It's rare for me to review a nail place because they're almost always good on one or two things and the rest is mediocre. They are almost always dirty inside, so I never can say anything about that....but this place was CLEAN. I'm so happy with finding this spot. Excellent job on my fill, they even use a filter vacuum thing that while they're grinding your nails it sucks the dust out of the air. Never seen that before! The chairs for the pedicure were comfortable and the massage buttons all functioned! Prices were super reasonable and I had a fabulous pedicure too. I may regret sharing, as there are so few good places around Temecula to get your nails done....this place deserves all the business! read more

Visited family in Temecula and decided to go in and get my nails done while my sister got her haircut. I was a walk-in and I went in yesterday when it was raining, so it wasn't busy. The ladies who helped me were super kind; especially the lady who did my nails. I got a solid black gel mani. I loved it and enjoyed the experience. I took a shower last night, only to feel my nail tug at my hair when I got out... The polish started ripping/peeling off. I'm not sure why. I didn't do anything strenuous or invasive to my nails. I didn't even use hot water. I wanted to go in today to get it fixed but of course, they're closed today and I can't go in tomorrow since I'm only visiting. I'm unsure what happened or as to why my polish came off the way it did. It looked like it was still wet or tacky, but could've been from contact with water in the shower. It sucks because I enjoyed my time there but for this to happen is unfortunate. And I can't even go in to get it fixed. If I were to go to another ProfessioNail or any other nail place and explained, would I be able to get it fixed or would I have to pay for a full set? The nail tech is talented and friendly, but they charged $19 to fix one nail and didn't tell me up front that the design would cost and additional $5 and they add $2 if with credit card. If you are looking for a new salon,as I was about 3 months ago, I would HIGHLY recommend ProfessioNail. Right when you walk in, you're always greeted by every employee which, to me, is a great way to make someone feel welcomed and comfortable and it shows that they're attentive to their customers. The people who work here really make this a five star review, and the work they do is an added bonus. I would give them a higher rating if I could because of it. I consistently get compliments on my manicure and pedicure because of how great they look. Chris is amazing! He gives the BEST foot massages and gives the best advice when it comes to choosing a polish or specific design. Vinin always exceeds my expectations with my nails and really takes her time when it comes to any design I present to her, which directly reflects the fact that she cares about the client and what they want. I had an amazing experience. I had gotten the "gem stone spa" pedicure. ($39) This was your standard pedi plus massage, neck wrap, hot rocks, hot towel and wine. Salamon was who did my pedi and she was so friendly. She engaged and asked my comfort levels through out. I think I had knocked out during the massage. My sister on the other hand had a standard pedi, and regretted not just doing the gem stone spa. Her lady was quiet the whole time. Some dig that and some don't. But for MY experience I was very satisfied. Ask for Salamon (I hope I'm saying her name right) she was super sweet. read more

NAILS- When I come here, I always go to Tina, she is the go-to nail lady for me, my mom and my grandma! In the first picture, she gave me and my mom cat eye acrylic nails, and for the second pic I have french tip ombré acrylics as well. So beautiful!! Tina never fails to wow me when she does my nails and i've never had a problem with them. My nails on both hands are always even, not clumpy at all (looks like my real nails) and they don't chip/break off/fall off for a while. She's fast and efficient. My skin is very sensitive too, so she's really gentle when it comes to using the tools on me. INSIDE - inside is really pretty with their decor, and also clean as well! They offer you drinks while you're waiting or even getting your nails done. PRICE- This place is a little more pricier than other places, but I definitely feel like it's worth paying the extra couple of dollars, especially if you go to Tina. They also have the cool cat eye gel polishes, some chrome polishes, and I've seen a couple of matte ones. They also do not rush their services as I've seen other nail salons do. I was kind in my delivery and I just settled for the color she picked bc there was a language barrier unfortunately. She rushed and did a poor job. I am really unsatisfied with my mani, it's already chipping and it's only been 6 days, hangnails were missed and she did a rushed massage at the end. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I walked in and asked for a price on a gel refill. I was qouted $32. The man working on my nails confirmed what I needed. He instead took off my old set and just did a gel manicure. He took off my cuticles never qouted me the additional $9. I paid $48 for the gel manicure. The lady who did my pedicure did a sloppy lazy job. They did give me a $2 discount on the pedicure when I complained about the work and mis qouting. My nails look crooked and the gel polish work was sloppy too. I called to inquire at ProfessioNail if they did powder dip and was told they do. I booked an appointment for myself and also for a pedicure for my teenage nephew. When we were there for the service, my nephew was rushed for "a regular customer" who arrived without an appointment. (We were also paying customers). As for the powder dip for me- this place ONLY has clear powder and wanted to do color gel over the clear powder. If I had been told that when I called to inquire BEFORE booking an appointment I wouldn't have gone there. The whole point of powder dip is that the dip comes in different colors, it doesn't chip and YOU DON'T NEED the UV light. I didn't get what I wanted at this place. And my nephew definitely was not treated like a paying customer, though, I paid full price for his pedi. Shame on them. read more

I used to go here all the time, but felt like the service went down while the prices went up. Gave it another shot last week and was disappointed. I got a pedicure and the technician was a little rough with me and it was kind of off putting. Then, she trimmed my big toe nail too short. It hurt when she clipped it, but the pain went away. I didn't notice the shortness until I went to leave and it hurt to walk. Then I saw the redness and skin beneath the toe. It hurt to wear a sock for the two days after. My biggest complaint is the charges and fees. My pedicure was $34 and I didn't add anything on. Nor did I see any fees listed not was I told. When I went to pay, they said "regular pedicure and remove color". My friend has gel removed, but my existing polish was regular polish. So I said "no, mine wasn't gel, it was regular polish" and she said "yeah I know" and repeated "regular with remove polish". The young child said "okay your total is $41". So it's $7 to remove regular polish?!?! I was really upset by this because that step takes seconds and I've never been charged that anywhere, nor is it listed or told to me. Then because I used a card, they added another $2 fee. Which I don't even know is legal to be that high? So I paid $43 for my $34 pedicure and it wasn't that good. I won't be back, strictly out of principal. A $7 fee to remove regular polish is not standard and therefore should be posted and added to the pricing menu. No one expects that and should know BEFORE service. read more

Let's start out with the good things about this place. It was relaxing (music was classical and calming) and the technicians really took their time to do my nails. They were fairly sweet and rarely talked in their foreign languages. That's why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. My friend made me go here because she didn't like the place I wanted to go, so I said why not. I got my old nails taken off and got a full set reapplied. 50 freaking dollars for this damm job. I thought it was a little much, but that's not the bad part. Like normal acrylics, they put the clear nail on top of my nails (before applying the acrylic powder) and the girl used way too much glue which caused the extension to stick to my fingers. Glue was everywhere, that when I touched my face 5 minutes later, my finger stuck to my cheek. Stupid. She also failed to push my cuticles back on one of my hands so they look like shit. When she finally finished, she started painting my nails with my patriotic design and on my right hand, every design was far off from center of the nail... I was a little annoyed. And now after having my nails a week, it looks like they need to be redone already, and I am kind of annoyed.......... read more
