I went in to get a pedicure. After I was seated I asked what type of pedicure and I just wanted a basic one. The tech asked if I wanted GEL and I said "No" definitely don't want Gel, I just wanted regular polish. I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it. read more

I been going here for my pedicures for the last year or so and had been very happy with service until today. I wanted a mani/pedi today and was extremely disappointed with my manicure set. First, she cut my cuticle and my finger started bleeding and then I get this messy result at the end. She seemed very rushed. Also they were very hesitant to accept a coupon for $5 off, WHICH THEY GAVE ME LAST TIME FOR WAITING 45 MINUTES, just because the ink had worn off. I don't plan on returning with money anytime soon. First time going here and worst experience ever. Never going back First of all, upon checking in the girl at the front desk was rude af. Rolled her eyes when I said I needed a nail fixed. Got a pedicure and it was so uncomfortable. As I was sitting there the ladies were making fun a a pregnant lady next to me in Vietnamese-saying she looked old etc. (they didn't know that I understood them). They were then about to place judgement on my toes as well but I spoke up in Viet so they knew. Review for Infinity Nail Lounge I stopped by the post office and noticed Infinity Nail Lounge right next door. The place looked so bright, clean, and welcoming that I decided to walk in on the spot! I originally just wanted my acrylics removed--my nails grow way too fast, and I've gotten tired of getting fills that barely last a few days. I was paired with Chloe, and I'm so glad I was! I told her how over acrylics I've been feeling, and she suggested trying GelX. It's similar to acrylic but with less buffing, no tips, and a better option as I try to grow out and strengthen my natural nails. She was super sweet, gentle, and attentive--and even offered me a drink (which I regretfully declined since I had to head back to work). I'm usually a bit of a wimp when it comes to removing nails, but Chloe made it so easy I barely suffered at all--phewww! To top it off, they had a special promo: get a full set and a free pedicure! Now I'm picky when it comes to pedicures, especially when it comes to the massage--that's the part that helps me truly relax. Let's just say the pedicure was clean and well done, but I was sitting there wondering... where did the massage go?? I definitely left wanting a little more pampering time in that part. The salon is clean, professional, and peaceful, with a relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay longer. They even offer drinks (I didn't grab one this time, but definitely will next time!). I had a mani and pedi, and both were flawless. Chloe was super sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure -- gentle, detailed, and kind. My acrylic tech absolutely blew me away. I get my nails done often, but the level of detail and care he put into my French tips was unlike anything I've experienced. He used a toothpick-sized brush to make sure every line was perfect, and explained each step along the way. So patient, so skilled. WENT TO NAIL SALON TO BE PAMPERED AND ENDED UP WITH POLICE AND EMT's AT MY FRONT DOOR!!! BEWARE... I want to share an experience I had yesterday at Infinity Nail Lounge so others with allergies or chemical sensitivities can be aware. Also, just people in general that value good customer service. I went in for a dip service and clearly explained that I have a medical condition and cannot be exposed to gel products or UV/LED lights. Even though this was acknowledged, I was still exposed to the chemicals and light I specifically asked them not to use, which caused me to go into an anaphylactic reaction as well as rashes and welts on my body, I I had to leave immediately to seek medical attention. Instead of letting me leave safely, the manager insisted I stay and pay for the service that made me sick. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he was unavailable. I told them to please have the manager call me to settle the balance.When I left to treat the reaction, they called the police. Who wants to go to a nail salon and receive this kind of drama? Not to mention, they lied to the police officer about what actually happened and sold him a false story. Today, when I called to speak with the owner, the refused to give his name and told me to "file a dispute with the police department." I find it unbelievable that no one has reached out to me to see how I am doing and refusing to give me the name of the owner is completely unprofessional and also speaks volumes because if they didn't do anything wrong why would they have a problem giving out the owner's name. I'm sharing this to help others avoid a similar experience and to raise awareness about how important it is for salons to take medical restrictions seriously. Also, if their care and concern is only about the money and not about their clients, then I would find another nail salon. *********************************** Follow up to Owners response... First, I want to point out that any business willing to provide false information to the police department over a $50 dispute is deeply concerning and not someone I would choose to do business with. Your response contains several inaccuracies. To begin with, I did not, at any point, agree to the use of a product that I had already explained would cause an allergic reaction. The technician who performed the service did not speak English well enough to verify anything with me, and this language barrier was part of how the mistake occurred. What is even more troubling is that the person at the front desk, possibly the owner did not communicate my medical concerns to the technician at all. If you review your camera footage, you will see the dispute between the two staff members, which I could not understand due to the language, but it was very clear they were arguing with each other. While they were arguing, no one paused to acknowledge what was happening to me including the fact that I was having trouble breathing. That is exactly why I felt compelled to share my experience publicly: your actions did not reflect any genuine concern for a client's health or well-being, only for money. You also stated that the technician was not compensated, which is simply untrue. I did tip them as I felt that most of the fault lied on the person who greeted me. As for the charges, it is beyond my comprehension how you feel additional payment is still owed when I sat there for nearly two hours with products applied to me that I clearly stated would harm me. I have since incurred medical costs, medication expenses, and had to pay to have the nails removed approximately 8 hours of my time, Yet you still feel entitled to compensation? Additionally, the technician never removed the nails underneath, which created an even bigger problem and only added to the harm I experienced. It was mistake after mistake. Shame on you for trying to defend this situation by giving out misleading information on social media. I will not waste more time addressing every incorrect point you made, but I will continue to stand by the truth of what happened. read more

My gel pedicure lasted me three weeks until it started chipping, which was incredible. Yesterday, I went into redo the same pedicure and it chipped after I had gotten home. So, I came in this morning to see if they could fit me in for a repair. They did, the service was incredible, and they were quick with the repair, too! They have a five day guarantee, but it excludes gel polish. However, they didn't charge me for the fix, which I wasn't expecting! Definitely recommend this spot. Me and my mom came in for their grand opening deal, and at first i was a little confused but signing in was super easy and efficient. My nails came out wonderfully and so did my pedicure. While it may look like i was cut on my toe i wasn't that was my fault cause the night before i cut it too short. The man who gave me my pedicure was super gentle and I only had pain on that toe cause of my own mistake. The man who worked on my full set was super gentle and worked around my jittery hands!
