Just moved out here looking for a good spot and I was referred here but I was so disappointed horrible service done by Wendy the set is Crooked not symmetrical and the paint job horrible just bad job I will never step foot in there again don't recommend

I chose this salon on recommendation from a few different friends, and am happy that we went! I got a gel full set and a spa pedicure and mom got a gel mani, spa pedi and her brows waxed. With tip we left at just about $200 for everything. Thanks ladies!!

There was no hand washing or sanitizing as I was seated although there was plexiglass between us, came in for a fill and repaint. My nail tech did a fantastic job reshaping them. They told me $32 and ended up with a $52 bill, I added gel paint with glitter ombré & dried flowers.

The person at reception was so kind with me, I immediately felt so welcome. "Kelly" gave me exactly what I was looking for; I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she made them perfect. I've gone here three times now to get my acrylics done and I have nothing but great things to say. All of the staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Normally I go to Kelly, but the last time I saw Wendy who is also great at what she does. I recommend both Kelly and Wendy if you want Clean beautiful acrylics.

I moved to Temecula 6 months ago and had tried many different nail salons before finding Pro Happy Nails. Once I found them, they became my regular salon immediately! Everyone there does a great job and are so kind. Yesterday when I went for my regular fill and pedicure I forgot my card. First time here- Came in because my usual place was busy. Brought my 9 y/o with me also for a pedicure for both us. Place was empty, that should of been a sign for a Sunday. I was going to look at the colors and they told us to come right back and we could pick there in the chair. I was confused but ok. Most of the colors were gel, which they seem to push. The lady doing my daughter kept pushing for gel on her toes and also kept pushing for a manicure over and over. Even asking my daughter after I told the employee no. After my daughters feet the manicurist went and sat at her chair at the tables. Took off her shoes with her feet up barefoot propped in the chair. Both pedicures were really short but done ok, $45 for two IF you pay cash. Then I when I went to use the bathroom at the end- that sealed the deal for me. The hand soap dispenser (a title shampoo dispenser) was filled with a mold looking substance on one side and there was a small bottle of Dawn dish soap for your hands I'm assuming. Food in the sink where someone washed out a Tupperware or some thing. I won't be back. read more

Went in for a fill on acrylics and had a clear image of exactly what was wanted. She viewed the image several times and said she didn't need it anymore. She then messed up the nails entirely and we asked if she could correct them, she gave an attitude and proceeded to mess them up again. Don't even bother with any sort of unique design as the hearts on the nails look like squares. There are also air pockets and left over polish from the previous set as well, the only star this place deserves is because of the very friendly and respectful receptionist. read more

Aweful! If you are looking for a relaxing massage, don't come here. It was a minute on each foot. Wow! Really?! That's why I get pedicures. Just disappointed. Then we went to check out and the lady told me it was $105. I asked for it to be broken down. Once we had each price it was $85. Scammers! read more

I shouldn't have tried a new place today.. I'm pretty disappointed with my entire experience and how my nails turned out. I try changing my gel nails every other week and this week I was due for a manicure. It doesn't seem like the gentleman I had took off any cuticle and he filed my nails slanted. Oh! And when he was removing my previous gel, I had it soaked in a bowl of acetone and he just filed them down. Which I can't say is wrong or right but it seemed to ruin my nails. Usually at Athena's Nails, they wrapped soaked cotton ball with foil then use the metal tool to scrape off (which makes my natural nails look clean). He wasn't rushed but he still did a bad job at painting. It's streaky, bumpy, lint between layers, and touching my cuticles. Sorry if I sound so mean. And the manicure wasn't enjoyable. At least it was only $25. But I still tipped him.. Lastly, you can still see my red gel that he didn't completely remove. read more

Ended up at this awesome spot when my usual spot was booked, and I think I just found my new spa. Walked in and was greeted right away and was seated not even 2 min later. Diane was the one who did my nails and she was amazing, very polite and gentle, and even gave me some ideas. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you love designs. read more

I wish I could give 2 1/2 because I normally love this place but I went and got my normal gel manicure today... not sure what happened but it jumped $39 for a gel MANICURE. I get this all the time and have never paid that much, I also would always get a massage after they were done with hot lotion and didn't get that either. Which before I found out about the price, didn't bug me that much but now I'm thinking, really? At least finish the job. They did a great job but come on. Then my mom dropped $50 bill and they never once said a thing. I went back for my cell phone bc I left it at the chair and they didn't say a word about the money me that was laying in the floor, a seconds later she went back for the $50 bill to ask if had dropped it and they all laughed at her when she saw it on the floor still. That's some BS! Way to go! You've lost loyal customers! read more

