SHOUT OUT to Michelle at Fèlicie Nail Salon!! This fairly new shop is located on Overland Dr. near Olive Garden, across the street from Costco. There are a few other businesses in this small plaza which all share a good size parking lot. I read fellow Yelper Gabe G.'s review for this shop and have been wanting to give it a shot ever since. It's one thing for a woman to leave a rave review for a nail shop, so when a man does it, that tells you something! Don't be shy gents, come and treat yourselves, too!! My last gel mani from another salon lasted about 3 weeks, so I made my appointment through Yelp, and got a response within 6 minutes! I had good vibes from then on. They were busy over the weekend so I took a Monday availability at 3pm. I walked in right before my scheduled time to check in. Apparently there was a small misunderstanding as the gentleman at the front desk asked, "Are you Joy? Didn't you call earlier and reschedule to this Friday?" I told him that I did not, and showed him the Yelp response I received. He said it wouldn't be a problem, apologized and told me they would accommodate me. He then walked me to the manicure stations and sat me down at one of them. Michelle came a minute later and got to work on my signature mani. I saw a pic on the gram of a bunny I wanted as accent nails for the upcoming Easter holiday. I was hopeful that she would do a decent job, because you always see those "what I wanted" vs. "what I actually got" pics and let's face it, they don't always come out looking how they're supposed to! I can tell you this: Michelle came through, and hit the nail right on the head (pun intended!) so I posted my "vs." pic to prove it!! In fact, hers were even better than I had anticipated! She really put in the details with the fine outlining in black, right down to the cute red noses!! I was totally mind blown with the precision of her skilled hands!! We've all seen botched jobs, amirite?! Lol! When she was done with my nails, she gave me a luxurious keratin mask on my hands and arms, then finished me off with hot towels and a green tea lotion massage. It was absolute heaven and I'd be lying if I said I didn't ALMOST fall asleep! I won't tell you how long I was there, but I will say I loved every second of being pampered! I also loved that the shop seemed to be very well ventilated! It didn't reek of nail polish at all like most shops do. They sanitize between customers and use a new package of sterilized tools for your service. I didn't get a pedi this time around but I will come back for one in the near future. I do wish they had TVs up on the walls, but they're still new, so hopefully they will get some soon. Pricing is competitive, and worth it! Excellent staff and service, pristine surroundings and quality work is what you will get here. Don't wait, schedule your appointment ASAP! I started going to this nail salon last summer because we moved right nearby. Initially I was fairly pleased and continued getting (regular polish) pedicures and gel manicures. After several months I decided to stop the gel manicures because it was so painful when the polish cured and I was concerned my nails were getting very thin from the dremel removing the gel polish. I had the gel removed, had a (regular polish) manicure and was very disappointed to see the polish chipping within two days. The polish used was the same as the gel, it just wasn't cured in the machine so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised to see the immediate chipping. Felice offers a "pay in cash" stamp card and when you get to the end you get $20 off. When my card was full, the girl at the front told me I needed one more stamp. I was planning to use the $20 for this non-gel manicure... About a month later I went back since I had $20 on the table and brought my own Esse brand polish to be used, hoping it wouldn't chip as quickly. I was surprised when the nail tech used a dremel to clean my cuticles instead of the regular tool but didn't say anything because I assumed he knew what he was doing. It was my first time having this guy (the woman I previously liked had left unexpectedly and I was placed with him randomly.) You can imagine my surprised (and horror!) When I removed my nail polish and saw indentations along my nails from where he dremeled my cuticles. It's across every single nail. I can feel the ridge. Also, the undercoat didn't completely come off (I'm assuming because it's gel undercoat.) I also want to add, despite the pedicure including callus removal, my feet never felt as smooth as they did at the salon I previously went to (in San Diego before we moved to Temecula.) I think the pedicure was about $50 (I can't remember and paid cash) but in hindsight realize it was totally overpriced for the quality. In general I think the services are incredibly expensive for what they offer-- a regular (non-gel) manicure was $20 (and they don't even have "regular polish".) read more

Very disappointed. They have done good work for me in the past, however this time we're very unhelpful. I made an appointment for my nails to get done before my birthday. On the phone I mentioned I needed a full set and that I had an hour on my lunch break and asked if that was possible--they said yes. When I arrived they told me they didn't know it was a full set, they thought it was a fill and said they did not have time now. I said I would gladly wait if it would take longer than the hour and upon speaking to the owner they refused me. I own a business and customer service is priority. If I made an apt and there was miscommunication about the service but am willing to stay a little longer and work with them, the same should be reciprocated. The girl at the counter then tried to offer just a gel dip since it would take less time and I agreed but then came back and said no we cannot do it now. Which makes no sense considering time was their issue/concern from the moment I checked in. I called ahead to ask if they had availability for a manicure with regular polish. They said yes and asked if I could be there soon. I left immediately and got there within 10 minutes. I then walked in and was hardly greeted, then pointed to a salon chair on the other side of the room. Once I sat down I was handed the displays to pick a polish color. After a while they got the polish I chose and set it in front of me, but that was all. I noticed the polish seemed separated and old, and shaking it up did not seem to help. I have been going to this salon since they opened. I am disappointed and upset with the recent visit. Lady that I always schedule my nails with is no longer there, so they scheduled my gel nail with someone else. My friend called so I had to put her on hold for few mins., she told me that the tech(s) were talking crap. Not only about me but also about other customers in front of them. I knew she was because I can understand few words in Vietnamese. I honestly think that's unprofessional. I was so upset but I ended up still giving her a 10$ tip for just redoing the color. I guess she knew she didn't deserve it bc she had a surprise look on her face like really? And said, For me? And I told her yes it's for you..(hope you feel sorry for saying all that shit about me-thinking in my head) All I want to tell this place is, I get it you guys had to redo the color fine. I came in a few weeks ago requesting a fill and a new color, I wanted the style in the picture and got something totally different. The nail tech didn't have the patience to draw on a few snowflake so she told me that she wants to do stickers instead, I was very hesitant but went ahead and trusted her expertise. When she started to put stickers on I asked her to put some on my thumbs and she kept forgetting, I asked her 4 times. An hour after the appointment the stickers started to peal off. Two of them weren't placed on the nail right and the clear coat that she put on was underneath the sticker making it pop up. I paid 55 dollars for a rude and terrible nail service.
