So disappointed. Will not be returning. I was loyal here for 2 years but won't be going back and will tell all friends and family as well. Felt rushed during the service. I was with the nail tech at the first chair - who I think is the owner (the nail techs in the 3rd and 4th chair tho are great, but because I don't like the owner I can no longer support this establishment) Anyways, I was Unable to express what I wanted. Showed a picture of what I wanted which looked nothing like what I got. I even had a video of how to do the design but she was so rushed it seemed, that she didn't even listen to me. Couldn't even do a basic flower that looked decent on nail so decided to go without and get out of there asap. (Also the flower I wanted was obviously 3D but her lack of attention didn't notice it) I kept saying that I need Periwinkle/purple color but felt shut down and pushed to get blue. I would've expected her to be able to advise me on colors etc to get as close to my desired color as possible. Instead seemed like she wanted to just have me hurry up and pick an available color so she can slap it on. The white was supposed to be milky pearl white but got a single uneven coat of white polish. My nail polish also chipped 2 hours afterwards Will be going to another salon tomorrow to remove These nails down here cost me $80...looks like children's press on nails... Will never be going back. I got my nails done on Wednesday today is Friday and the gel already peeled off my acrylic set I went in for a fill ended up paying 60 dollars for a fill and French design that I had to go back and forth and correct her on she clearly could tell I was not happy with them and even once finished she left me covered in paint and the underneath of every single nail even after asking for them to be cleaned caked with acrylic I had to pick out once home from every finger not only did she rush the entire prep including not touching my cuticles I pointed out cleaning the edges and I was very vocal about correcting her mistakes and she still was unable to do And she had already moved on to the next customer in a different seat before I was even finished I figured since she was the first chair and most likely the owner of the salon I could trust she do a good job and was very disappointed I wasn't going to leave a bad review because she already has plenty against her on here but once the polish peeled today I was beyond over it. Throughout the process I was noticing things with my nails I didn't like but she assured me she would do this and do that and I wanted to trust the process, as she is the expert here. I got a manicure and pedicure. The woman (assuming the salon manager) rushed through my manicure. In doing so, she managed to cut two of my fingers. She never addressed it nor apologized for cutting me. I understand accident happens but I would assume you would at least apologized. Furthermore, her next client had arrived and decide send me away before finishing the services. Expressing how she finish my services later. The pedicure went fine. The man doing my pedicure was the one to notice how poorly done my manicure was and expressed to the woman of the situation. She sort of fix it but was too busy with her other clients to make it look more presentable. All in all, I think they were too busy and rush my whole services. The overall vibe of the salon is very clean and does not have a strong chemical smell, which I appreciate. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. I love my nails, but they were getting too long and I wanted something shorter. I decided to give this place a shot. From the start, the atmosphere wasn't new client's friendly. When I informed some of the staffs that I needed my acrylic nails removed, one of them walked away to sit in the pedicure seat. Then another staff asked me what kind of service did I want, I told the second one the same thing but she was busy with the client so she couldn't help. A few minutes later, a woman who looked to be in her 50's or 60's ( I did not ask for her name ) seated me and used a cuticle cutter. Unfortunately, she not only twisted the acrylic but also damaged a chunk of my nails as she worked. Then she tried to use the same cuticle cutter to split the acrylic from my nails, it was painful. I asked het " aren't you supposed to soak them and use a nail grinder to remove the acrylic ?" she then stopped what she was doing and prepared a soaking bowl. However, the soaking bowl she gave me was extremely hot and painful to keep my hands in it. I thought she tried to make sure everything will come off and the pain should end soon, I was wrong. When she used the nail grinder, it felt like my nails were on fire. I can honestly say this was the most painful acrylic nail removal I have ever experienced. She also complained about my previous nail tech which I was not happy about, and the results I received from her were thin, uneven and damaged nails. This is my first and last experience here. Although the salon might have other talented nail technicians, the overall quality and skill level of staff are essential and need improvement. read more

Had acrylic nails that needed removing. Walked in and was assisted quickly. That was the only star qualifying service. I was helped well at first, but then my nail tech seemed to have been given an additional customer who was sat next to me and that is when I noticed the rushing on my removal. The wedging of a plastic nail tip between my nail bed and my fake nail was more forceful and hurt at times before he snap peeled the fake nail off. At a certain point I almost stopped the tech but really just needed the job to get done, so I allowed him to finish the removal. If I can even say it was a fully finished service? Im still going to go home and dip my nails in acetone which was not* done here, and try to file away the remnants of my fake nails. As well as file down the uneven residue on my nail beds. Though that defeats the purpose of having come here to get that service done. Although I did not request an additional service- my nails should still have been removed fully and safely. When doing research online- I noted that using acetone as well as using drill is the "professional way" to remove acrylic nails and they recommend against peeling off nails. Looking at them now- There are still parts that I would need the drill to fully remove. Last time I try a new place- this was closer to the new location my job moved to and I found it on way home from work. Still. I am Not returning. I had a full set placed and despite my requesting that the nails be shorter before she finished, the manicurist stated, "they will be shorter when I file them", she then filed my nails uneven and there was a spot with an air bubble. My nails were not like the picture (longer, uneven, and the french white thin). When I came back to request they fix it, I was met with attitude, asking that I come back. When I said I had school and this was my only opportunity they made me wait a long time. