Came in on a Friday evening and they weren't as busy as I was expecting. 3 staff members to 3 people so I did have to wait 40 minutes for a pedicure which is totally fine! Service was quick, good, and the gal that helped me made a great choice in the nail polish for me since I was stuck between two. I wouldn't say this place goes above and beyond but they're a great place to go. Friendly staff, clean, and plenty space. Pricing seemed comparable to other nail salons though it's still a bit higher than I'd expect. Parking was plenty also. I am truly so bless to have a sister like Kat, out of the 7 siblings, she's my favorite! she has taken great care of me, from purchasing my first car back in high school (never asking for a dime back!) to providing a beautiful work space & opportunity for me to make $$. I truly enjoy working at her shop. The clients that walk through this salon are very sweet and loving. I love that there is space for me to cook my lunch fresh on a daily, allows me to save $. I love the decor in the salon. Her lively plants are my favorite, I truly enjoy helping her to take care of them. Unfortunately not the best quality of work here I got a fill with design on a Monday paid $95 Probably the most expensive fill I've ever had anyways On wed one was already about to break off I couldn't come in until that Sunday to get it fixed Came in that Sunday only to be asked to pay $8 to get it fixed I look and say you're going to charge me to get this nail fixed when it literally cracked two days after ?! She looks at me and says no that's fine you can leave All the diamonds that were added have fallen off already Another nail had broken I don't mind paying that much if my nails are going to stay beautiful and in tact Unfortunately will never be back here Especially not for the price and quality of work Save yourself some money and go elsewhere read more

So let me start with, yes, I did pay full price for a fill and toe polish change and shouldn't have. My regular nail tech is Daniel at Daniel's nail spa, AND HE'S THE BOMB especially with shaping, but they're closed on Mondays. My schedule is rigid so I have to get my nails done when I have time and I hate going on weekends, so when I called Kat after work and she said "come on" I was grateful and took a chance. Now I have to take this mess off and pay for a full set with my shop because I know he WILL NOT work on somebody else's poor quality work that's this bad. I was tired and didn't realize how bad my nails looked until I was in the car doing the real examination. I was too exhausted to even go back in complaining and she had another client so I said let me take this one on the chin, but I can't be silent. Second, it sucks because she's very personable and came across kind, confident and knowledgeable. Third I went to her because she bangs out my co worker's nails beautifully. I'm so disgusted at myself for being in lala land and didn't speak up while there, let's face it nails aren't cheap so I should've spoke up or definitely paid less. Also that she would do a customer like that especially a new customer. Even my co worker was in disbelief when she saw my nails. She couldn't believe it was Kat's work. I hate doing this post but I cannot say nothing. The pictures will speak for themselves. My cuticles, the shape, the polish uuuggghhh everything just whack af! She didn't even have me wash my hands before polishing and it shows. These pictures were taken either immediately after or the very next day so this is no trickery, lying or whining. Pictures are time stamped. I know with her being a professional seeing her poor quality work in the pictures she would understand the dissatisfaction in her work. read more

I got a pedicure this morning at Kat Creative Nails and Spa. I've actually been coming here since 2012. They have a new owner within the last year or so, and it has only improved. They are clean and sanitary, always unwrapping clean tools in front of you. They use gloves, the disposable inserts in the tubs, and I always see them doing a good job of scrubbing the tub, too. They are always very friendly. Their prices are also not insane. Pedicures start at $25, which includes a good massage and hot towels. Another thing I really like is that they play The Game Show network on their TV. Everyone in there has fun guessing the answers to the games together! I have been to other nail places in Hemet (about 3), and they just don't compare. It has not been crowded in here for a long time. I know times are tough financially, but if you're going anywhere for nail services, come here. read more

They were able to seat us really quick for pedicures but they didn't do a good job. The chairs also don't massage like other places. The lady did a callus removal on me and took so much away that my heel is cut and it hurts to walk. I will never have callus removal done again. My pedicure turned out ok but I'm in pain on my heel. Very disappointed. read more
