVE my nails. I had to come in last minute before a baby shower. I asked if they could help me and do my mani and pedi at the same time. She listened to exactly how I wanted it and did a great job on my nails and was very quick. I will definitely be coming back again. Don't go here! They use MMA! My response to the owner is below. I know this salon uses MMA because during the lockdown of the virus I had to take off my acrylic nails since they got too long and all the shops were closed. It took forever to come off and damaged my nails. It was disgusting! Sticky. Smelly from the chemical. No wonder this shops prices are so cheap, because they use this illegal harmful substance. Info on MMA if you aren't aware of what it is.....This acrylic product is illegal when being used on the nails, it can cause permanent loss and damage of the natural nail, as well as numbness in the fingers. After prolonged usage, this dangerous chemical deemed poisonous by the FDA can cause miscarriages, lesions on the kidneys, liver problems, and respiratory problems. Update since owner responded to my review: I'm sure this nail salon is just covering themselves by writing their response because...how else would you respond to a negative post saying they use an illegal substance, you gotta say something or else you look guilty! Plus, why does she take the time to write such a long post when other people giving this salon 1 or 2 stars and she doesn't respond nor give a long response (arent all negative reviews on a business equal? Customer service and the how good of a job a tech does your nails is extremely important!) Additionally, I have been getting my nails done for many years...I think I know the difference between mma and non mma powder when I've had my nails removed due to experience and differences between this time and all the other times over the years. Its not the same! Besides, cheap prices equals cheap products....if the product wasn't mma, it would be more expensive to get a fill and full set. Oh, and have your employees stop eating during your last hour of being open. No customer wants to see you eat in the lobby waiting for customers, just plain unprofessional.
