Eugene always made us feel so welcomed and valued, after our first visit he remembered our name and service, and he would have a drink ready for us before we even sat down. He is the main reason why we became regulars, and we are so sad he is no longer there. Not only was the pedicure rushed and the polish applied unevenly, but the technician was also unable to perform the cat-eye service they advertise. When I tried to address the poor quality at the front desk, I was told that because the staff are family members of the owner, my feedback didn't matter. They waived the cat-eye fee but refused to acknowledge the rushed, sloppy state of the rest of the work. If the owner's family doesn't have to follow basic quality standards, you shouldn't give them your business! read more

Just found this place not too long ago but I already love it! Every time I come in I'm greeted with a beverage and seat. I really like that they're open on Sundays. Everyone here does a great job but I really love Jay's work. He always recommends the best colors and products. They offer a variety of services such as builder gel and gel overlay. The place itself is very beautiful the workers there are nice except I don't think it's worth for what you pay for. When the guy was doing my nails he got the acrylic all over my skin. You can't even see my cuticles because he put the acrylic over it. My nails are all bumpy. The top coat was not properly put on right so there's streaks. I've only had them for two days and I've been in pain because the acrylic is stuck to my cuticles. I had way more acrylic around my cuticles but this was the best I could take off. And now from the bottom it's already lifting so when I do my hair it keeps getting stuck. But honestly this it NOT worth a $85 set you would think for the price I paid for my nails would look some what decent. read more

