I went there and got threaded. I've had threading done before but this one was the most painful I have ever experienced in my life! It was like she was about to thread my skin off and even though my eyes were literally tearing really bad, she kept on with the same force she was using. It was terrible. I use to only go to Usha. When she left I didn't know what I was going to do because I had a bad experience with the way one of the ladies did my brows. I went in again after I couldn't go any longer looking like a bush baby and I decided to give Rita a try. I let her know what I wanted to achieve and after a few weeks of letting my brows grow in and her shaping them I'd say my brows are the best they've ever been. I've never had an issue with a magic brow location. I go in for a cleanup on my eyebrows and that's it. I hadn't been to this location in over a year and after today, DONE. I walked in and was attended promptly. Hemma was the technician working on my eyebrows. I told her I just needed a cleanup on my eyebrows, you would've sworn I told her to trim them down to half. AND, in between, she took off more on one side than the other. Now, i have to wait for them to regrow (thankfully it's hair, and it does come back!) but I was super pissed to the point where I simply paid and left because I knew yelling or saying anything wouldn't make my eyebrow hair come back in that moment. But won't be bringing my business back here. Super ridiculous now I need to fill in my eyebrows so they don't look so uneven and gapped. ** Update- Hemma reached out to me to see what could be done to correct the issue. I let her know my stance and said I would go back in to the location tomorrow. She called me back a second time asking me to remove my review. I told her I would consider after my next visit but now that I am reading yelps policy, conduct on behalf of business is not to ask for a yelper to remove reviews or incentivize them in any way. I am a little weary to return at that, especially because any "correction" will call for removing more hair from my eyebrows. Brows define and shape the face! I love this place! It's a no-fuss, simple threading shop. Located in the Ralphs shopping center, this area can get pretty busy and parking can be scarce. The prices are pretty reasonable. Brows are $10, full face (for all the Yeti's out there), is $30. There's three chairs and the place tends to get busy, so expect to wait. Good times to go are early morning or on weekdays (like everywhere else). They offer a chart of eyebrow shapes and arch styles, should you not have a preference already. They even give you a stamp card, which offers a free-bee after so many treatments. This place gets 5 stars from me because they arch my brows as I ask them to and they don't have me walking around looking like a jester. Clown-brows are NO laughing matter, folks! read more

I usually go to my go to place at the mall and they said they take walk ins. Came in a few minutes after 11 when they opened and the lady said they had no walk ins even though they just opened and there were no customers around. I asked if they had any recommendations other than them the girl thought about it and said no in a snobby way. Hence with that attitude they lost my respect and loyalty into going there *cough* brow bar at Macy's in Temecula. I shopped around yelp and I found magic brow that took walk ins and it was closer to where I lived. I called to make sure first if they took walk ins. Once they said yes I came in and they took me in right away. The store was clean, the lady that did my brows greeted me with a smile and provided me with great customer service. I even bought product from her once I was done to maintain my brows. Overall the service was done in under 10 minutes and I was out the door afterwards. Prices are very reasonable. Today I got my chance. I walked on in and asked for a brochure. I asked a few questions and ended up getting my brows threaded right then and there. (I really really needed some maintenance) It took all of 8 min and my brows look awesome. The left eye was fine. Under the brow was a wee bit tender but not bad. Out of all of the chain magic brows in the temecula menifee area this is by far the worst. Went in there expecting the same as I have either the one I typically visit, nope!! The lady seemed very kind and like she knew what she was doing. To start on my list of complaints against this magic brow.... actually against the one employee. She was younger didn't catch her name very petit small lady. If you do go there please make sure it's not her. Go for another one that doesn't fit the description. Small petit wears glasses. She took forever, I've never sat in those chairs as long as I did today the kept crossing her whole arm over my left eye I kept flinching. She also kept telling me to please hold on to my eyelid tighter.... that's never been an issue. I figured ok.. ok maybe she needs to get the small hairs. And second she trimmed about nothing on my brows. It looked ok when I looked in the mirror, the minister I sat in my car I noticed I still had a lot of hair, and the top of my brows wasnt even threaded!? Come on. Wasn't trimmed and she left a lot of brow hair. How could you take so long for that. For those asking why didn't you back and complain? Well that's not me in this case, I left it and took care of it at home. Unfortunately I will no longer return to this location. I've seen better days. But best of luck to everyone!! read more

Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Sam who was threading another woman. Wasn't long of a wait at all. My first time threading, wasn't as painful as waxing and didn't make me break out. My eyebrows looked so much better after, very nice shape. =) Sam even filled them in so i didn't walk out with half an eyebrow (my eyebrows are sparse in some places haha) Really inexpensive (only $10 for my eyebrows) and great results! Had my first eyebrow threading experience here yesterday. The facility appeared to be clean and nicely furnished so I did not hesitate to go in. I think the threading experience was very different from waxing... I am still on the fence as to which I prefer at this point. I must say that the threading experience was a little painful and my eyebrow areas were very pink and a little swollen last night. Also, I did have to "clean up" my brows a little bit when I got home. One thing that was somewhat annoying was all the little eyebrow hairs that were removed fell down into my eyes, eyelashes, and face... so I was blinking and trying to get the hairs out of my eyes. Overall my eyebrows look much better than they did. I do think, however, that waxing gets points for quicker hair removal (and therefore less pain) and possibly more precise hair removal. read more

I do enjoy coming here I do. It's convent and cheap. But that's almost all it is. I leave there having to clean up my own brows after paying to have them done. And leave a mess covered with hair in my eyes and in my shirt. But I pay for this torture so..idk. For the most part they are even but all the stray hairs that are dark and obviously need to be threaded I end up having to do myself. read more

First time I've done threading.. The experience was great super sweet ladies and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

You get what you pay for! I came here to get a cleanup and walked out with really thin brows. I was really disappointed cause the technician also tried changing the shape (not what I asked for). My brows were two different shapes and I felt like I had to constantly fill them in so they could look even. Moreover, my technician was EXTREMELY rough, i had to stop her a few times and ask for a break because my skin was burning. I've been getting my brows done for years and never had to do that. A few days after my appointment I had bumps on the areas where the hair was removed and my brow hairs aren't growing back in the same. I have clusters of ingrown hairs where the technician ripped, pulled and scraped to pull the hairs. I've been using aloe Vera juice to try to soothe the areas and witch hazel to possibly open up and clear the ingrown hairs. Usually for me getting my brows done is a nice and relaxing experience, Magic Brow changed that for me. I'm NEVER going back. Be careful! read more

I like this place. The ladies are very sweet and quick. Eyebrow threading hurts but it's better than waxing. This place has multiple location where I can use my stamp card. It is quite pricey $10 for a thread and they don't like to combine coupons with the stamp card. Other than this place is pretty good. Now if they stopped asking about my upper lip. read more
