Matthew was so kind, communicated with me clearly about my expectations, checked for my approval at every stage, and even worked quickly to accommodate my schedule. He was very careful not to damage my nails and paid amazing attention to detail. I love the outcome, they look exactly like my inspo picture. At checkout, the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone ($50 for this specific set from my starting point). The salon itself is so cute, clean, has a great ambiance. I definitely recommend, especially because a lot of places in this area do not offer builder gel.

The other big toe was filed crooked AF, it looks like my nail is pointing to the left. I left with polish on the skin around my toes. For spending over $100, I left there feeling super disappointed.
