Basic pedicure, charge me $28 and that's without a tip. This is why I drive to Covina , I pay half the price and a better job

Vibe sucks you feel that they're talking behind your back, also I went for a basic pedicure and I've never paid $28 for that. That's without a tip. I drive all the way to covina and they do amazing work and half of the price that they charge here. Quality sucks. My niece gets her nails done there and she got acrylic nails done but they do so then that they break on her.

Way too much damage done from being in such a rush. No thank you.

Another disappointing visit. For a different reason. I generally like this place and have tried several times since they opened. This past Saturday (at 6ish) I came in with my niece for pedis. The younger lady who did my toes tried approximately 5 times to try and upsell me on something during my pedi. First, if I wanted to add a mani. No. Then if I was sure I wanted the pedi package I chose or did I want the next one up. No. The next 3 times were asking me if I wanted gel, if I was sure I didn't want gel and again if I wanted gel. NO. I finally said something to her after the 5th time! That was so annoying and I didn't get to relax. I should have said something to the owners who were both there at the time. Besides that she hardly scrubbed my callous and not a pleasant experience. :/

Walked in 35 min before closing as I had just had my taxes done next door. Asked if by chance someone could do a fill for me as my long time guy moved out of state. I've tried multiple salons in the Menifee area and have not been happy at all. Tina did my nails and I'm so happy to have found someone that does exactly what I want. She was very nice and personable! Going back for a pedicure tomorrow!!

I am so sad... I am a Full time working mom...always put myself last... and had a free moment on Sunday... sadly most places are closed so I decided to try here... I hate the nails they did... they are bulky and angled upwards! I might as well have glued on cheap press on nails because that is what they look like!! My toes came out fine and why I gave two stars.

I am happy with my nails. I went in for a fill on a horrible set of nails I had down elsewhere. I had low hopes of them looking good but figured I'd give it a try before having them removed. Tammy did a great job! They are fantastic!!! I'll definitely be back in for my fills / full sets. I am so glad I found this place!

I recently moved and needed to find a new nail salon. I pass by this salon often as my girls do gymnastics close by. I went in Sunday around noon for a gel mani and gel pedi. I didn't have an appointment, but was sat down in about 3 minutes! Tammy and Kim helped me. Tammy was AMAZING! She also has the softest hands :) She was quiet, detailed and took her time. I was impressed with the finished product. Kim did a nice job on my toes. Her leg massage was great! I was in and out in about 45 minutes, but it didn't feel rushed. The pedi chair at the end needs some maintenance, but it didn't take away from the experience. I really enjoyed their pandora music station; it was my kind of music! For a gel mani and gel pedi it was $53, plus tips, which is typical. I got charged $1 for swiping my card, so cash is best. Overall, I will definitely return!

Have fun with styling your nails. Kandi always brings my nail inspo photos to fruition, beautifully and flawlessly!! Thank you again, Kandi for always giving me the prettiest nails. Last visit I also noticed that they are no longer able to accept tips and gratuity on their credit card sales, so keep that in mind. I also believe, like most salons these days, they apply a credit/debit card fee if you use your card. NOTE~ A standard acrylic fill without all the frills and just polish are $25 Nail designs and gel polish are extra. And STILL an awesome deal because it's really one of the best from one of my favorite nail technicians here!

Why support a business that has zero consideration for their customers? My teenage son and I waited for an hour to get service. Do you know why? I quote the owner: "We are waiting for a girl to help your son because the men don't want to do nails on another boy", she proceed to lightly touch my shoulder and giggled. I didn't even know how to respond. I decided to stay but the more I waited the more time it gave me to reflect on their excuses, homophobic tendencies, and bad customer service. I am not sure why I even bother to make appointments here anymore. Do they even respect their own time? I've had this occurrence more than three times but this time was the final straw. I don't mind waiting 20 to 30 minutes but a whole hour? The worst part is not being helped because the grown man with the bleach hair or the other younger man didn't want to service a teenage boy that just needed help with dry cuticles on his feet from constant flip flop use. They sat him on the chair and waited 20 more minutes by the time it was finally my turn I decided to leave with my manicure canceled. That was ridiculous! Kandie, please do better! You and some other of your technicians are great but your reputation as a whole business is deteriorating. read more

