Update on my second visit: Unfortunately, the service was not great this time around. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and asked if I could get my Gel X nails cut down and have the polish changed. I was told yes, that the wait would be about 15 minutes, and that the total would be $40. $35 for the polish change and $5 for the nail cut. I was a bit shocked by the pricing, but I agreed and waited. Fifteen minutes later, they walked me over to pick out a color and told me to wait for my technician. Twenty minutes passed, and still no technician. The front staff checked in with me and explained there had been some confusion and that no technician was currently available, but that it would only be a few more minutes. Ten minutes later, the technician finally arrived. She began drilling off my gel polish, and there were a couple of moments where the drill burned because she seemed to be rushing through the process. Once the removal was finished, she asked if I wanted my nails cut down. At that point, I was a little taken aback because this was now the third time I had explained the services I wanted. It wasn't necessarily her fault, but the whole experience felt very unorganized. She cut my nails, and initially I didn't mind that they weren't symmetrical because I assumed the shaping process would fix it. Boy, was I wrong. As she continued shaping, I noticed several nails had visible slants (pictures provided). I brought it to her attention, and while she attempted to correct them, there was very little effort. After repeating the same concern multiple times, I eventually gave up because I was tired of having to keep asking. She then applied the polish, and things seemed okay until I noticed inconsistencies in the application. She mainly focused on the top portion of the nail and neglected the sides. I mentioned it a couple of times, and she would briefly go back to "fix" it. At the very end, my left pointer finger was missing polish in the bottom right corner of the nail. When I pointed it out and asked if she could fix it, she simply brushed polish over the corner without blending it properly, leaving behind a very noticeable streak and then considered the job complete. HOW?? At that point, I was completely fed up. I paid the $40, and then the receptionist asked, "No tip?" even though I had already tipped the technician $5 in cash. Honestly, I felt like I had already over-tipped considering the experience. I closed out my check and left. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I'll be finding another nail salon moving forward. read more

I was excited that this was opening up in this plaza! A little over a month ago I got a gel x set done at a different salon in Buena Park. I live in Menifee so I was looking for a salon where I could get them removed AND I wanted a basic manicure to cover up my nails for now. I called a little before 3 and was given an appointment for 3:30! I was with Destiny, who took care of my nails really well. She removed the gel x much better than I could have done. She also did the manicure really well too, and in a timely manner. I will definitely come back to this salon, and would love to get a pedicure next time! I waited 20 min when they said 5 and then when I sat down to get my nails done the lady glued the acrylic and stopped and said ohh my appts here someone else will help you and got up and left. I've been waiting for 15 min and no one has come to help me. No one has acknowledged me I've been waiting they've just talked amongst themselves and on their cellphones completely just ignoring me sitting here. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. You would think a new salon would go out of their way to build clients and create a good first impression. Went on Mother's Day. Had a reservation they were behind but that was just fine. Our whole group of moms were out of the house and the kids were all together with their dads So we all got served. Every one of us (4) was happy with the service. I got the #3 Lotus Pedicure and added on French Tip. Turned out really good!! I got a basic gel manicure and she did the whole massage and what not. This nail salon opened on 1/1/26 in the shopping center on Menifee Rd and McCall. They are offering 20% off this month only. I managed to call in for a gel manicure on 1/29/26 and was given an appointment right away. The vibe inside is beautiful. It has pretty shadow boxes up on the upper left side of the store. It had a cherry blossom tree to your right. It also had a whole section closed off to the right with the pedicure chairs. It was very zen-like inside. Brooklyn did my gel manicure. She was friendly and was doing a great job. The wall behind the manicure chairs was full of nail polish and spa items (it looked like tea). The only zonk was having to pay with something other than a credit card. I ended up using Zelle. It took me a minute, but it worked. In total, with tip, I paid $35. I want to go back when it's time for my pedicure to experience the other side of the salon. There was a ginormous TV on the manicure side, but it was turned off. I don't recall hearing music, but I left feeling at peace. I'd definitely return. read more

I had a great experience getting a pedicure at this new salon! The salon is brand new so it's beautiful very nicely decorated. But the thing that stood out to me the most in the pedicure section, is the fact that they use NEW buffers, filers and stones on each client! Having been to a lot of salons in my day. I have never seen this! Also, the sterilizer for the tools is on display for everyone to see so you know you're getting a clean pack each time! My tech took her time and was so detailed with my toes, I LOVED how she made sure to polish the entire nail, some places tend to leave the sides showing and you have to remind them, I will definitely be returning. My toenails aren't evenly shaped also the polish doesn't go all the way back to my cuticle and I don't like the dip how the paint was left on my cuticles also my nails didn't come out as even as the last time. I gave Sakura 2 stars because I was able to walk in on a Wednesday and get seated right away. I believe I got the second tier pedi priced at $40 with gel, the total $55. Pretty standard, I guess. The tech who did my pedi was a bit lazy when it came to servicing me. It was like I was another number and another pair of feet. Poor job on my cuticles and paint job. I couldn't tell from the lighting inside but once I got outside, the paint was not smooth and bubbled. Pedi didnt even look fresh the next day. This is a key reason why I dont patronize certain nail shops. Youre treated like a number, theyre speaking another language across the room the entire time, theyre rushing you to pay and pushing you out of the door but making sure you tip! My first time was my last time. Id rather drive to LA and get the great service that Im used to, which also includes non-alcoholic beverages and/or champagne/wine. read more

My sister and I walked in asking for 2 pedicures, they are not welcoming at all!! I wanted to get up and leave immediately. Out of frustration! I went a few weeks ago and got a gel removal, gel French tip pedicure. The nail tech did her best - her words not mine because I am very specific on how I want my French tip. I've had better results however not bad and I'd go again maybe different provider.. the tech was nice and welcoming as was the lady at the first nail station that greeted me upon my arrival. The salon was very clean and relaxing (spa vibes) large pedicure chairs and plenty of manicurist. It's great having something so close to home and they were offering a January special which I hadnt realized so my service was discounted ! Look forward to coming back and becoming a regular...oh btw the gel has lasted even weeks later besides the growth the nail polish hasn't chipped which indicates quality -not watered down product. read more

Destiny did my pedicure and it was so great. She was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated her attention to detail.