On vacation and decided to stop by for a pedicure. Very sweet nail techs but very disappointed with my pedicure. I requested the pedicure with the callus remover and paraffin and it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had in my life! No cleaning under my nails, quick push back of my cuticles, and no removal of the thick skin that builds up on the inner side of my big toe nails. No filing down of my thick baby toe nails either so my nails don't look smooth and pretty. She left the callus remover on for like 2 minutes, then scrubbed and massaged them for about 2 minutes! The paraffin felt nice but that was about 2 minutes as well! The whole pedicure from start to finish was about 20 minutes and I'm wondering what the hell i just paid for! The nail polish isn't OPI and i was concerned with that and low and behold...The nail polish is thick and the paint job is messy! I didn't want to complain because i was brought here by my friend so i just paid but I'm very disappointed and i will not be returning or recommending this place. read more

Kelly is awesome at nails, will always make them look perfect and Tony is the best person to get a pedicure by! I've never been so pleased by a nail salon! Honestly I would give this place 10 stars. If you treat your mani/pedi people good they will 100% give it back. Making an appointment is always a good idea, because sometimes they get so busy and are over worked and get tired. I am in this industry and know how hard they work. To be honest, people who give negative feed back have zero idea how hard it is. Go kelly and tony! read more

I always get my pedicures here for prom/pageant/homecoming or just because and I am always impressed! They always get me in right away and do an amazing job. I love the selection of colors and they always last 2-3 weeks regular polish without chipping. A pedicure for only $18 cash + tip is great for a working student like me. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Will continue receiving my business!! read more

Came in for just a simple pedicure to kill time while my hubs got a hair cut. Although everyone was super nice at this salon, my pedicure unfortunately was not. My nails were poorly cut, and totally uneven the service over all done was very poor and I could of done better myself. Will not be back read more

Stay away from this business! Ended up with serious nail fungus from their unsanitary conditions. Required medication to avoid surgery. The scariest thing you think will never happen to you. No sympathy from their staff, just BS excuses and blame shifting. read more

So I decided to give them a second go. Since I don't get my nails done as often as I used to I did a walk in & the plus side was sat down immediately. The downside Holly was not there so I tried a different technician for my pedicure & got convinced into a manicure as well. They assign 2 technicians so it is done simultaneously. My pedicure was done by Andrew & he was very patient as well with me... I have a bad knee & reconstructed ankle so sometimes I have to be readjusted often. I'm not sure of the ladies name that did my manicure, but she was nice. Just definitely didn't seem to be patient actually got irritated that one of my nails wouldn't dry as quickly as the others. This was out of my control maybe they need to upgrade the dryers they use? I'm not sure, but I don't think I would allow her to do my nails again unless she was the only option left. The location is off of Rancho California & Ynez near the AMC between a vape shop & jilbertos. Pricing is reasonable & salon is very clean! So I will try again, cause maybe it was just a bad day for the one technician?!

It started to get busy and I believe he had an appointment at this time. That's when he started rushing (not quite paying attention) and his hand massage hurt. I have great looking nails, but I don't think I'll be back. It didn't feel good being man handled and rushed out. The vibe was definitely off.

I came here for a simple pedicure with my mom. We both just wanted regular nail polish but they handed us samples which were all gel (I assume hoping that we wouldn't notice and would have to end up paying for the more expensive gel). We were both seated relatively quickly and they began on our pedicures. I decided on French (white tips). The man who did my pedicure was sick and coughing the whole time and also did not do a good job. After he had finished my pedicure I looked at my toes and asked him to fix the very crooked and smudged white tips that did not look professional at all. He took a few extra minutes trying to fix them but they still ended up looking as if I had done a very bad job painting them myself. When we went to pay they then informed us that it would be $4 more for my pedicure because it was French (even though it uses much less nail polish than painting the entire nail?). It would've been nice to know I would be paying an extra $4 on top of the $18 pedicure just for French-style, before they actually started doing it. I was upset that they did not inform me of this up charge beforehand and just sprung it on me when I went to pay. Especially considering the terrible job that was done, the pedicure was definitely not worth $22 or the hassle of trying to have him keep fixing the paint job. I have had a pedicure here before and that was good, but I recently decided to try the gel nail polish on my hands for the first time. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice and gentle, but he did a poor job on my nails. The gel was stuck to the sides of my fingers and was very bubbly on many of my nails. He did not do the tips of my nails either. I was pleased with the lasting of the gel for a week, until it all started peeling off! I was very upset that I paid $30 (including tip) to get my nails done thinking they should last at least 2-3 weeks (some friends I know swear by gels and they get a good 3 weeks out of their nails). I don't mind paying if they are going to last, and none of mine did after the one week mark. I feel like I way over paid for the length that a regular manicure would have lasted me. Sad to say that I will not return to Pro Happy Nails to have my fingers done. Again, very nice staff, but very unsatisfied with the gels. read more

I went here for my first time two days ago and it would probably be my last.... i was getting a full set of acrylic nails and while im getting them done my nail stylist's nail stabbed my cuticle and I start bleeding. Not only that my design on my fingers are suppose to go the opposite direction but there going the same way and it looks awkward and one of my diamonds on my fingers are upside down? Like the bottom flat part of the diamond is on the top? I just had the worst nail experience of my life and I waisted my money...it really sucks because I never get my nails done and the one day I do, this happens... I wish I could say that everyone should go here but I personally cant. :/ read more
