If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I first came in, the ladies working today looked miserable being there. No one greeted me I stood there for about 2 min starring at two ladies who were sitting doing nothing until one of them finally said something. I sat down where she instructed me to and a different lady just came asking what I wanted and did my brows quick. Not one word was said. After she finished she asked if they were okay but never gave me a mirror or anything. I just said yes because I wanted to get the f out of there. These ladies need new jobs they look miserable and unapproachable. I will never come back. read more

Left tearing up today. I tried henna with on of thier ladies before in my eyebrows, something I never had done before, and I liked it so much i did the next two times I came to get my eyebrows done with the same lady. Today I got a younger girl, The threading was especially painful, and when I asked for the henna and she applied my eyebrows BURNED like hell. When she cleaned it one was WAY darker and the other was just left spotted like a leopard. She tried to make it lighter and then applied MORE to my lighter spotted brow. And the spots became darker than before. She and one of the older ladies said that it's the henna and if I do it "100 times" it might be different each time??!! So what's the point? They never bothered to say sorry, just offered only to charge me for the threading, and kept saying it was the way MY SKIN a reacted to it and/or the fickle henna powder. Since I moved here, I've been coming here and the one lady is good, but today was so bad I'll never "take my chances" here again on one of their bad apples read more

This was my first time for a long time that I've been here. I didn't get a chance to get her name but it was unfortunate that i got her. I knew she nipped my skin when she kept dabbing the area repeatedly. She didn't say anything at all until i went to the mirror. In fact she didn't even held a mirror for me to check if my eyebrows were shaped correctly. All she told me was my skin was loose thats why it happened. Lmao what lame excuse. She could've just said "I nipped you and i'm sorry" She freaking blame me as a paid customer that it was my skin's fault. Not coming back. I have gone here two times and i have to say each time was supberb. I'm real bad at names and have been busy so it's been about 3 weeks since I had my brows shaped, trimmed and the magic threading done. She listened patiently to what I wanted and was trying to achieve. My brows turned out excellent. Her level of expertise was impressive. I'm still a bit new at the whole eye brow experience so I unfortunately took a shower the next day and washed my face (brows) so some of the color did come out. The next week, I popped in and spoke to her of this incident and she explained to me that you really need to leave them alone for at least 24 hours to allow the henna to complete its process. Do you know what she did? Without a blink she completely colored my brows, explained the process to me again and never charged me a dime. With her kindness and expertise, I will be coming back to Magic Brow on Newport for years to come. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

I'm very glad this place opened up in Menifee. I want to get my brows done without having to be in a salon while others are getting their hair did, makes me feel awkward. I come here every two weeks to maintain my brows, my husband just started doing the same. We share a stamp card that way we can get free threading sooner (free threading after 10 threads). I've gotten just about every lady here and they all do a fantastic job. Some days, I want my brows thinner, other days thicker and these ladies always deliver. My favorite is the older lady just because she's done my brows so many time and she's very thorough. She even trims my brows perfectly. The pain subsides if you oget it threaded frequently, unless you're a guy or if your brows grow in very thick. My husband said that the pain never subsides for him, for me, they just feel like little pinches now. It's not too bad anymore. They have great coupon deals for $9 threading if you're a repeat customer and $6 for new clients. Go to their website for coupons or check in the newspaper and ads in the mail. Totally worth it, and I know $12 for threading isn't much, but it adds up after awhile. read more

Second time getting my eyebrows done here just because is close to home. First time the length of my eyebrows were different one was longer then the other one. Second time I asked for just a clean up of my eyebrows. She left one eyebrow thinner than the other one. I just don't understand how she reshape my eyebrows and made them thinner when I just asked for a clean up. I will NEVER go back. Now I have to wait and let my eyebrows grow. It was my first time trying this place. I came in today at around 6:20 and it was nice and quiet. I had my eyebrows threaded by Urshma (I think that's how you spell it) and she was great! Sweet lady who helped calmed my nerves because it's been awhile since I had it done. The whole process took no longer than 10 minutes and it came out perfectly. I love how she filled in my eyebrows at the end and gave it a little gel so the hairs will stay in place. Not bad for $10. Will definitely go back. read more

Came in for a eyebrow threading. Usually go somewhere else but thought I'd give them a try since it's close to home. Big mistake! Only giving 2 stars because they were nice. 1 eyebrow is super thin, other one is OK but they look nothing alike. Definitely worth the drive to go elsewhere. read more

I went in after two years of not getting my eyebrows professionally done. I used to live down in San Diego, and the people down there were rough and one even judged me for having my eyebrows be so big! And I can't believe I paid her to this day! Anywho, the lady I got was super nice and smiling. She asked me if I was alright many times (probably because my skin gets super red whenever I get my brows threaded) and was very calm and professional. She was super considerate and even filled in my brows for no additional charge--even though I didn't need it. So nice! Needless to say, I absolutely love Magic Brow!
