I absolutely love T Diamond Nails! I've tried multiple nail salons and several at-home nail techs, and T Diamond Nails has been the best experience by far. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them and paid attention to every detail. She's quick, but she never rushes the work, and my nails came out looking amazing. The young man who works there was also wonderful. He made sure the flower design was placed exactly where I wanted it and was so patient while making adjustments until it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable it was for the quality of work I received. I've been to other salons and at-home nail techs that charged much more, but the results didn't compare. I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. I've been coming here for the last couple years and they do a good job in my opinion. Unfortunately today's visit left me quite disappointed. One service I got today was a #5 pedicure and as it got time for nail polish I asked for regular nail polish. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure got visible upset that I didn't want gel and informed me that there will be an additional charge since he took off the original gel nail polish I had on. The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. It's hard to find a decent nail place around here and I am not sure I will be returning after today's visit. So if anyone has another nail place to recommend, please let me know. read more

I decided to give another shop a try and came across this hidden gem! Lisa does amazing quality work! She is fast, neat and very professional. The shaping is on point and I appreciate how she cleans the cuticles up when doing a fill. I get a pink powder overlay and am pleased to write this review now after three satisfying services. Two stars because I think my kiddo liked the pedicure they received so far. I wanted to love this place, but so much took me to the other place on this trip. We went on Sunday because our other regular and closer place is closed on that day, and I called ahead to make a 3:40 appointment. When we got there at least two of the technicians were visibly sick (coughing, sneezing, sniffing, throat clearing) and still working. The one who seemed the most ill started out wearing a mask, and ended up working on my fingernails for just a regular polish change. The old polish currently on my nails was fully intact aside from growing out for a month. The polish from this store lasted MAYBE an hour, and as of now 4/10 of my nails have the polish all bunched up. The pedicures were ok, but unfortunately my calluses were just as hard and unyielding as they were when I went in, and this is actually WHY I wanted a pedicure in the first place and paid for the first one that had an "intensive" callus removal. Everyone was friendly, but consequently my kiddo is sick now and I have to pay to go somewhere else to fix my calluses and redo my polish change. I doubt I'll be returning, but I hope they improve these things for future customers. read more

I went in as a walk-in. I was directed towards this heavyset lady that was eating a snack it looked like and. She seemed bothered so I even said I'm sorry for interrupting your meal. She barely talked and when I'd ask her a question, it felt like an answer was forced outta her. She was not the friendliest. I didn't like that she didn't apply the powder all the way to my cuticle so you can still my real nail bed. Then she has me move to another chair mid point into my set because she had an appointment with someone else. I thought that was unprofessional. Then her appointment arrived 20 min late and then with her, she was all chatty Kathy. I can hear her giggling with the client almost the whole appointment. Here's a piece of advice. Treat all your customers the same no matter if they are new or not honey! The place wasn't all that clean either. How hard is it to clean in between clients? This place is over priced for not good quality service. I went in for a pedicure and they cut my nails super short and crooked. I told the guy who was doing my nails to make the white tip thinner and he called for another lady and she re did the white tip just to do it the same lol but it's fine. I'm not happy about the shape and length of my nails. The vibe/ atmosphere felt slightly hostile probably because when I came in and asked how much it was going to be for gel French tips they quoted me $50 and I said I wanted regular polish.
