I had an appointment for 12:30 PM and the tech scheduled to do my nails decided to take someone else's client at 12 PM. Apparently it was supposed to be a quick paint job, but ended up sucking up my entire appointment. I waited until 2 o'clock and still was not seen. The entire staff saw me sitting there for all that time and never spoke to me once. There was no apology from Gina, there was no acknowledgment from the tech that I had the appointment with, and to tell you the truth, it seem like I was totally ignored. Highly unprofessional. One of the staff members was talking to her client about how much they loved Trump. For whatever reason the owner hadn't discussed the meaning of professional conduct with her staff. If she had, her people wouldn't have been having loud discussions about religion or politics. These topics should not be discussed in any workplace. With a few young people sitting together in the back of the salon, (2 of them wearing chola clown makeup), the rest of the workers and clients were much older, unattractive women clinging to whatever ounce of beauty they had left. This salon is on the sadder side. If you're looking for a fresh place to get your nails done, look elsewhere. read more

Came here with hope because of the reviews but it wasn't great. For starters, they don't have too many gel colors to choose from, and from what they did have, I tried 2 colors on my nail to decide which one I liked most... and the Scorpio color with purple sparkles, was nothing like the display. The purple sparkles were not visible, I thought "that's probably how old these nail polishes are, if they don't even look like the displays". Then the color I decided on didn't end up looking like the display either... the color was lighter than expected but at that point I didn't want to bother, and I just wanted to get out. Also, it was $30 for a gel manicure & no I did not have gel polish prior to getting my nails done... not even some Orange County salons charge this much, but Hemet will? Not to mention it was pretty painful when they were filing my nails, even though I spoke up multiple times about it... Lastly, I got my nails done on Sunday, it is now Wednesday and my nail has chipped??? I really don't recommend going here, people seemed nice and the person who did my nails was very accommodating but the service, and prices are not worth it. Not to mention, they don't follow Covid guidelines, I sat next to 3 people, and masks were not enforced. Not even the employees wore their masks properly. And the owner did not wear a mask at all. Absolutely the most awful service I've ever had at any business. My mother, sister, and I had appointments at 12 noon today. We just left at 1:35 with nothing done. The owner Gina was supposed to start my nails at noon, but she was starting another woman's nails at noon. At 12:20 we asked how long it would be and she said "30 minutes". At 1:15 we asked again what happened and she said they were short staffed. This is of course understandable, but she takes phone numbers when an appointment was made, so we should have been called if they were running late. Not to mention, Gina (the OWNER) has an EXPIRED manicurist license hanging next to her desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even when we were very annoyed we were there an hour and a half without even starting our appointments, I smiled at her and she looked right at me and ignored me. When I finally sat at her desk (where I saw the expired license), she STARTED someone else's pedicure. She clearly sat me there to shut us up about the wait. Short staffing is understandable, but they have every tool at their disposal to call us ahead of time, or give us a realistic timeline when we get there. I wouldn't come here again just based on the awful service, but I would recommend no one else come here if they are doing nails and have expired licenses (see photo). read more

Went in for a manicure/ pedicure for the first time since pre Covid so I was looking for a place that had good reviews in hopes that it was clean, VERY hygienic, and workers who still respected the rules for wearing masks atleast until June 15th esp because I work in healthcare. I was absolutely terrified to go out in a smaller not as ventilated place for the first time in over a year and half but I was so desperate! To my surprise I found this gem in Hemet but it didn't meet my expectations fully. My experience overall was a good one, Suzy was just a joy to talk to while getting my nails done. She does a dry manicure which is the first time I've ever heard of it and there was no soaking of the hands in water and what not. Different experience but not a bad one! She did great on my nails although the sides weren't painted evenly but I was more there for a good clean after so long so it was totally fine for me. She also took her time with me compared to the other girl who did the mani/pedis fast on people. I do appreciate the people who go an extra mile to Make that short massage I pay for a good one. For the nitty gritty stuff (solely based on Covid regulations and because it was my first time going out in Hemet during Covid) it definitely wasn't as hygienic. They did have cleaning spray and plexiglass but we had to ask to get the seats cleaned (mind you I totally wouldn't mind doing it myself but I didn't want to make it that weird) so we just asked and the lady-I think the owner- respectfully did it. The plexiglass on the other hand was a good addition to the store but I have seen other stores have the plexiglass come down a lot lower length and the seatings are spaced out much further whereas this place looks like spacing was kept as it was pre Covid. Not all staff wore masks, not all wore gloves and the slim young gal wore a super hip outfit but I just think that should be saved for a weekend or going out outfit where as in a professional environment wear something that's covering your midriff that's not distracting. I'm totally for showing skin but on leisure time. The spa chairs seemed a little old and that could have been because they looked dirty. There was definitely a a strong smell so I just don't know how ventilation is. Again, the nitty gritty was solely based on Covid regulations and because I really try to find places that are ventilated and clean (even before Covid) so it was just a slight miss for me in that area but honestly not a bad place to come to! One of the more different places I've experienced when getting my nails done in Hemet specifically. Staff is friendly which always makes the experience so much more better! read more

