If the style I wanted wasn't something the salon offered, that would have been understandable, but the way it was communicated left me uncomfortable and uncertain about what my options were moving forward. To add to the confusion, I was informed that I would need to pay full price to have my lashes corrected, even though they had been done less than a week earlier. At the same time, my membership payment was scheduled to be charged the following day.
