Vibe sucks you feel that they're talking behind your back, also I went for a basic pedicure and I've never paid $28 for that. That's without a tip. Another disappointing visit. For a different reason. I generally like this place and have tried several times since they opened. This past Saturday (at 6ish) I came in with my niece for pedis. The younger lady who did my toes tried approximately 5 times to try and upsell me on something during my pedi. First, if I wanted to add a mani. No. Then if I was sure I wanted the pedi package I chose or did I want the next one up. No. The next 3 times were asking me if I wanted gel, if I was sure I didn't want gel and again if I wanted gel. NO. I finally said something to her after the 5th time! That was so annoying and I didn't get to relax. I should have said something to the owners who were both there at the time. Waited a long time even with an appt. Then had the fastest pedicure. Lady rushed and cut my toe. She was very rough. Barely trimmed my cuticles an only massaged one foot. She was in too much of a hurry to get to her lunch. What a disappointment and a waist of money. read more

Horrible experience here. They felt my nails completely uneven. Every other nail salon I've been to has compared the other sides finger nail length to the other, but they didn't even check here. It left my nails completely uneven. When I called for them to fix it they were extremely rude and when I came in I was met with that same attitude. They shaved down the nails and left it looking terrible. Additionally, every time I've shown up with an appointment I have waited at least 15 minutes past my appointment time. Karen did my pedicure after 3 years of not having a pedicure, she was super friendly, engaging, and did an amazing job grooming my feet back to normal. I went back the second time and made an appt specifically with Karen and got the same pleasant experience that met my expectations. She was thorough and really worked hard on refreshing (removing calluses) and was extremely detailed in applying the polish with care. read more

I recently moved and needed to find a new nail salon. I pass by this salon often as my girls do gymnastics close by. I went in Sunday around noon for a gel mani and gel pedi. I didn't have an appointment, but was sat down in about 3 minutes! Tammy and Kim helped me. Tammy was AMAZING! She also has the softest hands :) She was quiet, detailed and took her time. I was impressed with the finished product. Kim did a nice job on my toes. Her leg massage was great! I was in and out in about 45 minutes, but it didn't feel rushed. The pedi chair at the end needs some maintenance, but it didn't take away from the experience. I really enjoyed their pandora music station; it was my kind of music! For a gel mani and gel pedi it was $53, plus tips, which is typical. I got charged $1 for swiping my card, so cash is best. Overall, I will definitely return! read more

Last visit I also noticed that they are no longer able to accept tips and gratuity on their credit card sales, so keep that in mind. Had mani, pedi, and full face wax done. The mani and pedi were good. However, the wax was a total hit and miss. Patches in several spots that were missed. My biggest issue is that they only take Venmo, Zelle, or actual cash. I will not patronize a business that "hides" their income so that they don't have to pay taxes!!! read more

It's confusing when a gentleman said over the phone your fave employee is not working during Covid, then you show up and she's there. Kandie could benefit from customer service skills as well. I complained that there was no point in making an appointment if we were not going to be served during that time. The employee told me that sometimes things happen. I understand that.
