This place was okay. Not bad. However, the price was absurd as they are not accurate. I had a mani and pedi set up for myself and 10 yr old daughter. We asked for gel polish beside my toes. At the end I asked how much mine was, she stated $68. Then I said okay and my daughter, it was $90 just for her! I was shocked then the lady tells me, "You should've asked for the price before." I told her, "no, I will pay regardless". The very next day I called to check the pricing because something was off. A gentlemen picked up and I asked him much for a gel mani and regular polish he says $23 for mani and gel pedi is 38. I said and for kids, he goes, "oh it's cheaper"and I asked how much. He puts me on hold. He picked up and I I let him know I went in there yesterday and they over charged me. He said no it's accurate for 10 and older, it's $45 each. I know there are better salons out there with great customer service. Don't recommend it, especially for kids. read more

Had a gel manicure done by one of the male technicians, I could already tell as he was rushing through it, it was poor application, not enough time for bonding and sure enough within 24 hours the gel lifted and came off from my nail. The rest are starting to lift as well, I have never seen this happen before and I get gel all of the time. Will not go back to get this repaired, will go elsewhere as the quality of application was a poor experience for me. read more

Walked in with an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. We showed up 15 minutes early, were made to sit and wait until 25 minutes after our appointment start time, until I eventually asked when they will take us. It took me asking 3 separate times for them to respond positively. They were catering to a little girl, begging the mom to let them do her nails for free and they'll use gel so it'll be fast they had THREE people working on this little girl... after the 3rd time of me asking when they will take us, they took me and started my pedicure. My mom was sitting, waiting for 45 minutes and was asked if she wanted any services done. She told them her appointment was for 1 hour earlier and they looked like they had no idea what she was talking about. The manager starts yelling at us while I'm in the middle of getting my full set done (the same lady who did my pedicure did my full set), saying we needed to make an appointment if we wanted my mom to get a pedicure done... we literally did though It was in their appointment book. We were treated like garbage and yelled at for 15 minutes. The manager started pacing around the store, angrily typing in her phone. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 (I'd give negative stars if possible) was because my manicurist/pedicurist seemed apologetic. Literally no one else out of the 7 or so people working there acknowledged us. Terrible terrible people. Terrible terrible service. Maybe other customers had better experiences, but I will NEVER give my business to Nail Bar ever again for the disrespect and humiliation we received. read more

First time trying this nail place, I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. I was greeted and shown to a station. This place is big! Lots of chairs. The vibe in the place was nice, soft nice music playing and the air conditioner was turned on shortly after I arrived. That was nice and appreciated on a hot day like today. I love the fact that my pedi and mani were done at the same time. That is a big time saver. Ally did my mani and she was thorough and I love the way my nails look. I did not get the name of the lady that did my pedi she was also nice and gentle. Over all, a good experience. Can we take a moment to talk about how dope my nail artist/tech is? First of all, she's hilarious and always has good conversation, but to the point of this post, she slays every set! From the time I walk in--still admiring my 3 or 4-week-old set--to the moment I walk out the door drooling over my latest set, she ALWAYS delivers. I came to her after an injury left me unable to continue doing my own nails. Not only that, her partner-in-crime does my pedicures to perfection! Just had a pedicure done. I felt like they were rushing it. I was just on my phone most of the time and didn't realize it til half way during the pedicure but the lady was using a toenail clipper instead of a pusher to clean under the nails. My nail bed on my great toe is completely ruined. You can tell the nail detached underneath bc the white area is now a rectangle shape rather than rounded. I pointed it out but at that point what else can be done. I tried to just let it go but it's hard bc now I don't feel comfortable without nail polish. It looks so ugly and deformed. read more

I've been coming here for a while, but the inconsistent pricing is really frustrating. My most recent visit cost $72 for a basic almond-shaped fill and a small spiderweb design on my ring fingers only... normally my fills are around $50. I didn't get anything super extra, so I'm not sure why the price jumped so much. The nails were fine, but the lack of clear pricing and overcharging makes it hard to justify coming back. It was my first time coming here with my bestie (which is a man) thinking I'd have a good experience. We came here and payed for the tropical pedicure. I ended up receiving service from a man while my guy friend received service from a woman. I had no problem with that but the service we both received for the same package was a very different and OBVIOUS experience. The only difference was I got a white polish and he got a nude gel. As soon as our service began I noticed that his lady was quick to trim down his toe nails and reshape them while my guy didn't do that whatsoever. His service seemed very rushed and his finished work was unprofessional. I could've EASILY painted them myself and had the same results. The only reason I agreed to come here is because I was thinking I'd receive the full package I payed for (removing cuticle, reshape, professionally painted toes). Not to mention my friend and I talk Spanglish a lot so we jump back and forth from Spanish and English when we converse. There was a moment when I fully started speaking in Spanish after my service to my friend which led his lady to think we were talking about them? MIND YOU THEY SPOKE IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND NOT ONCE DID WE FEEL THE NEED TO BRING OUT A GOOGLE TRANSLATOR AND HIS LADY WAS SO QUICK TO DO SO AS SOON AS SHE HEARD US SPEAKING SPANISH! I was so uncomfortable and confused I could not wait for his pedicure to be finished. With those 42 dollars I waisted I could've rubbed oranges on my legs, got the same 5 below lotion and painted my own toes even better and actually paint the WHOLE NAIL!! I appreciated it because I had tried another place the last time I went for a pedicure. What a difference having Trin. My experience at the LAST nail salon: The lady was nice but hurt me so many times -- filing my toe nails and filing my skin at the same time on each of my toes... she poked me with the sharp tip a good 3 or 4 times, and so on. I am absolutely devastated. I have been coming here for so long and I was getting my nails done by Selina and she was absolutely incredible. I showed up today and I found out she no longer works here. I left the salon in tears after making the mistake of trying someone else. He shaped my nails terribly, I asked for red chrome and he started off with black???? Put chrome on top and they turned out orange. For the sake of time I told him to just do red and why does he out red on TOP of the black. My only day off and these are now my nails for all the Christmas festivities coming this weekend. Many of the other employees came over and no one offered advice on how to fix my nails. Pros: They have some friendly staff, the salon is cleanly, and the price is decent. Cons: I have been here a handful of times and really wanted to like this place because it is conveniently close for me. However, they take way too long, even when I book an appointment with them. I always have to expect to be there for 2-2.5 hours, which is way too long for my liking. A couple of times, I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes even after my appointment time. It doesn't seem like they even do appointment times because I've never seen them actually check me in or reference something when I tell them I have an appointment upon arrival. They always do my manicure and pedicure by two different people and not simultaneously. Sometimes, I had to wait between the manicure and pedicure, too, which is why the time spent there is so long. There have been a few times where I have shown them photos of designs I wanted, but the execution has never looked like the photo I asked for unfortunately. They honestly take way too long to tend to customers. I was sitting there for almost 25 minutes waiting to get my feet done after she told me to wait an additional 15 minutes before sitting down and to top it all there were people just walking around not doing anything and when I asked, yeah they're coming. Poor customer service poor communication, poor attendance just plainly do not care for customers time and might I add that somebody came in for a 1230 appointment and she made them wait 30 minutes what's the point of making an appointment then if I'm not gonna be handled on time Just disgusting. read more
