Bad business. Went the first time and asked for a pedicure with no gel. The woman said OK and the next thing I know she was putting gel on me. That was annoying. But I let it be since my mom was with me and didn't want to be disrespectful. I went in today -four weeks later- to get it removed and just get regular polish with most of my gel gone and she says she will charge me five dollars. To take gel off TWO nails. Ugh. Whatever. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes with the water getting cold and they never got to me but they helped my mom. When you go in with a person and they seatseat you next to the person you came with, you kind of expect to be helped together. When I asked if they were shortstaffed and I can come at another time, she said that I would be next and I still waited half hour with my feet getting cold. No thanks. Shady business who wants seats occupied but no service. I gave them two tries so not going in for a third. read more

I got a mani pedi here and was very happy with the service. I've gone to other places here in Hemet and many times I encounter either a dirty shop or rude, gossipy attitudes by some of the nail techs. There's none of that here. Nothing but excellent service and wonderful people! read more

Well of course I was running late at getting things together for a trip out of town. I called a couple shops nearby and most were closed or closing soon and was just about to give up getting my nails done when I get a call back from Tammy from Ly Ly & Van Nails letting me know that she would wait 15 minutes past closing time if I still needed my nails done. I got there in 10 minutes and was lucky enough to get my nails done by Tony. He did a really great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional and have finally after 5 years living in the area found my go to nail salon. Where do I start DONT COME HERE Nasty. They use the same emery board for everyone I was SHOCKED nothing was being opened out of a package new. The same nail file they used on one Man with bad feet they used on another woman with No feet fungas, same towels thay don't disinfect the chairs as one customer leaves and another arrived I watched this happen during my visit. Even if they knew I was a SUPER REVIEWER the standards would have probably remained the same. I got cut twice during my pedicure by a man waring classes he did a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARISH JOB I LEFT $$$0.00 NO TIP at all I paid for 2 pedicures and 1 So called SPECIAL for me and both my daughters $98 total waste of money DAMMMM. I SHOULD HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT AT MY REGULAR PEDICURIST. I did notice the pedicure workers talked alot among themselves when a customer refused Gel or This cream treatment or that cream LOL they would have pooped on themselves if I shared with there customers what they were saying about them. Just had the worse experience of my life here. They are so outdated. I only wanted a simple manicure with no polish and a pedicure with French tips and it cost me 52.00. the technician didn't use the drill at all and plus she skipped several steps in the mani pedi. When she massaged my hand a and feet the lotion dried up making the massages rough. I was very disappointed in this salon all around. Never to tire turn!!!!!! read more

If I could give a zero I would this place was horrible, I went in for a pedicure, first time here they didn't give me any options of what type of pedicures they have so I had to ask if she could do the callus removal she didn't do a good job with that AT ALL then she barely rubbed lotion on on my legs for 1 min NO MESSGE. Then she did a horrible job painting my toes and couldn't do a design said someone else would have to do it. Then when I asked for the owner they said she's not here, so I spoke to another worker about my experience and she attacked me saying that they did do what they were supposed to and they don't give a list you have to ask for what you want. How am I gonna ask for something I don't know they do? This place was horrible BAD service and rude employees. One employee was asleep in the chair across from me REALLY?! I will never go here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

This place is alright; nothing special. it looks clean and have a lot of regulars, but the decorations seem out-dated. They did a good job filing my nails and cutting the cuticle. But they have random and generic nail polishes with names that I'm not familiar with. And I don't think they use a good top coat because my nail polish didn't last for a couple of days. I only paid $27 (which included tip) for a mani/pedi, but I didn't think it was worth it if my nails only lasted a couple of days. read more

I usually go for just a gel manicure and the guys do an excellent job. But this last time I went, it was a lady and I went mention a name. But she just rushed it and did such a crappy job. I am unhappy and when I go in I'm gonna make sure I do not have her do it. Normally they take about 15 min to do the gel polish application, she rushed it under about 5 minutes. Awful. read more

Terrible experience. Heather was extremely unprofessional & made the whole experience uncomfortable & i would save your money and not go to her. She lacks customer service experience & doesnt put in effort and i feel she should be doing something that requires less work--- perhaps waxing armpits, not doing nails. N E V E R A G A I N . but my friend got her nails done by the lady directly across from her ( dont know her name ) but she was happy with her nails , & she finished painting my nails & also was telling me to calm down so KUDOS To you girl. Hi, I am new to Hemet, my Sister Mary has been a regular customer of MiMi for a few years now, she told me this Salon is the Best, I went to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I was lucky enough to get Heather, not only did she do a fabulous job, she is very warm and personable, she even made me 2 big toenails where I had had mine removed due to ingrown, painful ones! WARNING!! This place DOES NOT clean or disinfect the foot spas before or after clients!!!! It was very busy and I got a pedicure first. I asked the lady if they cleaned my tub she assured me they did. After my pedi I sat and watched as I was getting a full set and people came and went and no sanitizing was done at all. When I said something, they looked at me and straight up lied as if I was stupid and said oh yeah we did clean them. Gross and nasty!!! They need to be reported and fined!! read more

The only way to describe the job they did on my lady's nails is shoddy. Clipped way shorter than she wanted, nail polish all over her fingers and toes, they are uneven and rough. I was there with my cousin the other day and it was terrible, the pedicure tubs were not cleaned before and definitely not after us. My cousins pedicure tub had skin floating all over the place and on the foot rest also, she asked the woman to clean it and she was very rude about it. I think they reused the foam pumice foot scrubber on the person right after me. I also got my nails done, worst job ever, extremely uneven, very sloppy and they were not the shape I asked for. I will never go here again! They NEVER wash their hands between customers. They got between a pedicure and a full set and don't ever wash hands or use any type of sanitizer. read more