Worst service I wish I could give it a 0 stars! My nails are so bad I'm having to pay again to finish off what this girl did to my nails! Didn't even let her paint them that's how bad they look. I've been in need to get a pedicure done on my overworked feet and although USA Nails got the job done it didn't meet my expectations as much as I was hoping for. It was a clean and friendly environment, I had Esmeralda doing my nails (I'm pretty sure that was her name) and she was super sweet and talked to me throughout the entire time I was getting a pedicure. I was hoping for a good massage and extra attention on my overworked feet since I'm on my feet 12+ hours a day but instead I got a quick foot rub that was good in some spots and extremely rough right in the middle of my feet. My toes turned out pretty okay when I left, except I realized the next day that some of my nails were still left super sharp on the sides so I had to go back and file them out by myself. When I left the nail salon I ended up hitting my toe on my car and messing up my nail polish design and I wasn't looking to wait and redo everything so Esmeralda did a good job trying to fix it. She also used this new technique of design called Stamping! It is super interesting and I got it but I definitely won't be doing it again! Overall, the workers here are nice, clean place, there's a gender neutral restroom, a good choice of nail polishes- although I wish there was more of a variety of reds for different skin tones, and quick work. read more

This is my second time coming here and it's safe to say I found my new nail salon. I came in for a fill and wanted to try the French tip ombré. Kandi did an amazing job. I was very indecisive on what i wanted but after talking to her and her giving me options it was very easy to decide. She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. In love with my nails. Btw the first time I came Tina did my nails and she also did amazing. I went a little longer than a month with my nails and they were still holding up very well! read more

I came here Saturday, for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! Lee was very attentive and even took me an hour before closing. Walk-ins are welcome, but I did call ahead of time to be sure that I wasn't coming in too late. Unfortunately, if you don't have Venmo or cash, you're SOL. Fortunately, the staff allowed me to get cash and come back before closing! read more

I got a gel manicure here on Wednesday. The nail technician cut my cuticles too much causing bleeding and scabbing on four of my nails that are now getting infected despite cleaning as well as the cuticles and skin around my nails to peel and bleed on most nails. I have never had this happen. I tried to contact the salon individually to reach a resolution of a refund but they have not refunded me. My cuticles look disgusting and hurt. read more

I have been seeing Kandi from USA nails for about 5 years! I found her when I needed a horrible set from another salon fixed. She has never disappointed since. I wish I had kept pictures of all the amazing nails she's done for me. I'm always happy with the shape. And she does everything from hand painted art to polish stamping. read more

I haven't been here since nail shops have closed due to COVID so since they were given OKAY to reopen under certain health measures I just KNEW I had to come here and I personally love to see Kandie she does an awesome job! I love it ! When I walked in they have you wash your hands and have you fill out a form due to covid asking about if you have symptoms they take your temperature they make it feel safe and secure and also like it's a regular appointment everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I plan on coming for as long as I can I won't go any where else !!! I highly recommend this place! I prefer Kandie to do my full sets however I did get a set done by another woman and she was amazing also everyone here knows what to do and what they're doing. Prices are great as well as the services. I have absolutely no complaints about this nail salon. They never disappoint. read more

I went in with an appt. One night after I discovered USA Nails on Yelp. Upon arrival I was very pleased to see that everything was very neat and clean. They have many colors to choose from. I went in for a pedicure and had requested Tina. She's very kind and very precise. She takes her time doing her work and doesn't leave a mess. The number one thing I loved was that they have pedicure spa liners! That's a definite must in my book! It's safe to say that I'll be coming back soon :) read more

This used to be my favorite local nail salon but the service and quality of work isn't the same anymore. Around three or four times in the last year I came here with my mother and grandmother. Each time has been so terrible. They would assign an inexperienced artist to do their nails and it would be horrible. I don't remember the artists name but it's a man and he always wears gloves. He is also very rude and refused to redo any nails he made mistakes on. It took him two hours to do a simple gel nail on my grandmothers hands even tho she didn't need shaping or designs. read more

They denied me service. I had acrylic nails on which were cut down. And I just wanted them off for an interview. And I waited for them to sit me down. When she took me instead of soaking them off which I thought that they normally do. She started trying to rip them off. When I asked if they can soak them. They said they couldn't because it was too "expensive". I've been to multiple salons and that has never happened. read more

