I absolutely love and adore the staff and owner at Bella Nails and Spa. It is such a welcoming environment. They truly make you feel like you have been besties for years. Each member of staff is so funny and sweet. They take their time, check in thought out the visit and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Mimi has consistently done phenomenal work on my nails, she is very gentle and talented. I've also had a great set done by Steven on my first visit. The owner Jenny is amazing. She truly makes sure you feel pampered by offering snacks, refreshments and best of all, her company. Her hospitality is off the charts and partly why I am a loyal client. so for the last few months, I have been going back-and-forth from Menifee to Temecula to help out with family. I came here one day, and my nails were just completely destroyed from what I did by myself at home. I had a great first experience with the owner and Steven. Called a day before and made an appointment for a pedicure the following day. They were able to accommodate the time slot I wanted. The salon was a little tricky for me to find as I was visiting from out of state. The salon was clean and the girl did a great job on my pedicure cleaning all the cuticles. I've been to Bella Nails & Spa maybe 3-4 times and each time has been a fun and inviting experience. The staff is very friendly and treat you like a friend, which makes it such a fun experience while you pamper your hands and feet. In my most recent visit, Jenny helped take care of me and my bridesmaids for a wedding. One of my bridesmaids booked the appointment and we made a last minute change the day before so one of our girls wouldn't do a manicure and it messed up the booking. Even so, they were flexible with us and made sure to try and fit all of us in for that time slot. We also didn't mention that I was getting married that weekend when scheduling the appointment, but when they found out through conversation, they gave me an extra pampering experience. Jenny even went out of her way to get us boba while we did everything. There was a lot of care and quality that went into our manicures and pedicures. I'm not a super talkative person, but all of the girls working there made it feel so welcoming and fun. They were more than okay with our nail requests and paid so much attention to detail throughout the entire experience. I don't often to manicures and pedicures, but I'll definitely return to Bella Nails & Spa whenever I plan to do so. read more

Such a cute shop and friendly staff. They even got us in with a last minute appointment. I took my pregnant SIL to get a pedicure before the baby came and the ladies were so nice asking her about her pregnancy and were so excited for her.
