I stumbled across Belle Fleur Aesthetics on Yelp and based on their Yelp reviews, I had the opportunity to meet Amanda! And kept coming back for her services!! I have been getting my lashes done with her for well over a year now and always happy with her services! She listens when I share my need to change lash length and volume. I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier. It's a give and take that has worked out very well for me. If you're looking for a lash tech/artist in the Murrieta area, I highly recommend Amanda! Her price is very reasonable!! I think it should be higher so I tip in that manner, and she will only raise the prices when product expenses go up. She is located just off of Jefferson in a business complex. As you enter the salon, you're greeted with refreshments and chairs while you wait on your appointment to start. The salon is clean and well maintained and the girls are just pleasant to be around. Other beauty services are offered in the salon as well. Private parking lot shared by the business complex and street-side parking is available. The salon photos I added were from her first location yet she still has the same furniture at the new location to give you an idea of what to expect, I will add new salon photos on my next appointment.

A little boost of confidence. A little of something that can help define my features. A little tweak. Once again, I'm 100% sure my mom will kick my behind if she even found out I've been eyeing my brows for a while and won't let go. Lol. Then here comes Ink by Sydney. I saw her work first hand through a coworker. Though I was given other referrals (closer to where I'm at), I started communicating with her (via text) about her services, fees, pre and post op care and 100 million questions. I was convinced she's the one. Man was I right?! Her salon is OCD tested. Her professionalism and bedside manner is awesome. As awesome as one can get. She does not up-sell, she hears you, and she'll calm any anxious nerve you have in your system. She takes time and she'll walk you through each step. Once you get to know her more, she's just as lovely and pleasant to be around with. Getting a tattoo, semi-permanent or not is still a tattoo in my books. So when it's done, I know there's no looking back. Start communicating. If you don't, how would she know or understand what you want. So if there's any haters out there (which I highly doubt) start communicating. I love, love, love my brows. Sydney is for keeps.

Ink by Sydney was the best choice I've ever made regarding something as so important as my face. I…read moretake daily medications that cause my hair & eyebrows to be brittle & break off very easily. I had been researching eyebrow blading and searching for the best person to work on my own eyebrows for years. When I finally came upon Sydney's work online I instantly felt that my search had come to and end; I was right! Sydney has not only amazing reviews, wonderful customer feedback, but also the photographic proof to back everything up. And yet, she also has one more hidden gem that I did not overlook. Her customers did not seem to just stay as "customers", but became her friends after visiting her for their procedures because of the amazing way that she had an affect on their lives. Sure enough, as soon as I spoke to Sydney to set up my appointment I was put even more at ease than ever. It was like calling a friend to set up a friendly visit. After chatting for a few mins to set up my appointment I felt like I was almost going to be hanging out with an old friend. The day of my appointment went beyond smooth! We discussed again the complete procedure that I was interested in (micro blading & micro shading) and went to work on mapping out my new eyebrow shape. Now THIS PART, honestly, was the best. Sydney spent at least 50 mins mapping out what would be my new eyebrow shape. She carefully uses precision designed calipers (not some random ruler or piece of string!) to map out the shape of your future upcoming beautiful brows. I extra appreciate the fact that Sydney kept me updated and informed me of what she was doing at every step of the procedure. (She also played calming music & had water on hand for me if I was in need. How sweet!) After finally agreeing on the shape and color of what would be my future brows, she set to work. This is when the magic happened! Now, she does use a small amount of numbing cream on the brow area so that you do not feel any slight discomfort during the procedure. But Sydney seems to have magic in her fingertips because she was so gentle in her work that I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP! Yes, I fell asleep while having her blade my brows because she was THAT gentle! I woke up only because she had me slightly move my head to the side for an angle adjustment. To wrap things up: It's been almost a month since my 1st session & I still need to go for my touch up. I'm beyond excited because ever since the day of the procedure 1. I have had non-stop compliments on my eyebrows & 2. I don't feel so self conscious about having to wear make-up every moment of every day to fill in where there was no hair in my brows. My self confidence has returned and for that I say, "Thank you, Sydney!" A++++

So I went back for brows and lips. I made it clear that she should NOT follow the natural shape of either my brows or lips since they are not naturally symmetrical. The whole point of getting permanent make-up was to save me time having to draw-in my eyebrows and lips to make them look nice and even. I drew the lip line myself so she would know the exact shape I wanted. She somehow messed up my lips shape anyhow. Now I have lips that are a totally different shape on the right and the left side. The outline is broken, jagged and totally missing in some sections. She made them worse than before! I asked her if she could remove the pigment where it was making my lips look misshapen. She said she didn't do pigment removal and I'd have to go to someone else. Who does permanent make-up and won't even correct their own work? I was due for the second application of pigment to my brows. I clearly asked her to correct my partially colored and oddly shaped brows. While I was there she said I should have told her I wanted the lips corrected since she would have done that too in this visit. I reminded her of our phone chat where she said I should go to someone else and she said she didn't say that. So, poor work and gaslighting! What an unprofessional way to act!! She worked on my brows and they ended up unevenly colored and differently shaped after all. I've been to another permanent make-up artist to remove some of the color from my upper lip that is waaaaay out of the lip area, and it didn't work. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to go through more painful procedures to fix both my crooked eyebrows and uneven lips. It's amazing she's still in business! If I still lived in CA, I would be suing her.
