I booked an early morning appointment for a pedi and mani. The salon was clean and the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend booking an appointment at Nail Palace! I wanted to get the callus remover with my pedicure, so I indulged in the deluxe package and the added massage time was just what I needed. Having that added cost meant I had to pair back my manicure yet the classic manicure made me feel like a human again. The person working on my nails did such a great job removing the excess cuticles with care and making my nails look/ feel like a million dollars. I will be back and this time try their dip nails.

I moved to Temecula in october of '23 and have been to so many different nail shops in the area trying to find my home shop. well, mission accomplished! they never have to worry about me going anywhere else in this area. i can't say enough nice things about this place, from the quality of the nail work to how welcoming and friendly the staff are. i would mention by name who i prefer to work with, but it genuinely doesn't matter because each and every one of the people in this shop do such a phenomenal job. i've never been to a nail shops in my entire life where the quality remains so consistent no matter who your nail tech is. they never fail to make me feel welcomed & pampered, asking important questions before starting, not to mention the speed at which they work; today i went in for a full set & pedicure and i was done with each service before i knew it! (todays set was the pink nails.) they will also have this show playing on the TV that is so relaxing and interesting. it is basically based on this woman who lives a sort of nomadic lifestyle and is always cooking the most tasty looking cuisine all from ingredients farmed on their land. 10/10 selection, i am absolutely hooked lol. i also wanted to express my gratitude because a few months ago i came in and started to choke and could not catch my breath, which was so embarrassing lol but they were so kind to give me water and help me to regulate my breathing. i have a medical condition that causes my throat to slightly close up unexpectedly and it is always embarrassing when it happens in public, but i really appreciate their kindness and not making me feel like a spectacle when it happened. THANK YOU to all the hardworking employees of nail palace!!

I love my nails!! The pink base, little flowers, gold accents, and French tips are all so pretty. They took their time to make sure the shape and design were perfect. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I've already gotten so many compliments , I'll definitely be coming back!

I have come to this place a few times now. The first time was great, the last 3 or 4 times wasn't good at all. There full sets for the hands are pretty good but there pedicures don't last even a day before my gel nail started coming off, which is disappointing. With the pricing, this place is one of the most expensive nail salons I've spent money on. For a basic white tip full set I was charged $80 which is ridiculous when normally it's $40 elsewhere with gel coat included. I know the economy is terrible right now... but you're better off going elsewhere where they can give you the same quality for cheaper. My nails and toes for $150+ is not worth that price for something that last 2 weeks max. Sorry not sorry. I miss the red permissions. Ps. Side note: I brought my Asian friend with me (he doesn't look like it too much) and he overheard them talking bad in there language about several clients . Which upset me more. I don't recommend, unless you're desperate, but that's me. read more

My mom started with the man in the front chair then they made her move chairs two more times. The first guy took someone else as a walk in, leaving my mom sitting down for 20 minutes until a lady finally did her gel manicure. The guy who kept telling my mom to move chairs was not friendly and didn't apologize especially since we had an appointment. Rudest service I've ever experienced. Danny was not Customer Service friendly at all. I went in for a fill. Immediately he wanted me to get a new set because he said that he could not polish my nails the way I wanted with a fill. While doing my fill, he would not go all the way to the tip so I pointed that out to him. He told me his store does not fill all the way to the tip. I told him I've never been to a nail salon that does not go all the way to the tip. He said "then go to them". I immediately got up from the chair, told him he was rude, and walked out the door. Never have I experienced such rudeness from anyone ever in my life. Terrible Nail Salon. Terrible experience. Terrible service. If I could give it a negative star I would. read more

originally went to rose nail salon to do a walk in, but they were closed, so i went on yelp to see other nail salons in the area and this place popped up! I looked at their photos and really liked their detailing and nail art work! So I ended up coming with my mom and we loved it! We were helped by danny and andy and they were so so kind and helpful. They did such a great job with our nails and we're so patient and we're so detailed yet went so fast! the place was super clean and the environment was great. They were both so sweet and danny did exactly what i wanted on my nails! they also have a 20% promo for acrylics and the cost of my nails was SO much cheaper than if i went to Rose nail spa, rose is very overpriced. I will be coming back and i will be bringing friends! Definitely give this place a try!! read more

Tracy and Linda did an amazing job. I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails and Tracy matched the design perfectly. Linda gives the best most relaxing massages with pedicures. Normally I go to this place. Today I decided to switch it up and go somewhere closer to my house and that was a mistake. The place i went to did a horrible job on my nails, i had asked for french tip and the shape and paint job was awful. That was my karma for switching nail places for less of a drive. I came back to nail palace and they fixed my nails and did them beautifully and were very nice about it. Never going somewhere else! I learned my lesson haha! Thank you! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I CANT TELL YOU ENOUGH, HOW MISTREATED I WAS! I went in for a pedicure and wanted a pink base French tip. She started the French tip and did a horrible job. The line wasn't straight at all. You can see from a mile away how it wasn't straight, so i asked nicely if she could just remove the French, and I'll just get a solid color. My husband called seconds before I asked for it to be removed. So im on the phone for literally 5 seconds before telling her I didn't like it. DANIEL ( OWER) said I couldn't change my mind and, next time, let them know before if I didn't like it and shook he's head all mad. Then I started saying it's because I'm on my phone and to get off the phone so I can pay attention to my toe color. I replied, saying I just answered my call and how can I tell her I don't let my French tip if she hasn't done it yet. It made no sense. So he then continued to start raising his voice, saying that's not right and that you couldn't change your mind on the color once it's done. I then explained that I didn't like the lines on the ferench tip, so I didn't want them. He just shook his head and started rambling about how it's inconvenient to change my mind! My mind was blown. I just told her to just remove all the colors so I can leave. I then asked how much without the color. DANIEL then walked to my face and said, " I need to pay full price!" He said that they did add color, but I asked for it off, so too bad. I said I would not pay full price for something I didn't get or like. He then said no, pay full price. I thankfully had cash. The original price was 35. They had a 10% off this month, so it would've been like 32. I paid them 28 and left. I couldn't believe how I was treated. Please don't go here if you are trying to relax and get good customer service. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never been treated like that. Hope no one ever gets treated with so much disrespect. read more

Went in for a pedicure with my friend. We were greeted, and helped within 5-10 mins. The sweet lady, Val, gave me the best pedicure ever! Took her time, gave me a wonderful foot and leg massage.
