I scheduled an appt same day online and waited less than 5 minutes. Pedi was almost perfect... I cant say I truly got a massage, more like a lotion application. An extra $20 for gel is a bit much. It's funny as men grow older our hair tends to move around a bit. In my case the hair on my head has went south and tends to populate on my ears etc.... So here I am getting my semi annual ear waxing. My wife had been here many times for nails. And they have a 4.5 yelp rating so here I go! Real nice place probably 8 chairs for pedicures and a whole bank of manicure ladies. Waxing is done in a private back room for obvious reasons. The lady said I was the first ever ear wax and she was concerned with pulling the skin off my ears ....lol She did just fine, no skin removed only hair. The price was right $10. The technician who did my pedicure was not pleasant and clearly speaking about me to her coworkers, and although I did not understand the words, I could tell by the gestures that she was speaking and laughing about my feet. She also did a terrible massage that had no pressure or feeling to it. It was short and superficial, and could barely tell I was being massaged. I had a bad experience at this place years ago and haven't been back. My daughter unfortunately went for a prom mani and pedi and they totally ripped her off. They told her it would be $80 total for both plus tip and they ended up charging her 120 and then she paid tip to the two technicians on top of that. Awful thing to do to a teenager spending her hard earned money on something special for herself. She felt like she was treated horribly while she was there. They weren't listening to her request and didn't do as she had asked and she came home in tears. Don't go here! Okay so I've been coming here for probably I don't know 6 to 9 months and up until recently I don't know if they started using cheaper material or a different type of powder but my nails are chipping all over the place and same with my toes they were supposed to do a manicure in addition to a fill and they cut some cuticles and they called that a manicure I didn't even want to sit in that chair any longer their prices are ridiculous and the ladies the majority of them are new so if you get somebody ask how long they've been there the majority of them have only been there for like a month and they don't have a clue what they're doing I spent like $135 including tip and that is the last time I'm going back the only reason I gave it to Stars is because the First Lady like the very first lady that did my nails 6 to 9 months ago she was good what happened to her I have no idea but the place has gone downhill drastically. read more

Unfortunately I help out a woman's group and sent six of the ladies to this place at different times. Each one had an issue with the way their nails were done. My oldest daughter went there to get her nails done for a wedding and hour after she left one of her nails fell off, One of her nails were crooked, they left some of the acrylic on her finger and I asked to speak to the manager or owner to help us out. They fixed the issues but it was all done in a rush. Lastly, and I told my wife not to go there! She had a last minute thing and it went horrible. Literally with EVERY customer, he lies, is dismissive, makes false promises, pretends to not hear customer and responds with a completely different topic when asked a question. Today was the final straw to me finally leaving a review. I come in several times a month and always have an appointment. My daughter and I had appointments today. I was sat, my daughter was ignored. I asked him who she was supposed to see. He just kept yelling at me 5 minutes... literally yelling... and refused to give a name... because he sat 3 walkins "on accident" and suddenly had no one available for her appointment... It's always like this with him. He yells, lies, to customers all the time. Its definitely not enjoyable to be here experiencing this every time. You can expect to wait 20-60 minutes for your appointment because he'll take a walk in and dismiss you, even if you are there, and 10 minutes early. He's such a joke. You can tell the ladies don't like working with him either. When they are charging an obnoxious amount for every little add on ($20 for gel, wtf?!!), and they don't take card, that's just crazy. I came to this salon with a wedding party (bride included). We were all shocked about how obnoxious they upcharge for gel. I've seen anywhere from $5-$10 at most salons...but $20?!?! REALLY??? Then to top it off, the gal who did the bride's nails was extremely rude. The bride asked her to file an uneven acrylic, and the lady threw down the file and said "you can do it"...really?!?!? Insanely rude. The lady who did my nails was very nice and talkative, but that doesn't make up for how terrible the other lady was with the bride, the ridiculous upcharge fees or the fact that they don't take credit cards (especially when they are charging outrageous fees). I want to like this place because I THINK they do a decent job and they are close to home, however, the truth is that they arent as great as I want to believe that are. I have had my nails done here a few times and every time I have a situation. Once I went in for a fill and asked for black gel, when i left, my nails in the sun showed that they were painted navy blue. My most recent visit, when the nail tech was doing my nails, (French pink and white powder) I noticed after she placed the white powder on one of my nails, the actual nail got loose. I told her the nail was loose so she placed a drop of glue on top. She then started to lay down the pink powder and I still felt the nail was loose. She insisted it wasn't, I wiggled it, she still said it was good. Then she gently wiggled it and said it was on good. So I snapped It off with a gentle flick and she blamed me for breaking the nail. I'm sorry but if it were on good, it would not break off. I believe this happen because she cut my real nails so low that they don't have much to bond to when the glue is placed. Also, in three diff occasions, the tip of my nail completely broke off. Just the white. Within 48 hours of getting them done. IN MY SLEEP.. With that said, I think I'm moving on to find a different nail salon, because the price you pay at this place is not worth the quality you receive. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I never leave bad reviews bc it's just not my style and I believe in leaving good reviews and spreading kindness, however I cannot be silent about this nail salon. Firstly, the nails were horrible. She made them so thick and uneven. I was so upset bc I told her this was for my sisters wedding and I am the maid of honor. It also wasn't even the color I asked for. I wanted a nude and it turned out bright pink. I tried to speak with the manager about how terrible the nails were and how they've never been this thick or uneven before, and they said I'm "not paying for the nails, I'm paying for the service" which is insane bc I was 100% paying for the nails, and the service was awful! They also said the nails were so thick so they wouldn't break, Which is such a joke bc I've had my nails done my whole life and they've never been like this. They weren't willing to work with me, they said I can come back another day and they would fix it, (which my sisters wedding is in a few days and I can't come back in before, also I don't live here, so I can't come back another time) so they made me pay for the nails I hated. They wouldn't even give me a discount. On Top of all of that, it is unbelievably unsanitary!! They didn't have me or anyone else wash their hands before getting nails done. They also gave me a pedicure in this dirty bowl with murky water, she proceeded to clean and cut my nails and cuticles into the bowl that my feet were soaking in, once she put the exfoliating scrub on my legs, she dipped the towel in the dirty feet water and washed my exfoliant off with it. I couldn't believe it. I also saw them "clean" other pedicure bowls and they merely wipe them out.. not sanitizing what so ever! On top of that, she misheard which pedicure I wanted and although the one she gave me and the one I wanted were the same price, I explained I wanted the callus remover and she said, I pointed to the wrong one and it would be $7 extra... the entire staff was so rude and the place was SO dirty, I will never be back. This place should be shut down. It's gross. Also if your nails turn out like crap. They don't care because apparently you're not paying for the nails you're paying for the service according to them and the young rude receptionist who need to take a course in customer service. read more

I asked for the most expensive pedicure and the lady barely even massaged or really did anything.. they charged me $45 for my 10 year olds pedicure!!!! They have many pedicure chairs and most always they are able to take me as a walk in, which is one reason for me to be a return customer here. If they can't take me as a walk in, I go somewhere else.
