She call with the next 30 minutes and to my surprise she did arrange all of my services back to back =) My hair was nicely done by Victoria and on time to catch my nails appointment with Sarah who was very friendly as well, she did listen to all my requests (and complaints about past experiences) and had no problem fulfilling every single one. Beware of unspoken up charges…read more My family and I have been going here since we moved to the city years ago. I'm not usually on a budget so I never noticed all the up charges that I am noticing now. I went for a pedicure and manicure and picked from the only colors they handed me. Turns out they handed me colors that were an extra 10.00 for my hands and 10.00 extra for my feet. No notice of this extreme up charge. And no options for free colors. Just here pick from these and then hit me with it at the end. I didn't even like the colors as much as the normal ones. I was just trying to be easy and polite. There were also issues with the charges on my actual services and how they billed them instead of changing my package - which I asked about twice - they just charged for extra add ons that they added to a lower pedicure choice. The lowest cost pedicure and a simple manicure no extensions ended up being 150.00 before I tipped. Which I lowered to 10.00 each manicurist instead of my usual 20.00 each because I was in shock at how they had squeezed in costs. I'm very disappointed and my family and I will not be going back for my nails or our family days anymore.

Dear all our client! I am Jenny-manager this salon. I want to respond of Caroline B's review. After read this review we could not find this name on list client sign in our salon. We just opened 2 weeks ago, we pass 2 Saturday but we double check credit card, ATM card receipts, list customer paid no one have name Caroline B. Her story is creative because we just grand opening and all nail tech do very good job on client to build customer. 99% client here happy with our services, we get high score credit from customer : good service, good product, perfect sanitize tool and spa chair, clean salon, take time for client. All client came to salon care about their nail or customer service no one care who is owner. Almost business shop no one know who is owner. This review may be paid by someone used to work with me. This lady is very racist! On her tiktok account she posted about "when the state boards come" or something like that and some person commented "what about immigration " she felt the need to reply to their comment and make another video wearing a mexican sombrero when she is clearly Asian and then she runs because "immigration" is there and then the client said "where are you going, who's gonna clean my house." This is very offensive to the Latino and Hispanic community because we earn our money by hard work and for her to mock how we clean houses? And especially entertaining that comment? See me personally, I would never get my nails done or even support a business like hers, since she's racist. read more

"I've been going to Kim for my nails for over 7 years, and she has consistently done an amazing job every single time. Kim is not only incredibly talented and artistic, but also kind, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. Her family, who also works at the LUCKY STAR NAILS are just as wonderful--everyone is courteous, welcoming, and professional. Girls, RUN to this nail shop! The ladies here are the sweetest and genuinely take their time to make sure your nails are absolutely perfect. You never feel rushed or like they're just trying to get you in and out of the chair. Julie and Emma have listened to every single request I've had and have never once disappointed me. I loved the Salon!! Jenny has been doing my nails for 2 years and she is very talented. She makes beautiful flowers on your nails. The salon is very clean and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. They have free wi fi also. Kayla was also great. You need to come to the salon and get a pedicure and manicure. never go here ppl are rude ! it was my first time here and my experience was terrible !! as a 29…read moreyear old this was the worst pedicure iv ever experienced ! i booked a pedicure with add on of callus scrub got regular black polish " i don't know the name of the person that was working on my toes. she does have a bob gray blonde hair with bangs and a tattooed eyebrows. as she was shaking my toes, they didn't look the same. i requested her if she could file the other big toe more square so my toes match evenly , she tried and couldn't even do that! when she scrubbed my feet for callus my scrub looked used not even new tools were dirty !! so she continues on to than paint my feet she does not add cotton between the toes so the skin dont touch polish!! right away she add the black polish with no base coat and im sitting here confused like huh?!!! so i ask her you dont use base coat aint that supposed to be under the polish ? even the co worker guy next to me looked over and gave her a look and turned back to his client !! so she finishes my toes i see missing spots and paint all over my skin but im to embarrassed to say something she told me my total was 40.50 ! i got in my car inspected my toes i message my family like what do i do i hate them i have gaps of polish missing its sloppy like a 5 year old painted them ! mind u i haven't had a pedicure in a while and this upset me i wasted my money , so i go back into the store and ask for it to be taken off removed ! i did not ask for money back or nothing polish off ! she didn't even bother or offer to re paint and fix the issue !!! and so she sat me down everyone looked at me crazy for asking for it removed !! her co worker bald blonde shaggy boy cut hair , came next to me acting like she was throwing trash away because i was on my phone texting !! and she leaned over to look at my screen to see what im doing thinking i wouldnt see her !!! so i turn over and look at her like is there a problem do u wanna go through my phone or what and she says no and walks to the back of the room!! i will never go here and waste a penny again!!

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Sun City Nails in Menifee. I brought in…read moremy client, who uses a wheelchair, and instead of trying to find a reasonable way to accommodate her so she could get her nails done, we were basically told they couldn't do it because they couldn't reach her nails. The whole situation felt very dismissive and uncomfortable. Someone with a disability should still be treated with patience, respect, and dignity. Even if an accommodation wasn't possible, the way the situation was handled could have been much more compassionate and professional. This was honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and I left feeling very disappointed with how my client was treated.

I had called ahead to ask if they could fit in a last minute nail appointment, and they said yes. Had gone in with the hopes of just getting simple acrylic black matte coffin shaped nails. Nothing super special or fancy, and something I believe anyone can do. Upon sitting down, I was greeted by a male tech (not an issue at all, I've had my nails done by men before and they've looked great). Sat down, and got started. He began to file my nails AGGRESSIVELY. I didn't want to complain so I didn't say anything. He proceeded to cut and shorten my cuticles, which he proceeded to cut too short twice, on both hands. My cuticles were bleeding, and he just shrugged it off. After cutting my cuticles, he cut the nails with a strange angle. I kept asking if he was going to fix it, or if he could shorten it and he said yes (he never did). They were not coffin shaped. After applying polish and the matte cover, my fingers were BURNING. I've never experienced this before in all my life, and it was very painful for at least an hour afterwards. After an hour of being on my hands, my left ring finger matte finish began to bubble?? It was so strange. I was so unhappy with them, I ended up taking them off after getting home. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

We decided to drive there and show up as "walk-ins," upon arriving - on their business door it even says "appointments recommended" little did we know it's "by appointment only" which is posted nowhere.