I loved my nails the shape was amazing but one nail fail off the day of my concert I went Friday and by Saturday one nail was off and another one after my concert. Morgan was the best nail tech according to whoever I spoke too on the phone because I did ask for the best one because I'm so tired of these nail places over charging me for some trash nails I paid way too much for this set and I'm disappointed there's also no ac and it was so hot for my toddler which was also getting her nails painted. This place is amateur. They know nothing about customer service nor are they good at what they do. My friend and I made an appointment together, so the time came and we looked forward to our treatment...a pedi. We arrived right on time and we entered into a disorganized crowd of people. Nobody could figure out what was going on. We were patient and decided to wait...almost 1 hour and we were not given any water during this time (it was a hot day). We observed what was going on and couldn't figure out what the situation was. After asking, my friend finally got seated and work began on here. My wait was 1/2 hour more (I suggested to my friend to not start on me). After some scampering, a lady appeared. I was not shown how to use the chair and not asked how hot the water should be. Oh, she scalded me during a rinse. I had to tell her to rinse the acid chemicals one more time off my feet because I had a slight reaction from the chemicals. I had to tell her to buff all the toes and do a better job of filing. She didn't buff all toe nails which I was charged $5 for. She didn't pay any attention to the cuticles. It was a rushed, sloppy, substandard treatment, didn't give a rats ass job. And to note, these were L.A. prices. There is more, ....but I think I made my point. Waste of money !!! Someone needs to tell them how to run a business in the beauty field. read more

The first time I went, I got acrylic nails and a pedi. My pedi was ok. The girl didn't cut or shape my nails and the paint job was sloppy. My nails were not even and started to lift from the bottom and chip. I decided to give them a second try because of the good reviews and I was even more disappointed. It was a simple fill and color change. Took an hour and half and my nails literally fell off on the 4th day. Both paints were transparent and I had to ask for extra coating but that didn't do much. It's like they water it down with acetone or something. I won't be going back. read more

The people were nice, the massage part was okay, but the nail jobs were not. Danny hurt me super bad and two days later my toe nail is swollen, red, and very sore still. The lines of the French manicure are crooked and the edges of the nails have snags. My partners nails dine by Susan were cut decent, but the paint job was bad - Bubbled and already chipped. Bummer. My mother got a pedicure here today and says it has been her worst pedicure EVER. They failed to realize that despite her not being able to fluently speak english she can understand what they were saying. They were trying to upcharge her while giving a crappy service. They also didn't provide any of the usual spa/pedicure treatments and only soaked her feet in water as well as paint them. Last time I checked getting a pedicure meant getting your cuticles trimmed and a thorough service. Save your money. read more

I went in on a Saturday at around 12:30 p.m. I get a massage from Dream Spa, in the same shopping area, every two weeks. That day I decided to make it an "All Me Weekend" and top my spa moment with a mani-pedi. When I walked in there was one customer getting a pedi, another customer finishing up a mani and some woman kind of floating around in the back. At 12:30ish, on a Saturday; a time when any good shop has butts in chairs being serviced or waiting for service. A young woman came skipping up to the (unattended) front desk to get change for the woman whose mani she was finishing. There was no "Someone will be with you in a minute." or any kind of acknowledgement of my presence. The other woman doing the pedicure didn't look up, and the "floater" in the back continued to, well, float. "Skipper" skipped back to her customer. Not to acknowledge anyone, especially in a business, is just rude. It's also bad business, because had things gone well, they would have gained a customer who would have gotten a mani, pedi and eyebrows done twice a week. Now all that they have to show for a lack of customer service and acknowledgement is a snarky review. The shop may actually do good work, but I'll never know. read more

It was the weirdest thing they just kept looking at us as if we weren't supposed to be there. very rude customer service I've never been to a place where they don't greet you when you walk in.
