Horrible experience. I'm honestly not sure how a pedicure can go this wrong. I was cut multiple times, my nails are uneven, and it cost $70. Don't go here. Update: I just bled through my sock due to the cuts she left!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I am soooo upset. read more

I always go to Ivan at In Style Nail Salon whenever I need my nails done, and he is simply the best. He's so kind, funny, and personable, which makes every appointment a joy. On top of that, his work is flawless every time--my nails always look amazing and last. If you want someone who really cares about your nails and makes the experience fun, Ivan is the person to see. Highly recommend! read more

First time coming here, and I had such a wonderful experience! The location was easy to find, there was plenty of convenient parking, and the salon was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Lynn did my pedicure, and she was truly wonderful. She took her time, she didn't rush and was so friendly and attentive to every detail. The foot massage was amazing, I left feeling completely relaxed and genuinely cared for. I'm already looking forward to coming back, and I would definitely recommend Lynn to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and relaxing pedicure experience. Thank you! read more

Unfortunately don't think I would ever come back to this nail salon. While the workers were mostly nice, i asked for lady bugs on my nail set for my baby shower. Upon further inspection, these were the "lady bugs" done on my nails. If the design was too complex, I wish the nail tech would've just said so and not proceeded. I will have to get them redone tomorrow. read more

I Just left the spa. Very disappointed This is my First and Last Time Here. The place wasn't busy so thankfully I was able to receive service right away. But I was not welcomed with warmth from the technician. I was just asked what do you want. No conversation, Not asked if water temperature was good. It was COLD. Not offered a beverage but I did notice around me other guest where offered a beverage, The only good thing was the foot massage it was nice. So I was a classy Lady and still left the technician a Tip! Even though I felt she didn't deserve it. I Paid $77 and Felt Ripped off. Upon me paying and leaving the establishment I was checked out by the owner so I took the opportunity to share with her my concerns and offered suggestions and I was met with No response. No apology, No discount. NADA! ! So I will be taking my $$$$$ and Services elsewhere. read more

I have been coming to Instyle for my nails for six years. I have always had great service no matter which person provides service to me. I especially like Lannie for her Waxing techniques. The salon is always busy and clean. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment. I highly recommend. read more

Super easy to hook an appointment online with multiple services. Only thing is that I never know the prices of anything when booking nor am I told once I get any service done. Super quick getting in and out, less than an hour for eyebrows and dipped nails. Cost was $ 79 total read more

Love it here everyone is friendly and the best pedicures! I always get compliments on my gel x!

I had a full set done by Joseph and he was very gentle on my nails, I didn't feel that burn you sometimes do with the grinding. His French painting was great but I didn't like it for my hands so he so nicely re painted for me and created such nice, natural nails for me. Only took away one star since it is so crowded in there and it does appear as clean as some other spas. I will return though. read more

I've been to this salon 3 times now and this last time was terrible. The lady on my pedi was extremely rough with the electric file and kept hitting my skin. I had her replaced and the other lady was ok. I got a full set and a very below the bar job. The hard powder is still underneath the nail and the polish job has holes on the sides. I will not be returning. read more

For the 17 years I have gone to instyle nails they have never failed to impress me. They always create a strong bond and vibe with their clients. They fixed my acrylic nails today that I got done at another nail salon and they knocked my expectations out of the park. Walked in for a fill, was told it was $45. Left with bleeding fingers, a really bad color, nails that were not uniform at all and was charged $55. Won't be back! There are so many better choices nearby! Came in ONLY because my usual place is closed Mondays and I have a trip to leave on. Lesson learned! Poor customer service too. When I questioned the change in price they blamed me, told me they told me the change in charges as she did the nails, not true. If I was told about the change why would I be so surprised at the end? Just disappointing. Never had such a disappointing trip to a salon before :( read more

This was my very first pedicure at 9 years old and Tracy was very nice to me. it was very ticklish but the process was worth it because Tracy was amazing and sweet. My feet are so soft! 10/10 experience and recommend coming here. I will be back with my step mom to come again! read more

I've been coming here for almost 2 decades but the last few times have not been great... got my nails done with gel on a Friday, that night the gel peeled off one nail... went in next day and they redid the nail but 2 days later 5 more nails were already peeling off... I've never had this issue as when I always get gel they usually last 2-3 weeks before one even starts to peel just a little bit. I think they're using an old polish or not the best quality . Also the girl wasn't careful so one scratch on a nail and a piece of dirt got stuck under paint on another read more

I came on a sunday afternoon with a large group of friends making the appointment for pedicures, surprisingly they have an opening for all of us. The shop is quite nice and super clean. They're a lot of nail techs working that day. I got a super soothing pedicure + gel polish 34$ + 20$ get which is a really price. I'm not sure if they're judging you by the way u looked i'm not sure. Another lady kept looking at me asking where am i doing and stuffs. Which means, sounds a little friendly but her looks were so judging like up and down. Still speaking a lot of negative language which is fine but in front of customers or between service make me feel like they talked about me. (It's just me tho) Gel pedicure came out cute and nice i got sensitive skin but went well with it. Definitely come back with another service next visit. read more

