Can we take a moment to talk about how dope my nail artist/tech is? First of all, she's hilarious and always has good conversation, but to the point of this post, she slays every set! From the time I walk in--still admiring my 3 or 4-week-old set--to the moment I walk out the door drooling over my latest set, she ALWAYS delivers. I came to her after an injury left me unable to continue doing my own nails. Not only that, her partner-in-crime does my pedicures to perfection! First time trying this nail place, I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. I was greeted and shown to a station. This place is big! Lots of chairs. The vibe in the place was nice, soft nice music playing and the air conditioner was turned on shortly after I arrived. That was nice and appreciated on a hot day like today. I love the fact that my pedi and mani were done at the same time. That is a big time saver. Ally did my mani and she was thorough and I love the way my nails look. I did not get the name of the lady that did my pedi she was also nice and gentle. Over all, a good experience. Got a pedicure and full set on 2/19. Just now realized the gel wasn't cured all the way on my pedicure and the bottom layer was wet. Absolutely terrible. Massage wasn't even a massage he just applied lotion. Do not recommend this salon. read more

I've been coming here for a while, but the inconsistent pricing is really frustrating. My most recent visit cost $72 for a basic almond-shaped fill and a small spiderweb design on my ring fingers only... normally my fills are around $50. I didn't get anything super extra, so I'm not sure why the price jumped so much. The nails were fine, but the lack of clear pricing and overcharging makes it hard to justify coming back. I am absolutely devastated. I have been coming here for so long and I was getting my nails done by Selina and she was absolutely incredible. I showed up today and I found out she no longer works here. I left the salon in tears after making the mistake of trying someone else. He shaped my nails terribly, I asked for red chrome and he started off with black???? Put chrome on top and they turned out orange. For the sake of time I told him to just do red and why does he out red on TOP of the black. My only day off and these are now my nails for all the Christmas festivities coming this weekend. Many of the other employees came over and no one offered advice on how to fix my nails. If you asked me last month, I would've 10/10 recommended this place and now I'm so sad to say I will never come back. read more

This was my first time at the Nail Bar. I had Trin for a pedicure -- she was very nice, very gentle, and friendly. It was a great experience and she did a great job! I appreciated it because I had tried another place the last time I went for a pedicure. What a difference having Trin. My experience at the LAST nail salon: The lady was nice but hurt me so many times -- filing my toe nails and filing my skin at the same time on each of my toes... she poked me with the sharp tip a good 3 or 4 times, and so on. I went to get gelx for the first time and a complicated Halloween nail design and Ally killed it! I'm so happy with my nails, she even let me add blush even though it wasn't apart of the inspo pic. She took her time to make sure I liked the length, shape, and the outcome. And the price was cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Ally! Pros: They have some friendly staff, the salon is cleanly, and the price is decent. Cons: I have been here a handful of times and really wanted to like this place because it is conveniently close for me. However, they take way too long, even when I book an appointment with them. I always have to expect to be there for 2-2.5 hours, which is way too long for my liking. A couple of times, I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes even after my appointment time. It doesn't seem like they even do appointment times because I've never seen them actually check me in or reference something when I tell them I have an appointment upon arrival. They always do my manicure and pedicure by two different people and not simultaneously. Sometimes, I had to wait between the manicure and pedicure, too, which is why the time spent there is so long. There have been a few times where I have shown them photos of designs I wanted, but the execution has never looked like the photo I asked for unfortunately. I would only go here for a basic color manicure and basic or french tip pedicure. read more

They did a good job but this place is way too overpriced. That is an honest review. A tier 2 pedi and a mani gel French tip ( no acrylic ) should not cost over a hundred without tip. That's my opinion but again, they did a good job. read more

They honestly take way too long to tend to customers. I was sitting there for almost 25 minutes waiting to get my feet done after she told me to wait an additional 15 minutes before sitting down and to top it all there were people just walking around not doing anything and when I asked, yeah they're coming. Yeah they're coming. They were not coming. Poor customer service poor communication, poor attendance just plainly do not care for customers time and might I add that somebody came in for a 1230 appointment and she made them wait 30 minutes what's the point of making an appointment then if I'm not gonna be handled on time Just disgusting. read more
