I'll give them credit for getting me in right on time. Unfortunately, the actual service felt rushed and careless. The technician worked extremely fast and with such a heavy hand during my fill that it honestly felt like I was on a nail salon assembly line. By the time I left, four of my fingers were bleeding around the cuticles. She also didn't seem very focused on the service she was doing. Several times she was looking around the salon and yelling comments to other employees while working on my nails, which didn't exactly inspire confidence while someone is using sharp tools on your hands. I understand being busy, but a nail appointment shouldn't feel like a race against the clock, especially when it leaves a client with sore, bleeding fingers. Speed is great, but attention to detail and basic care should come first. This experience unfortunately felt rushed and uncomfortable from start to finish. read more

Women are nice but I don't like when you call and make an appt and you still sit there and wait! I've also been sat in the first chair multiple times and the back massager does not work for longer than a minute and continuously turns off... Never get hot water. Just cold.... Not going back... Hopefully they repair that chair and get better with telling people they have an appt yet make them sit and wait 30+ min. My time is valuable that's why I make an appt! read more

Very poor quality work, i got pressured into getting gel even though I didnt want it and she did not even do my cuticles. The sides of my nails were not even done and my nails were cut square despite requesting round. A bit cheaper than the places around but its not worth the low quality service. I gave this place a try twice. I was disappointed. The older lady who was working on my hands the first time seemed to be in training. Because I told her you've missed the color on the sides and the top. And she said "it's fine it's fine". And I said "no it's not." And the lady managing or who owns the salon fixed it and showed her how. And it wasn't ok, Not for the $40 including tip I'm paying. That being said she was nice. But understood little English an asked me how to pronounce words. My feet were done with regular polish. I think getting gel is a waste because they typically last a month without chipping. Well this salon asked me or pushed me to do gel on my toes 4 times. I don't think anyone should be pressured by 3 people to get an upsell or have to say no. I stuck to my guns and said no. Then the polish chipped off every toe within a week which tells me. They dilute the polish. Because it doesn't hold up. This was my 2nd time. Gel manicure and classic pedicure $72 + tip out the door. Not cheap. I like that they're one of the only places that does massages still. However today the girl that did my pedicure did not seem to be happy nor like her job at all. And it really felt like they were talking about me. With my choices to file my nails not cut. And my nail polish color. Etc. some of the words seemed similar to English. The last thing is. Is I don't think they properly clean the tools nor open a new set when working on new people. They had REALLY wrinkly sanitized bags of nail equipment like they were being reused over and over. I don't think I'll be back. For the price I'm paying I could do the same result with polish all Over my skin. *if you own this salon, you should be friendlier, train your staff better and maybe invest in some upgrades on the interior. And definitely use sanitized equipment for each person. read more

I've been going here for about a year but today I was not happy with the results. They've always done a good job. Today I had the owner and she cut my nails, during a manicure, way too short. I never wear them as short as she cut them and they actually hurt because my fingers are so sensitive with the nails gone. This nail salon is so unprofessional. Don't even waste your time coming here, especially if you have a little girl that's slightly taller than what they think a young girl should be. I brought my daughter there today, thinking it will be a relaxing day right before graduation tomorrow for fifth grade promotion- they didn't ask just said no she needs the adult spa package. I insisted no she's a child, we're getting the child pedicure only she said went to another lady Moon sho came back and said she's tall inform of my daughter three times. She has already felt self conscious about being the tallest kid in her class so we just left ! Horrendous experience so we'll take our business elsewhere, very unprofessional. The lady kept insisting that I enter my information into a keypad she on the counter when I entered. I said I don't like to give my information. She then told me I would have to pay cash. Then as she is doing my nails she is filing the sides of my nails so hard that they started to bleed. She then said oh sorry. At that point I should have got up and left. I really wish I had because she didn't ask me what I wanted so she just put some nails without acrylic. When I asked her about it she said this was better for my nails. Then she charged me $55.00 for nails that lasted one week. My injury lasted longer. Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment. read more