Review The salon itself is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. It was fairly busy when I arrived, but I came in with a group of five people and we were still seated within about 10 minutes, which I appreciated. The prices also seemed reasonable, and it's clear there are some talented nail techs working there. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. When I first sat down, I was introduced to a nail tech who was very nice. I explained what I wanted, which was a short almond natural ombré, and he even showed me a photo of the exact style I described that he had done for another client. I was really excited because it looked exactly like what I wanted. Right after he finished setting up, however, he was suddenly told to switch with another nail tech. The tech who took over said they could do what I wanted, but the switch created noticeable tension between them and the original tech. The atmosphere immediately felt uncomfortable. To make things more awkward, the nail tech who had been switched off my service repeatedly came back over to talk with the other nail techs. During those moments it felt like they were criticizing or judging the tech working on my nails, especially when the airbrush technique was used for the ombré. I could hear comments being made while I was sitting there, which felt very unprofessional. The airbrush technique also wasn't really what I originally wanted, but I accepted it since the tech suggested trying it. Also, because of this tension i really tried to double down on my kindness so i wouldn't cause more stress which was very apparent. I will admit that I was a bit particular during the appointment, but only because I usually struggle to speak up and end up disappointed. This time I tried to politely communicate what I wanted and check things before moving on to the next step. The first issue started when my natural nails were cut down. They were clipped but not properly shaped, leaving them uneven and jagged. I politely asked if they could at least be filed so they were smooth, which they did. However, because my nails weren't cut down correctly beforehand, when the acrylic tips were applied there was a visible gap between my natural nail and the plastic tip. When the acrylic was applied things seemed okay at first, although I did have to ask them to fix one nail because there was too much acrylic near the cuticle and the tip became too thin. They corrected it when I asked. When we moved on to the ombré color, I was very specific that I wanted a soft, natural blend. The tech used an airbrush and initially tried a very bright white to show me the look. Since I wanted something much more subtle, it took a bit of time to find a shade I liked. I understand this probably slowed things down, but I simply wanted to make sure I liked what I was paying for. After the ombré was finished, I asked about adding a small design. I had never gotten nail art before and thought it might be fun to try. The tech said they could sketch a rough draft first. I asked for a small flower with leaves in a swirl. They drew something on the side and said my original placement might look awkward. I told them I trusted their suggestion and said I liked what they showed me. However, I believed that drawing was just the rough draft. Instead, they immediately applied the top coat and left the design exactly as it was. The flower had no detail at all and honestly looked unfinished and more like a quick sketch than actual nail art. When I got home and was finally able to look closely at my nails, I was extremely disappointed. The acrylic application was uneven on several fingers, the gaps between my natural nails and the tips were clearly visible, the almond shape was far sharper than I requested, and there was a large amount of leftover acrylic underneath the nails that I had to clean out myself. The flower design looked rushed and poorly done. What made it even more frustrating was that the original nail tech had already shown me a photo of the exact style I wanted, so I know the salon was capable of doing it. I ended up drilling down the acrylic myself, filing off the flower design, reshaping the nails, and repainting them at home just to make them look presentable. I asked for specific colors and if they were out of one she made sure to find the closest fit. She was friendly and went above and beyond to execute my vision. Been here a few times and today is the last time I will be here or recommend anyone else to come here. I called and made an appt for 530 pm for a manicure and pedicure which the person on the phone said they had availability for. I showed up at 530 and sat down. I then heard the two girls at front complain with another coworker who was there off the clock about how ppl would come in at that time for service.. this bothers me since the nail salon closes at 7pm. I made an appt so I dont understand why they accept late appts if its such an issue. 545pm came around and finally an older man called me back for pedicure. There is 2 "receptionist " walking around asking everyone is they wanted a complimentary drink. No one ever came around to ask me but they did come around to ask what service I was getting to charge. I then asked the girl if I could get a complimentary drink since everyone around me had been asked at the moment they sat down EXCEPT me. I then asked the girl in the front for one and she brings it to me. 20 mins. Passes as im getting my pedicure and not until then do they inform me that they had no one to service my manicure. The girl then asks me if she can reschedule me for the next day. I say no because why would I return to this place after no apology for not having someone after I made an appt . I understand things happen but lack of considerations is crazy... I could have booked somewhere else and got a better service and more appreciation for my time. After I tell her no, she rolls her eyes. At this point im beyond annoyed with this place. Yes the salon is beautiful but if they dont value my time or money then they dont care about any of their customers. I will never return to this place where they have this type of lack of customer service. I paid for a service and wasted my time here. By the looks of these reviews i am not the only one.. Any way my sister was in the chair next to me only to go to her original spot because she got an ingrown (never had experience one before) they did bad trimming and cuticle care. I'm genuinely not the type to leave a bad review but omgggg Do Not get your nails done here unless you have a specific person in mind and you know their work. I came in as a walk in for a pedicure and full set of acrylics they happily accepted me, told me the wait would be about 10 minutes which was perfectly fine. I had a reference photo (I always do I never walk in not knowing what I want) the lady said she could do it, great!!! This is where it went wrong she pulled out gel x tips when I asked for acrylic, got hella air bubbles under my nails with the gel x, she over filed on my sides so my real nail is exposed, the nail isn't smooth on the edges there's random dents bc the drill kept spinning around my finger and then going into the gel x tip, went way longer even tho I kept saying shorter please and she would take off half a cm at time they are still way too long, the color was perfect but then she went on a whole freestyle with my designs and kept messing up, whipping it away and then would reapply my chrome so now it looks chunky instead of soft, she tried to do 3d on my thumbs and it just wasn't happening when I told her it's fine she insisted she get it right which she did but on the very last nail of my 3d which is my pointer finger, there's nail polish all around my nails on my skin. When I kept referring to my photo she'd be like "no it looks good for Easter" when I told her multiple times my nails were for my engagement photos and they needed to be simple and elegant just like the photo, follow the photo please. They had the audacity to charge me $150 for my chop shop ass nails! press ons look better than this and I will be inserting my reference photo vs what I walked out with. I will be cutting these off tonight and going to get a new set done at another salon bc there's actually no way I'm being photographed with these. No I can't get my money back and yes I should've said more but I'm not confrontational and I tried to speak up but was shut down bc she ultimately did what she wanted to do on my nail, hopefully this saves someone else from this salon chop shop from hell!!! read more

If I could give zero stars for this business, I would. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for 3pm for two manicures and two pedicures, one including French tip. The lady who I spoke with took down my name and phone number and said I was all set for 3pm the following day (today). Well today we went to lush beauty lounge and I said I was there for my appointment for 3pm and gave the lady at the front desk my name, and she said she didn't have me down for an appointment. She proceeded to ask for my phone number and still said she didn't have me down for an appointment. I'm just confused what the lady that I spoke with the prior day did with my name and phone number that she took down if I "wasn't scheduled". Very unprofessional and somebody doesn't know how to do their job. read more

