Looking for a nail salon since I'm new to the city ; I been seeing this salon & decided to give it…read morea chance for a pedicure. First let me start off with it does not look pleasing at all but I was trying not to judge . It was one older lady in the shop available to be honest I don't even know amid anyone else works here anymore the reviews are so old but anyone I come in for a pedicure when I really should of walked out ( I'm not that bold) . She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . Over all it was 45$ and yes I still tipped because I felt bad :( It's also a dollar extra to pay with debit or credit card ***IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO READ THE REVIEW MY ADVICE IS GO TO ANOTHER SHOP**

I absolutely love T Diamond Nails! I've tried multiple nail salons and several at-home nail techs,…read moreand T Diamond Nails has been the best experience by far. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them and paid attention to every detail. She's quick, but she never rushes the work, and my nails came out looking amazing. The young man who works there was also wonderful. He made sure the flower design was placed exactly where I wanted it and was so patient while making adjustments until it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable it was for the quality of work I received. I've been to other salons and at-home nail techs that charged much more, but the results didn't compare. I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. At T Diamond Nails, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my nails. The quality, customer service, and prices are all amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try. If you can, ask for Kim and the young man. (So sorry I can't remember the young man's name)

Worst nail salon in town I made an appointment and the need…read moreday I come in I wasn't even greeted by the lady that owns the salon and didn't even care that I was there and I told the lady that I have made an appointment and it took at least 30mins for someone to do my nails and another customer walks in and it's a white family of four and they get greeted and get there nails done right away. the girl that did my nails did a horrible job,I had to take them off the next day. This lady that owns this nail salon is racist and I don't know know why her nail salon is still open.

I just really don't think I'd come back here again. It sucks because the manicurist technique was…read moreactually really good. I communicated that I had an important event today and I left with my nails not being what I wanted. I didn't even have time to let them fix it and had to double down on nail bed toned French tip for my mani and pedi for the sake of tim. Truthfully I was already there for two plus hours. And even though they knew this wasn't what I wanted and I said I just didn't have time to fix it. Even when the lady asked me if I liked it and I shook my head no and said I just have to go, they still proceeded to charge my boyfriend extra for a French tip they knew I didn't ask for. I just feel like that's bad practice for a new customer on the way to their gender reveal, who they knew left unhappy with the service. If they at least would've had the good sense to not charge me extra for their mistake, I may have considered. What I wanted: a neutral color on my toes. Plain. That same neutral color on my nails with white tips. Clarified that even What I got: neutral colored French tips on both. It doesn't even feel like it looks I got my nails painted when it was all set and done.

I went to get gel-x nails and a pedicure on Thursday of last week. The nail tech for my hands…read moremanaged to match the picture J asked for perfectly. However, I don't believe he is very experienced in gel-x. He used the smallest amount of gel on just the tip of my very short and weak nails. The gel didn't spread to the rest of the nail bed. Not only that, he was barely paying attention because he was watching some video on his phone with his earbuds in. On Friday, a ring finger nail popped off while I was opening the fridge. They very kindly fixed it for free. Then, when I was out of town for the weekend, my right thumb and pointer finger nails popped off randomly and I wasn't in town to get it fixed. I ended up using nail glue to put them on. The other pointer finger nail popped off while I was scrolling TikTok which led to my decision to make this post. If you go, make sure the tech has experience in what you're looking for. The person that did my pedicure was amazing and attentive. I do wish my massage was done with oil or lotion rather than a sugar scrub though. It was rather uncomfortable but my toes and feet were beautiful and soft when she was done. The only reason it made it to 3 stars is because the design on my nails was nice, the establishment was clean, and they fixed their first mistake.
