Its been years and my nails are still done perfectly. Im a consistent person and I don't change a lot but I will always like what I like. The new owner is very nice and accommodating. She upgraded the salon a lot. New colors and seats. She's very sweet! She also does nails and from what I can see, she's fast and does them well. My nails tech is Tammy. She's the reason why I stay at this salon. She's a pleasure to talk to and she's very fast and efficient. She still does it exactly the way I want it. Even when I was forced to go to another salon on one of my travels, I got back to temecula to have Tammy fix my nails. Also, she always makes time for me. Its hard for me to make an appointment bc im not in temecula very much. Im between a few cities during the month. So this is convenient for me that she always does her best to make time. I came up to this nail salon to try a new one, because my other one was not that great, they were slacking off, I was in the area and I stopped by and I walked in, and I asked for a full set of pink and white. And a pedicure. The pedicure wasn't that great. Did not cut off any cuticle, nor cut off any ingrowns. For the price, it was a little high, my nail on my big toe is crooked. Overall they're okay. I can usually get an appointment at the time I want, same-day or the following day. Sally is the best manicurist there, but I have seen all of them and have only had an issue with the UV dryers not drying/hardening the acrylic, which isn't their fault. They get me right in to fix that for free the 2 times it has happened. What I have noticed after going to 4-5 nail shops in Temecula over the years is that this place is quick. I can get a fill and gel polish in under an hour, which I appreciate. Lastly, I have an ingrown big toe nail that they are able to dig out every time, even when I have made a mess of it trying to get it myself. read more

Sally's is SO clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love seeing employees disinfecting, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces. It is nice and open and everyone is so nice. Since there are not a lot of employees, I find it hard to get in, or I have felt hurried which is not fun. That is the only reason for one missing star. I love Tammy for nails. read more

Quality of work is poor if done by the older gentleman seated at the back row station to the left as you come in (wears glasses). I asked for a full set and gel Pedicure. The owner, I assume, put my set on but the gentleman did the powder and polish. Didn't even have me wash my hands after the powder and filing were done - just went straight to painting them. Left thick acrylic in my finger tips. Pictures say it all. So disappointing. Pedicure was good but she used really really hot water which I usually love but this was too hot. This location accepts Walk Ins and they took me in quickly. I asked for a pedicure and a full set. Reason for my 4 stars was because for a pedicure I originally asked for an Acrylic Pedicure which they said they can do; they only did a gel pedicure not acrylic. And I was not asked if I wanted the toe nails short or shaped; they cut them down short and the big toes look different to one another. When I noticed I asked if the toe nails can be filed square but they attempted but the nail was already too "fixed". I had Gel X nails on my hands and the color was amazing the girl who did my nails cleaned them up very well. The price was a little high but it's ok. They were nice, but quality of work was horrible. Asked for dip, they did dip with gel on top. If I wanted gel, I would've got gel. Anyways, isn't dip supposed to make your nails stronger? It hasn't even been a week and my nails are chipped. My natural nails haven't ever chipped this fast. It's so frustrating when you pay $55 for something that won't even last a couple of days. I went in asking for medium Almond nails. I showed a picture of the inspo. Before I could agree on length, the gentleman had already starting cutting the nails. I asked if the length would work with the shape I wanted. He said it would. He began using what it looked like dip powder. I know dip powder is acrylic but it just goes on different when you use monomer. I had monomer all over my fingers and running acrylic under my nails. The nails were different sizes and it didn't look like the shape I wanted. I had to ask to wash my hands to try and get the monomer off. When I tried to tell him about the shape he just shrugged it off and tried to argue/convince me it was right shape. I washed my hands and ended the service because I just had enough. I paid and left. I'm not saying the whole salon techs are the same but this particular one was terrible. Had to come home and try and fix the mess myself. I do my nails at home and just wanted to treat myself going out to get them. Never doing that again. ​ read more

I can't say this place was bad because I've only been here once. And although everyone was kind, the end result was meh... I had a nice older man give me a pedicure. He was so gentle that I literally couldn't tell the difference between when I first walked in and when he was finished. It looked like I had a mere polish change. And one that I would do better at home. I really appreciated that he didn't dig and hurt me because I've had that before and it's terrifying; but I couldn't even feel his nail file touching my nails. I paid for the callous removal and wax mask. My feet were just as rough as before the pedicure. Disappointing. Callous removal means "removing the callouses". Just left this place and all I wanted to do was leave. The lady was nice but this was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. It was absolutely uncomfortable. One lady without a customer was bouncing around constantly and proceeded to let loose some gas like nothing ever happen. Someone in the back had microwaved something and the smell was not that great. I'm Asian and the smell was making me cough and clear my throat multiple times. I got gel and you can literally see my natural nail underneath, nails are completely uneven, caused bleeding from where she tore out a piece of my nail. The color is not even the same throughout. Update: It's about 1030PM and my right toe is hurting and oozing pus. Definitely wouldn't not recommend. Go to Nailtural instead. read more

I had a nice pedicure here last week. They were able to fit me in the same day I called (Wednesday before Thanksgiving), which I was super thankful for because I was in desperate need of a scrub and polish. The regular pedi was $29 I think and I added a $7 callus scrub. I was able to pay with my credit card, just had to add tip prior to them running the card which is fine by me and appreciated since a few local salons only accept cash. Definitely the WORST nail salon looking to scam you and take advantage of your money. The lady doing my nails constantly took breaks , checking her paystubs , talking to her friends and tricked me into getting the worst nails I've ever had . I had showed her what I wanted before she started my nails and waited until the very end to tell me that she actually couldn't do that design . Then I wanted multiple colors and they said I'd have to pay $5 extra per color . So I asked for glitter, and she didn't tell me it would actually be $20 extra for hearts you'd think a toddler placed . Also sucks at coffin shaped nails, looks more like egg shells . I write this realizing an error I made. I called the nail salon that's just a few doors down from them. Made an appointment THERE. But I walked in to this nail salon. They still took me. But didn't correct me that I was there by mistake. I didn't have a horrible experience, but I felt like their scrub that comes with the deluxe pedi was weak. The massage the lady did, she was no joke, applying like feather like pressure. When it came time to pay, I tried to use my card. The guy asked if I can use the atm. He put me on the spot. Really, there is no reason I couldn't. But for obvious reasons customers don't usually like to Bc atms charge a fee to pull out cash. I just didn't like the approach. It was very sneaky and not professional to do that. So beware for those who intend to use a card. Stand your ground and say no if you don't want to. Needless to say, I probably won't come back. Weak scrub for pedi and barely any pressure for massage portion, then awkward pressure to pull cash from their atm. read more

I'm only giving 4 stars because their sign there says the basic pedi I got was 20$ and an acrylic fill was also 20$ and all I get is acrylic with a clear coat due to needing to have extremely natural nails for work so, In total it should be around 40-45$ but I got charged 60$ and I looked at the sign to insinuate the price it should be and he continued to say 60$ so I payed but idk if I would come back just because they aren't true to their prices and it sucks because my nails look really good..