I often check reviews on Yelp and today I called in requesting Kandi since everyone raves about her. I was kinda bummed that Kandi was booked but was told another gal can complete full set. So I agreed. I arrived and noticed this place was packed! I waited briefly before being handed a swatch of gel nail colors & was offered bottled water. I had already viewed some of Kandi's work on Yelpers pictures so I knew what I wanted. I was called back to begin my nails. I asked the nail technician what her name was? She answered Kandi and then asked for my name. I was overly excited that I got Kandi after all.. During & after getting my nails done, she would address me by my name which made me feel significant & appreciate not just another person getting her nails done. I have found my new nail tech & will definitely keep coming back!!! Yay read more

I went today for the first time. My mom got there first and told them my daughter and I were going to be coming for services. When we got there I told the lady that sat me down that it was going to be 2 pedicures and 2 gel manicures. As I'm sitting there I hear them taking appointments for same day about 40 minutes from when they called. When the lady starts doing my daughter pedicure the lady that is doing my pedicure tells the other lady something and then she turns to me to ask if we're going to want gel manicures, I said yes.. then she responded with we don't have time for the manicures we have appointments. (Keep in mind these are appointments that they just set up) They then proceed to rush through both our pedicures to finish quickly. Then after they see that they don't have any other customers they ask if we want to do manicures. I said no the manager lady said there was no time for manicures. She said I have time now, and I said no. Only when it's convenient to them they have time. So rude. read more

Loved my nails done by Kandi and was extremely happy when I left BUT within a week two were already lifting at the bottom and today one of them just popped of like nothing. Kind of like it was a cheap press on nail. I'm gonna go back and give them a chance to fix this and then I will update. UPDATE: I called and spoke to Kandi who did my nails and she said my nails only lasting 5 days is good enough and she doesn't know what to tell me. I can go in and she can look but she did nothing wrong. I asked her if she was going to fix them and she said NO!! Today 4 more are lifting at the cuticle. I went to this place and asked for Kandi specifically because of the great reviews she got. Yes she does beautiful work but it doesn't matter if it only last 5 days. HORRIBLE customer service. Usually, I haven't had the best experiences at nail salons. I really wanted to get my very first acrylic full set, and carefully read through a lot of reviews on Yelp. This place definitely lives up to the expectations of the reviews. I made a same-day appointment. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. And best of all, the shop is SUPER CLEAN! It was nice to be able to come in, fully relax, and be pampered. I was very impressed with the choice in colors. I got an acrylic set of nails with gel in a beautiful chrome color. The price wasn't bad. $40 for a full set with specialty color. Can't wait to come back for a pedicure! read more

Average. Teenagers working the front desk, and they aren't really knowledgeable yet. There was a significant language barrier, so my nail tech and I had some miscommunication along the way. I got a gel polish change, and I felt like she was too impatient to let the acetone sit and do its magic, so that resulted in her filing away at my nails, making them very weak and brittle. The nice things about this place is that they are very clean, and quite inexpensive. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could, my niece asked for a design on her nails. What the lady did was so bad, which would have been fine if they didn't give us such a hard time when we said something. She kept trying to fix it and I kept telling her to just paint over it but it took a lot of convincing for her to do it. Then when we went to pay they still charged more than the price on the menu for a full set with regular paint. We ended up leaving it as is because they said they could charge us more since that's not what we requested and it was originally going to be a higher price with the design.. that they messed up read more

Kandi is just as amazing as everyone said in the other reviews. I called to make an appointment for the next day. I arrived early about 535 for a 6 appointment. She got me on the chair by 550. I had a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I will go back and see how my fill goes and a pedicure to see how good their massage skills are. read more

