She took her time, made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, and really knew what she was doing. Penchen suggested powder and I declined.. when she was finished, she said let me touch up with powder, so I went ahead and let her. When I looked in the mirror, everything looked fine. A few days later my husband noticed a small patch was missing from my eyebrows. I wear glasses so I didn't immediately notice. I called today to explain what happened the person that answered the phone said how can I help you today even after I explained the issue. She said they always has the customer look at the eyebrows before touching up with powder in my case this did not happen. Needless to say I won't be going back. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing.

I consistently have issues at only this location. I have a full bikini pass and added a butt strip and she told me it was $79! Excuse me I have a pass so I told her just add the butt strip, then she tells me it's $25 for just that! So I ask when did that happen? And gives me a saucy look with saying idk! I told her I go often and the other stores are cheaper. She does not care. Another girl chimes in to help her and she at least said sorry and fixed it to the correct amount of $14. The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me. Just avoid the menifee store is the moral of the story.

I have had threading done before, the first time while I was deployed to Afghanistan, and nothing in the area compared, until had threading at this studio. I have come here for the past year and I love my eyebrows and threading services from here. They are very good on detail, and my friends also come with me here for their own threading. I found this place by accident, but it has easily become my favorite threading salon. I have very thick eyebrows and not everyone finds them easy to thread but here they all do an amazing job. Many of my natural lashes were glued to each other. The purpose of getting lashes professionally done is for them to separate each natural lash individually in order to prevent damage or discomfort. The set looked cute initially and I received compliments, but my natural lashes are now noticeably damaged. I'm not sure if I had a bad experience simply because my appointments were on Saturdays when they were very busy (all the techs had back-to-back clients). I do not recommend this place.