I hate writing this review because the place has been great up until i came for acrylic removal and this is my second time for a removal. 1st time was great and perfect. 2nd time for a removal, she quite literally peeled/ripped the acrylic off. I was in so much pain. I even told her it was painful and she kept going. Why did i pay for that service when i could've bit it off my own. TERRIBLE. she filed them after and still left with glue on nails. read more

Last minute pedicure in Temecula due to an event I had that same evening. I called and they were able to do a walk in pedicure. My pedicure was amazing, customer service was great as well. I loved that the scrubs and lotions were warm and I definitely felt relaxed afterwards. Although I don't live in Temecula, if I'm ever around this area I'll make sure to stop here for a pedicure. 10/10 experience. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but, I'm elite and I feel like I need to share all of my experiences good and bad. First off....this place only takes cash. I NEVER frequent places that don't take credit cards, because I feel like they are trying to hide something, etc. Yes, I know you pay a fee for accepting cards, however, there are companies like square that charge 2.75% - that should be acceptable, especially when you are a salon that charges MORE than anyone in the area. Maybe offer a cash discount? They "conveniently" have their own ATM inside the place. Hmmm... I didn't mind paying $78 after tax and tip, thinking, this better be the BEST DAMN PEDI I've ever gotten outside of a hotel spa in Europe. But......it was awful. See my pic below. Feet painted unevenly and polish chipped by day 3. So, my toes are catching fabric on my sheets in bed, and my skin isn't any better feeling or anything and I am out of almost $80 cash - I didn't even get to use my credit card and get any points. Sooooo disappointed in this place, writing a review hoping that I both discourage others from losing money here and eventually help them change their ridiculous business model that doesn't serve them or clients well. Plus, maybe make some improvements on their painting skills. read more

the lady doing my brazilian wax didnt know what she was doing she used the same stick with no gloves and didn't do a good job.

I have been a loyal customer here for several years and have always enjoyed their services and felt that they had exceptional services. I only get my nails done occasionally and I came in for a pedicure a few days ago, which I believe is usually around 45 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment at 1:00 and got pulled back at 1. I was very disappointed with my pedicure; everything felt rushed and the lady who did my pedicure was done by 1:17. Only 17 minutes to do my pedicure! I'm very disappointed as all my previous pedicures over the past few years have been great, but this time it was not only rushed but the lady also had no pressure at all on the foot and lower leg massage. I feel like my money was wasted; for $35 I feel like I should've gotten at LEAST 25 minutes of her time. As someone who works a service-based job, I still tipped her despite my disappointment with the service, but I now wish I could've gotten my money back. It makes me sad to say that I probably won't be back for a while, at least for pedicure services. read more

I was really happy with my visit to Instyle! I called asking if they could accept a walk-in full acrylic set and they were very pleasant on the phone and answered that they could right away! i really like this place! it really depends on who you choose to be your nail tech, because some are hit-or-miss. my go-to's are always Joseph and Tracy, they do amazing jobs at especially french tips/designs! in my experience, all the employees are very friendly and accommodating. be nice to them, and they'll be nice to you :) their pricing is a little expensive though, but it's going to be like that anywhere. i usually just show Joseph/Tracy my inspo pic, and they'll get it almost exactly like the picture. overall, this is a good option if you're looking for somewhere local! just make sure you look into who you're requesting to do your nail read more

The lady doing my nails was nice, but the quality of the nails just isn't there. I usually do my own nails, but it takes a while so I decided to go somewhere. The tips of the nails aren't painted, there's no apex (the nail is flat) and the color isn't completely opaque; which might be hard to tell in the photo. They're also quite lumpy. I'm going home to take the color and such off and try to fix them. read more

Really disappointed with how my nails turned out. I asked for dip french manicure and they did a clear dip base but then for the color put pink and white gel on top. The lady who did my manicure cut into my skin and made me bleed and didn't apologize. The French tips are all different thicknesses and don't match. Not at all worth how much they charge. read more

Well, I came in because I had my car getting serviced and I figured why not? Let me tell you why not. The work done here is mediocre, there might be one or two good nail techs but the work is not consistent. My nails came out absolutely dreadful. They haven't lasted at all. The second day they were chipping with dip and I have NEVER had that happen anywhere else my nails last. When I came in to get them fixed I'm not sure if it's because of how I was dressed but the man had the audacity to ask me if I fell or if I skate boarded? Lol. Neither. Your nail tech just did a mediocre and lazy job. You're charging us cash because you know if we paid debit we could dispute the terrible job you did and get our money back. Please just go elsewhere read more

My experience was not great. I went in for a manicure no nail polish ( I can't wear nail polish for work). I usually would have cut my own cuticles, however, I was feeling optimistic. I came here because I needed to get a pedi and I didn't want to drive to my tried and true place in Menifee. Big mistake! The quality of the pedicure was good, but they charged me $20 for "gel removal". $20!!! On top of the $5 gel fee for the new gel. The removal fee was never disclosed, and even better I've NEVER paid a removal fee at any other salon. So total I spent $65 for a regular pedi with gel polish. Absolutely ridiculous honestly. read more