I am a regular pedicure Customer maintaining appointments every two weeks. I love the ambience of the salon. It is so beautiful. The service is mediocre however, Vinny today was overly amazing and my best experience yet so far . Disappointed and very sad to hear. Eugene is no longer there . He was one of the main reasons why we continued to go back every other week he always greated us with a smile new us by name had drinks ready for us, and that was part of the experience, we appreciated the most. Definitely not the same without him now we'll have to expect pedicure service is as good as it was today with Vinnie without him there Eugene is truly irreplaceable. First salon I've ever gotten a free drink, the Hemet sunset (champagne with strawberry flavoring). :) It was just enough to relax on a surprise pamper day with my Mama. The girls were interactive, kind, attentive, and sweet. They fixed every small mistake, didn't flood my cuticles with polish, and even stayed very patient and polite when my mom and I were late and kept them after closing. The decor is lovely, functional, clean, and so inviting. Hemet/SJ has needed a luxury spot and this is it. I walked in timid and walked out feeling fancy. My sister and I went in for two pedicures and were attended by the next available personnel. The person who helped my sister out at some point was pulling out a small bottle from her pockets and would turn away to drink from the bottle. She would then start coughing and had to stop working in order to finish coughing. She cut my sister's skin around her nails multiple times and would continuously spray alcohol over it. Her name is Cindy and we're told that she's had multiple complaints in the past and they would "talk to her". Although the location is nice, I wouldn't advise this location as it seems to be a reoccurring issue and nothing is being done about it! Pictures for proof included. read more

It was my first time and I was very hesitant to go, I normally go elsewhere but I needed a pedi BAD. So for a basic pedi, with gel, I paid over $75, when other places I've gone to, I would normally pay $50. I didn't get a design, just normal basic pedi with gel polish & callus removal. I told them I have issues with ingrowns & the girl that helped me, told me she sees it & "build up" but doesn't want to do more than what needs to be done. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $75 then this should be included in the service that I'm paying for. She still didn't even do it. & even with the appointment, I arrived 5 min after my appointment time, I waited an additional 45 min when another appointment arrived after I did, just a 5 min difference & they sat them down first. & the girl cut around my cuticle & kept applying alcohol over & over it. Even if I'm desperate for a pedi again, I'll just wait to go to my usual place. The girls doing mani's were pretty unprofessional as well, cussing in front of customers, I get it that they were just venting to each other but I don't think anyone wants to hear all that drama. read more

Never in that nail salon had I been asked that before, or never in my life have I been asked to pay for a set PREVIOUS to it being done. I felt disrespected and profiled, Granted I gave Lush beauty the benefit of the doubt and a try and I was overcharged, lied to and when I brought it to their attention I was belittled. I personally do like the Lush Beauty Salon but........sometimes my nails have not came out the greatest depending on who I go with. I love K.K. I believe that's her name and also Isabel! They are so sweet and welcoming. I also hear lots of people talk about the pricing, to me that's very cheap! I always get gel and at the other salons I would go to it was $50 - $60. At the Lush Salon I pay $45 with tip. (if I choose to tip. They do not force) I also see lots of people saying they are offering alcoholic drinks. They have offered me waters and their special drinks but it's up to YOU to say no. I do think they should see people's ID's or ask if they are under the age of 21 but aside from that I do love this salon and will continue to come back! I will say I got my toes done and they came out decent..... (again depends on who you go with) I can see some of the paint on the side of my toes not the toe nail, the actual toe and it looks like I could've done it at home but like I said it depends on who you go with. read more

I'm not sure what the older ladies name was that did my daughter's toe nails but she tried to hustle my 13 year old daughter and manager claimed "she doesn't look 13". I told the front desk girl what we wanted(pedicure with acrylic) and she claims she communicated that with the lady who was doing my daughter's toe nails. But then the lady offered my daughter the "macha" option (way more expensive) and my daughter said okay yeah. The front desk girl told my daughter are you paying together or separate (from me) she said together. Then she told her it would be $130 total. She didn't think anything of it since she said it would be the total (between both of us). When I later found out it wasn't what I asked for and she also offered alcohol to my 13 year old ! Was when I told the front desk lady I would pay the $200 for my nails and my daughter's toes nails but that the situation was messed up & wasn't what I asked for. The manager took $20 off! I could keep ranting but I wish I knew names!!! Anyways this place is a joke and very unprofessional, over priced, vibes are horrible. You can tell they all beefing... the list goes on... read more

My daughter was not offered any beverages when she was getting her nails done but I notice when they set another customer down they offerd her a beverage.
