Was visiting from Vegas and needed service bad! Booked a mani and pedi for my mom and a fill and pedi for me. This place is hidden and a hidden gem! Everyone was so nice! And I had the most amazing manicurist and his counter part doing my pedicure!!! Danny was amazing and so was his lovely girlfriend who I cannot remember her name for the life of me. I'm so sorry! I'm really contemplating making the 3.5 hour drive monthly just to get my nails done!!! That's how good the services were!!!! Danny is not your typical nail tech. He definitely has the bad boy vibe going complete with tattoos and motorcycle. His girl is the total opposite so adorable and sweet. Total school teacher type! But anyways they do wonderful work and I felt like royalty. The salon is very clean. The equipment looks new. The chairs very comfortable. Pricing is average. They do have a lot of staff that can accommodate large groups and multiple services. Highly recommend! read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon here in Menifee, and this place did not disappoint. I walked in and was greeted warmly by one of the nail technicians. It was a weekday, so the salon wasn't very busy. Julie and Nancy did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and also gave me a wonderful hand and foot massage. Julie gave great recommendations for nail designs without being pushy. Unlike some other nail salons I've been to, I never felt pressured to add services I didn't come in for. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! read more

I went in as a walk in after work. I need a fill and pedicure. Greeted immediately. Very friendly. I was told it would be a couple minutes so I asked to use the restroom. Clean! (It's a thing!) My fill & gel polish was done quick and turned out amazing! Moved over to the pedicure chairs, very comfortable (with massage options) and I upgraded for the callous removal and extra leg massage. I got a full set a few days ago and had the worst experience ever. I NEVER write reviews, but my time and money spent there was such a waste that I just have to inform others. I had my nails done by an older woman with glasses. Everything in the beginning was fine. She shaped and filed my nails the way I asked. But, when I asked her for french tip, she showed me one nail and the white tip was too thick. I kindly asked her if she can please make it thinner. She tried a second time and it looked exactly the same, so I asked her kindly a second time if it can be a smidge thinner. She didn't say anything and proceeded to do the rest of my nails. She made the white french tips go straight across my nail instead of curved like they normally look, so I asked her if she can please make them a little more curved on the sides. She raised her voice and said she can't do that anymore because I asked her to make the tip thin, and now it was too thin to make it curved. I just said okay, knowing that it's very possible to do it the correct way. She started complaining about it to her colleagues because she clearly kept saying the word "curve". In addition to that, there were two other workers watching her do my nails the ENTIRE time talking and laughing with her remarks. Towards the end of my appointment she put the top coat and showed me my nails and asked if it was fine before putting them in to dry, at this point I was irritated and just said yes they're fine but then she takes my hand and shows me closer to my face and says "no see them before they dry, see them first" in a very rude way. Her colleague behind her begins to laugh. Once she was done she asked me to go wash my hands, and I did without saying a word. I'm sure everyone caught on that I was clearly upset by my face. One other lady asked me if everything was alright. I said yes just so I can hurry up and leave. I paid over $60 for the worst full set I've ever received. Her work is so sloppy and lazy. The polish is messy and uneven. Now I'm stuck with these acrylics until I can have them removed. Never coming back or referring anyone here. read more

Just found this place, they opened 4 months ago. Natalie did my nail gel builder manicure, Le did my pedicure, and I didn't get the name of the lady who did my eyebrow wax. All were very kind. Natalie asked how I was doing and if I was happy with the nails multiple times throughout, which was nice that she actually cared instead of rushing through. Le spent a good amount of time on my feet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon looks very clean and has great ambience. I was there for a total of two hours to have everything done. I was there at 9:25am since they open at 930, and the gentleman let me in early and started on my nails right away. I called as soon as they opened this morning as it's July 4th to see if they could take a walk in for acrylic removal for my teen. Told me to yes come on in and it would be $15. We quickly gathered our things and drove there. Super clean and beautiful inside. He took my baby right away and took great care of her. Shaped her nails and we were done in 30 minutes. Having recently moved to the area , I was looking for a good nail shop. I have been going to a few around my area and I found that the quality of the work just wasn't up to par. Well they weren't bad it's just not the type of quality I am accustomed to. The ads for this nail shop kept popping up and I decided to make an appointment for a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I called the shop right before closing and was lucky enough for someone to answer and made my appointment. The shop is impressive, clean, very nice set up, great music and very courteous staff. My pedicure was amazing and they did something I've never had done before which was using sliced up oranges and rub them on my legs and feet. I went with the flow and subsequently wound up with my legs and feet feeling wonderful! Next I move on to getting my nails done and I was not disappointed. My sister went back the same day, a couple hours after getting her nails done here because they started hurting/itching and the owner refused to give a refund EVEN THOUGH owner said it must've been a allergy reaction. she has gotten her nails done for so many years and this has never happened to her. They did remove them but NO refund. nothing. waste of $95 read more

I saw a new nail salon open and wanted to give it a try because I was really excited to support a new business. I went in for a Gel X set, and the owner, Calvin, did my nails. They honestly came out nice and I liked the design, especially since it was something outside of my comfort zone. However, later that day my nails/ fingertips started hurting/itching bad. I've had Gel X done before and have never experienced pain like that, so I decided to go back because I thought maybe something went wrong during the application process and was hoping for at the very least a refund of the $95 I spent for the Gel X set. Unfortunately, my experience after returning was disappointing. Calvin was dismissive and suggested it was probably an allergy reaction. (mind you I've gotten my nails done for years now and have never had this happen) He asked me to wait until he finished with another client, and then he removed the nails. He refused to offer any refund again saying he had already spent time doing the nails in the first place.( how was I to blame for a reaction caused by products used there?) I called my husband in tears while at the salon because I felt ike the treatment I got when I returned for the removal was unfair. It was especially frustrating because the $95 I spent was the remaining budget I had set aside for getting my nails done, and I ended up in pain with nails that had to be removed the same day. While I initially liked the results, the lack of professionalism and customer care afterward left me very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this experience. read more
