She broke one of my nails when taking my previous set off and I had to wait an entire week to get just one of my nails done so it could heal. She put square on my thumbs and almond on the rest of my nails when I had already requested I wanted square. When I came back in to get the one nail done she put it on and cured it completely leaning. I honestly didnt have the patience to have her completely redo it so i just left it as is considering everything that transpired leading up to this. And not only that they messed up three times, the owner literally was standing over my daughter grabbed a piece of paper like it was gonna make the polish dry. We still left with a janky job. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.

And for the new customers, this place is located inside Phoenix salon, in between Barrons and Dollar Tree Store.
