I should have taken pictures to demonstrate the neatness of my manicure and pedicure. I found Chi nails through yelp focusing on top ratings for my area. Chi provided excellent and quick service. Although I was unable to get a same day appointment she was able to accommodate the following day. I was so relaxed I took a quick nap during my pedicure. She provided tea and beverages in house. Very clean suite with a large variety of color to choose. It's nice because it's just you and her. I could take a call or just chat with her without the extra noise and chatter. I have been going to Chi for over a year and my experience has been so wonderful. Chi is such a kind lady and takes her time to do the designs I have in mind. She is also patient and helpful when selecting the color nail polish for the different sets that I do. I typically find unique designs on Pinterest and Instagram and she is able to recreate them. Discovered this place on Yelp. I decided to give it a try after viewing the pics. This was not the experience I had initially anticipated. She is located in Sola Salons, which blew my mind in every way bc I had never been in one before. That's a story for another time, folks. Back to the experience, the first time I had come, I was surprised to see it was just a little room. This is a single-serve type of experience. Meaning as intimate as can be. It's just you and her. Walk-ins are not a thing here because of this. Chi was incredibly friendly. Her set-up is cute! She has a Roku and asks what you'd like to watch or listen to. She's got a little coffee counter with sweets. She really went out of her way to make sure her clients feel comfortable and pampered. Her pedicure was great, and the fill she gave me tickled me pink. The best part was her sensitivity. I had a pretty bad "paper" cut under my nail before my first appointment with her. [It's in quotes because what had happened was, the night before my appointment I was removing what I thought was a plastic card from under me. I had angled my finger in a way where I jammed the corner of this business card INTO my middle finger. It was in the skin flap on the SIDE between my nail and skin. This is important because, when you are getting acrylics, they usually tuck that part of the skin and file away on the sides to properly shape them. They do this while shaping and they do this on final touches after color application.] Now, she was aware of this boo boo without me having to tell her. She could see it. She was so gentle and ensured that I would remain comfortable despite this hellish wound. This pretty much guaranteed my second visit. I just had my second appointment this Friday. OOOOOO, CHILE! She really did the damn thing. I tried to take some pics that would do my set justice. I failed miserably. I've attached them regardless, but I cannot WAIT to come back for my next appointment. The only thing is, she doesn't have many colors. She has about 100 colors. Lucky for me, I typically switch between the same 8 colors anyway. I'm honestly so glad I found her on here. The surrounding places are too risky. I won't be surprised if the nail salons in the area lose their clients to her once she is widely-discovered. Definitely get an appointment ASAP and future ones, too. Since it is only her, you want to get in when you can! read more

I haven't gotten my nails done or a pedicure done in over a year. due to being pregnant during covid, and just busy with baby now. Let me tell you, chi was great with being honest if I needed a callus remover or not and what was less expensive. I dint Feel like I was being pressured to add extras. She's very professional.
