This is the second time I've been to this place for a pedicure. I really want to love it but have been left disappointed both times. I just left there and had a deluxe pedicure. I told the guy I need a good food scrub (hence why I paid for the upgrade with callus remover). He was so quick and barely scrubbed so I reach down to feel my foot and him and the nail guy next to me quickly started talking in their language and looking at me. So I just sat there and didn't say anything. This is my foot AFTER my pedicure that I paid extra for. I was also hoping to have a nice relaxing pedicure which didn't happen because everything felt so rushed. I came for a simple gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was ok. However only 3 days later and it's already chipping off. The manicure was not great. I wanted my cuticles shaped up and the skin around my nails trimmed. The man wasn't able to really take care of that. He seemed very timid using the nippers and just did a poor job. He did not apply any top coat to the tips of my nails and also went over my cuticles. Again, 3 days later my gel is already chipped. I was on vacation and driving so I wasn't using my hands a lot or anything. I was also charged $5 more than the price showed on the menu. For $70 it should last longer than 3 days. read more

They did a good job on my first visit and the airbrushing was good I loved it. On my return visit I got a solid color and when I got home, I decided I needed some nail art so I returned the next day. I mentioned to the technician that the acrylic was not brought all the way to the edges of a couple of my nails. He did not do anything. He just continued with my request to have a design put on my nails. I returned to the shop a few days later mind you I don't live in the area so when I was in the area I said, let me stop by the shop. Your manager yelled at me because I didn't like the job he did on my nails and the other young guy needs to really get more hours in on doing nail art he is awful I'm NEVER coming to this shop again! Your manager insisted that it was because of the price that I was not happy, and I told him if that was the case I would not have returned a second time. I drive a 428I BMW that is paid for money is not an issue. We also had a discussion on the fact that they charge the same price for gel versus regular nail polish. At his suggestion we went outside and I called two other shops, one in the area, one in Anaheim and both of them. There was at least a seven dollar difference in the price between gel and regular nails . I will never return to the shop again for the simple fact that a they don't have a technician that can do nail art, except for airbrush. And second of all, how unprofessional for a manager to argue yell at a customer, they apparently have never heard of the theory that the customer is always right I understand that some customers may be very rude, but that was not me. read more

I appreciated that they told me what they can and cannot do. Nothing is worse than someone taking on something they can't do. Davie gave me my gel pedi which I HIGHLY recommend him because he gave a great foot and ankle massage. For my manicure I had Danny as my nail tech & he did a such great job at my nail art. Meh. The salon is very clean. The chairs are spaced nicely so you're not on top of people and you can relax. I came in towards the end of the day. A man, who is presume is the owner, sat next to me watching videos while I got my pedicure. He moved 1 chair down but his videos were still loud and it was annoying. They were playing music videos in their language, which isn't relaxing at all, and talking back and forth, but not to me. I felt like an unwelcome guest. The Man who did my nails was friendly enough and my nails look fine. The pedicure felt a little overpriced and the woman who did my toes seemed very uninterested in what she was doing.