I had made an appointment to go in the day before and on the day of my appointment, I came in 20 minutes early, hoping to be helped sooner. However, I was still understanding if they would have taken me at my normal appointment time though. I waited an entire hour past my appointment time and was never helped. I was so irritated and fed up with the fact that I had an appointment and they didn't even take me at the scheduled appointment time. I left and decided to take my business elsewhere. I always feel so good after having services done at USA Nails! If you haven't tried them, you are missing out. They are in the building directly across from Mc Donald's on Bradley in Menifee off of McCall. Kandie, Tina, Andy, Hoa... and others always go out of their way to be sure you are happy with your results! When making an appointment be SURE you call the correct number (951-679-0111) as Google tends to mix this salon up with another in Sun City. ALWAYS ask if it's USA Nails so you don't go and find your appointment isn't on the books because you called the wrong number!!! It's happened to me twice and others as well. Well.... I'm only giving this one stars because the staff was friendly and got me in quick. I got a full set gel manicure it was going ok until after she filed my cuticles making them look ruff she didnt cut the cuticle or ask me to wash the dust off befor she applied color to my nails. My gel manicure is already peeling off after 6 days. The wait was also almost 1 hour with an appointment. They need a front desk person to organize appointments and walk-ins for them. A couple people left the day I went because the wait was so long. I won't be returning due to the poor quality of the gel mani and their lack of prioritizing appoin. read more

I'm surprised they let me leave the salon with nails looking like this. Pedicure massage chair didn't work. Made an appointment, had to wait 40 mins anyways. Felt rushed the entire time. I'm 7 months pregnant and was hoping for a relaxing experience since i don't get to have my nails done often. It ended up being the opposite of relaxing and in the end my nails looked awful (clearly rushed and careless work). Used to enjoy coming to this place but it's gone down hill. read more

I gave this place three chance thinking maybe I came in on a busy day, but it's always the same situation whether weekday or weekend. Avoid this place if you want to be seen on your appointment time. The owner overbooks and will have you waiting while letting walk-ins be seen. Waited almost forty minutes to be be seated at a pedicure chair just to leave me soaking for another half. Also they are not running the AC. There's plenty of other options, will not be coming back read more

I decided to try again and called a few days ago and was given the same news; no appointments, no new clients :( My suggestion is to keep trying, GLOW is totally worth it! Then the next morning I received a message that there was a cancellation 3 weeks out as well as one at the end of that week. What?! I jumped at the chance and was super grateful they called me back! Yay! Patience is a virtue. I received a text with the appointment confirmation and directions to find the location. Of course, I still missed the location, but I managed to get there right on time. Phew! Glow Advanced Skin and Body Care is located on Hancock in Murrieta, which is a big street. It's behind a pet clinic, in a 3-story building. You walk into the lobby, up the elevator to the 2nd floor and exit to the right. When you walk in it immediately has a peaceful vibe. GLOW is by appointment only so it's nice and quiet. I was asked to fill out an intake form and then Lauren came out to greet me. I was taken to the facial room and took a seat to chat with Lauren. She asked questions to get to know me, what my expectations are and what she could offer. She's holistic by nature and that's what spoke to me the most. I was then asked to change into a towel wrap, showed where to put my stuff and then asked to get onto the facial bed. The initial appointment took about 2 hours from walking in the door to getting back into my car. I appreciated that Lauren took her time. I also liked that she wasn't too chatty during the facial itself. Whenever I'd ask her a question she'd answer and add some good tips. Ultimately, I really wanted to relax to enjoy the experience. I ended up purchasing some Sanitas Skincare items she recommended. Then we made my appointment for 6 weeks out. I'm trusting with Lauren's help and following her lead with the products I'll now use on my face I'll have the results I've been hoping for! I'm all in and excited to try Lauren's method. She was so nice and I can tell she's an expert in her field. She wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing and I could tell she was honestly trying to help me. She's been through her own skincare journey so I trust her experience. I also love that each facial is personalized to each client. I will gladly return. After the facial my skin felt amazing! Second time there, mani/pedi and eyebrow wax, loved it, returned for a mani/wax just the other day. Tina is an artist and a good conversationalist (matters to me when I sit there for an hour!). I get SO many compliments on my nails! Ask her to do a design :) Only MINOR negative, it's a cash only (Zelle or Venmo) okay place. Best nails salon in town ever. Super clean, sanitize, up to date equipments and designs. The prizes are amazingly cheap for a new fancy salon. And by the way, make sure to get a sugar scrub if you have dry skin. It would make you feel like you have a newborn legs afterall...!!! They did a great job! I got a pedicure with callous removal, parrafin wax, and hot stones. My big toenails always have a tendency to get a little ingrown in the corners and the nail artist I had was very careful at removing them. I wish I had asked her name because she did a great job.