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I had made an appointment for 12pm and was sat down maybe 5 minutes after but I didn't mind that since I was getting a simple gel mani/pedi. Both mani(picture in review) and pedi (Not comfortable sharing a picture of my feet) were done by ellie/elly and she is really nice! Took care of me fast, the whole service took about an hour. I've had bad experiences here before, but all I needed was a polish removal and nail cut and I was running very short on time. They are down the street, so I thought how can they mess this up. OHHHH... THEY DID. I was serviced by Diana. As you can see she completely injured my toe. 1st she knicked the cuticle and it started bleeding. She didn't even say sorry, she just put cotton on it. Then, the same toe, she literally cut my skin under the nail. My toe started bleeding A LOT and again she didn't even acknowledge that she did it or apologize. She just tried to hide it by covering it with cotton. After completely messing up my toe and never acknowledging it or apologizing, she literally asked me if I was going to tip her. WTF!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work and lack of customer service. I went in for a gel pedicure & manicure the day before flying out for my trip to Cancun. I was in and out within 45 minutes. By the end of the afternoon, I noticed that a couple of finger nails were already chipping. At this point I couldn't help to notice that a couple of toenails (sides) weren't fully painted. A friend recommended I call them to let them know the situation. The next day I decided to make the call and asked to speak to the manager. I informed her that the gel was already chipping ; although, I was heading out of town on vacation so I couldn't go in to get them fixed. I also informed her that I would be away for 10 days, she apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to text her photos of my nails which I gladly did. She specifically told me "whenever you come back come by and we will fix them." Within a week, most of my fingernails were completely chipped. Based on my previous conversation with the manager, I contacted her once I returned from my trip. Only for her to say "we cannot fix your nails anymore. Would you like to schedule an appointment for a fill or full set? We cannot fix it for free." When I reminder her of the promise she had made, she then offered me a $10 off and went on to say something about their store policy, etc. First and last time visiting this establishment. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm what world does it take 1.5 hours to do a pedicure? I came in at 3:30 and left at 5:06. The man doing my nails was so rough I couldn't even enjoy my own so called relaxing pedicure. He got nail gel on my skin and instead of cleaning it off he grabbed a file and filled it off. What the fuck? Who does that? Not only that but he messes up on the color initially and I said actually that's not the color can we just do red. And when I said that the other staff said omg complaining like excuse me ? You're charging me $70 fucking dollars for a pedicure and get upset because YOUR STAFF MESSED UP ON THE COLOR? No thank you. I'm bummed to be making this review as I have been here a few times prior and been happy. Went yesterday for a full set and a pedicure. I asked for rounded oval shape and showed my inspo photo. The nail tech indicated they had a chrome finish so I would have to do that. Okay cool no problem. My nails are no where near rounded oval. All are different shapes then she blamed it on how wide my fingers were. I wanted a nude sheer finish on my nails and somehow they are white chrome... After my nails I waited for a chair for my pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails appeared to be new and in training. He did great peeping my nails but his paint and flower work was horrible. Came in after being 2 weeks postpartum in order to take some time to myself and for a pedicure and manicure that cost me 92 dollars. They were able to sit me right away and started on both my feet and hands. I noticed when I got my callous removed the tool they used they didn't clean. Rinsed in the same water that they used on my feet and put away again for the next customer. A day later I ended up with a lot of pain on my toe and was making it hard to rock the baby to sleep. Turns out there was pus coming out of it ! I got an infection in my foot. Had to go to urgent care to get rid of it fast ! Been to several salons and never have gotten an infection. Two stars because it's new and nice inside and they got me in as a walk-in quickly. I went on a Monday around 4:30pm. But I don't recommend this place. I was so excited for a new nail salon close to home. But I'll be driving my usual 20 minutes to go elsewhere next time. Gel manicure: 1. Nails are not even. Some longer, some shorter. Some rounded, some square, some so sharp I had to file down myself when I got home. 2. I had black gel on before, and she didn't take the time to completely remove the color. You can still see the black underneath the new color. 3. The color I chose was not the color that came out. After she painted 1 nail I said "No, that's too pink". She kept painting the rest and tried to convince me on the second coat it would turn red. After the second coat she STILL tried to convince me it was red, it was still pink. So she said for me to pick a different red and she'll just put it on top. So I ended up with dark red (again, not what I wanted at all). I said the words "I don't like it at all" and she still refused to remove the color. I only go once a month, so now I'm stuck with a color I hate for 4 weeks. Pedicure: 1. The overall service was nice. You get a scrub which is always great. 2. The guy that did my pedicure smelled like a pack of old cigarettes. Not what I'm looking for at a nail salon. 3. Again, nails are not even and not shaped the same. I paid $75 for this. I won't be back. UPDATED TO REMOVE 1 STAR: By day #5, gel started lifting. Day #7, it's completely peeling off. read more

I was a walk-in earlier today and requested almond-shaped french tips. Tracy worked on me. I really like how my nails came out, however her service was terrible. Not only was she extremely rude to me but she charged me $80 for them. When I asked why they were so expensive, she claimed it was because of the length and powder used. They overcharged me..then when I questioned they said, oh sorry math was wrong...but then still overcharged me. $45 for a pedicure then another $45 to use powder dip on my pedicure. The first time I ever got powder dip was here when they 1st opened and she only changed me 65...the fact that they up charged me by $30 and entirely $45 for a powder upgrade is ridiculous! I'm not looking for someone to talk to me the whole time but it's not exactly cheap to get your nails done nowadays and you can at least be friendly. I will never go back, especially because they use dirty nail files. I find that disgusting. I've asked a few times. Can you please clean them? She just said they're fine. You can at least clean them with alcohol, but they reuse all nail files. Gross! What else is not cleaned? Is it that difficult to be a little friendly?
