If you want to go to a quiet, relaxing nail salon for a pedicure DO NOT COME HERE! The employees were talking SO loud even across the room to each other THE WHOLE TIME I was getting a pedicure. It was really annoying and they're oblivious that some of us try to get away from stress in our lives and get a QUIET, relaxing massage. On top of that noise- the lady cut my cuticle and it bled. She blamed me for "having too much skin"?!?? Then she forgot she cut me and was really putting her back into rubbing my feet and scrubbing that part that was cut- I reminded her she cut me and it was sensitive/sore and all she said was " I SAID I WAS SORRY" Never coming here ever again. This is the worst nail shop I've ever tried to use. I've been here a few times. As a man, I love to get a pedicure to care for my feet. And I like to get to the nail shop I use early as to avoid crowds or feeling uncomfortable being the only man in the place. Normally, I go to a shop in Beaumont, CA because I live there. But because I work in San Jacinto, I've tried to find a local shop there I can use when I take a break from work. As I stated I've used Q-nails a couple of times for pedicures. I would have gotten many more pedicures, but every time I go there they are either closed or have no staff available to serve customers. I've been there several times only to be told no one is at work yet. Here's a thought. Either you open for business at 10am or you don't! Stop advertising that you open at 10am unless you are ready to start serving people promptly at 10am. I've never been there when they were open at 10am and able to serve as soon as you walk in. Imagine how much money they could have made off of me if they had been open and had staff ready to serve customers. Q-nails doesn't care about their customers because of the location and demographic. Growing up, I had nothing but good parents. And when I got a little education and a decent career, I promised myself I'd never allow anyone to treat me as if I was not valuable as a customer or a human being. I've learned as a adult that time is the most precious and valuable resource we all have. And G-nails wastes my time with every visit when they are unstaffed and ask me to come back later. The only reason Q-nails treats their customers in this manner is because people keep going back to them. And you deserve better! I give up. I will never try to spend my hard earned money in this establishment again. read more

***GRAPHIC PICTURES*** I got my nails done at this location Monday July 3rd. Mimi did my nails and don't get me wrong I like how they came out. But tell me why the next day 4th of July.. not 1 but 2!! Of my nails completely came off. Meaning the acrylic nail took out my natural nail when breaking off. I was not being rough with my nails at all and I have had acrylics in the recent months before also so I know what it takes to make an acrylic break. I feel like they broke off too easy. So I was unsure what to do so the next day I decide "hey let me go back and see if they could cut off the rest of my nails short and file them" I did not want to risk it happening to the rest of my nails!. Meanwhile I have to figure out what im going to do to my other 2 remaining nails. Now this is where im in shock. Tell me why a male employee with a bad black wig and black thick glasses decides to SUPER GLUEEE my broken nails back to my WOUND!! My FLESHHH. I remember I saw him bring the glue and I wasn't sure how I felt about him using it, he didn't even wait for me to give him the okay to do that. So they ended up doing that service "on the house" but it didn't end there. I ended up getting INFECTION from the super glue the very next day and had to go to urgent care to get ANTIBIOTICS. When I called back to see if they could get me my refund at least for my troubles & pain(Mind you I also missed work because of my nails) they refused to give me a refund and told me they weren't authorized to. Until their boss come back next month, the best thing they can do is my next set of nails will be "on the house" if not that I can feel free to take legal action ?!? Are you kidding me? This experience got me traumatized, what makes you think I want to get another set done ?? Just be careful when coming here. Hope my experience helps‍‍‍ read more

Absolutely do not go here. F I could give 0stars I would. The brush to do the screws dirty had glitter (I have random glitter specks in my nails). Each nail is a different size and the French tip is no where near symmetrical. I kept asking them to fix it and they were stuck in their own desires and just wanted me out the chair. They made me pay before the service was over. Didn't think I understand them when they spoke about me but I'm bilingual. They were leaving other people to do other people that just got there(very unfair to the person that was getting it done). THERE WAS NATS FLYING EVERYWHERE. They upped the price they told me on the phone and made it $15 more expensive when I got there. ACRYLIC is all over my hand and nails. Overall this nail shop is horrible, I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there. I have been giving this place multiple chances to do my nails and pedicures and each time it's always a bad experience. Long story short I got a fill and pedicure, got there like the end of the day before closing and when I tell you the guy that does nails there he didn't even know how to do cat eye nails the reception was helping him and he was putting on extra multiple coats of gel polish and the very next day my polish was peeling same with my feet I got just black gel polish and my toenails started peeling as well. I went back to the nail shop like 5 days later for them to fix the polish because that was the only free time I had to go back. They didn't care about inconveniencing me having me come back so they said they will fix my feet and nails. I told them I didn't want the cat eye can they just change the polish color and they told me it was gonna be a $25 dollar fee. Mind you they had to take my polish off and repaint my feet and fingernails. I paid extra for the cat eye and I didn't receive my money back and the manager will not let me choose another color. So I just let them fix my nails and feet and I just told myself I would never go back. They was rude trying to make it seem like I messed my nails up and told me they can have a professional do my nails. Don't everybody working there should be a professional ? I was just over it. I JUST RECOMMEND NOBODY GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE MAD AND DISAPPOINTED. They don't know how to do anything. I went to this nail Salon thinking it would be a nice experience from what I've heard. Definitely was NOT! The lady made a cut in my finger on the side of my nail with one of the tools and it's a very deep cut. This morning my finger is swollen and throbbing. I recently went to Q Nail and spa, the staff at first was very friendly especially the lady who did my pedicure. She did a good job that is the only reason I gave three stars instead of one. The older man that did my nails did not do such a good job I showed him this first picture and this is what I got. I asked him twice to make them shorter and he did not, I will not be returning. I only came here because I was visiting family near by and needed a pedicure. It was during the week and it was fairly dead. The guy who helped me Philip (I believe he may have be the owner). They had this new thing. Pedicure in a bag. Can I say Oh Lord!!!! It was great. I believe I had the lavender tea one. (Don't quote me on that one) the pedicure came with a scrub, then massage, hot towels, then some more massage, mud more massage, lotion, more massage hot stones, and a little more massage, rinse and polish of your choice. Just amazing. The stones were utterly relaxing. Philip informed us that this was something new from the east coast.. He had been working at a nail salon in NY and this is what the were doing.
