They last 2.5-3 weeks before you need them done again :) also, this is my real nail length, not fake. Dip powder keeps your nails strong.

I stopped by on my unexpected day off to see if I could get a drop in appointment . I understand they were busy and I'm fine if they can't take me last minute -completely understandable. However,the man who helped me was very rude. He acted like he could care less if he got my business. I will never go here to get my nails done because of how I was treated. The gentleman was very, very rude and disrespectful. I was very nice to him and courteous and all he did was treat me like he could care less if he got my business. This is not the way to implement customer service as a business owner. Kindness and respect matter. read more

First time here, so happy it was open. I made an appointment and was taken in right away. They are exercising due caution by using plexiglass barriers and keeping everything clean. All are masked and keeping distanced. My nails came out great and the pedicure was solid. Will certainly be back. read more

I went in for a basic basic very basic French tip pedicure with gel and left so disappointed. The white tip is so messy my nails were filed and cut so crooked. I hate them and I paid $57 plus tip for something I'll have to go get fixed elsewhere. These toes are embarrassing the polish job on this looks horrible. This was my first and last time here. read more

0 starts if I could! I have been to this place twice and both times I had to leave because they would take other people before me. The first time I walked in I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting over 30 minutes when I just decided to leave. Today I walked in and nobody was there so they told me to pick a color and that I was next but someone walked in and they took her right away! NEVER AGAIN! I hate saying this but they looked at me up and down both times I went and I don't know they may just be racist? read more

I have gotten my nails done 3 times here and this last time was horrible. I should have walked out when I saw Lam wasn't there. An older women did my nails this time and I feel like they are worse than when I came in . Shaping is all crooked and the nail polish is gel and looks horrible I am so disappointed. I shouldn't have paid for such a crap job. When someone comes to a business to get services do a good job that's what the customer is paying for. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars i would. I called 3 hours before they closed asking for 3 pedicures and they told me to come walk-in, so I show up and wait for 20 mins then the man at the front says that the ladies are tired and don't want to do our pedicures which I understand that, but why did he still have us show up and wait the whole entire time just to tell us no they're not going to take us. my mom and dad are regulars at this salon. I was in town visiting. I went to try this place out with my mom today 9/18/202. Well I must say I was happy customer. Lam the onwer did my gel manicure and it can out beautifully. he was quick and very friendly. Enjoyed the long massage.. I got the European spa with a mermaid gel $37 out the door.. the mermaid gel was $15, more expensive than regular gel which I think is $13.(It's November 2018). I will definitely make a repeat here :) read more

BAD costumer service my appt was a 11:00 sat down owner doesn't acknowledge me at all takes a lady in my place after I sat there for 15 minutes so I said I have an appt at 11 he yell at me ya & you should of came in earlier to take polish off I said I didn't know he said yes you did so just sit down & Will get to u I told him he's being rude yelling at me & he's not the only business. Here he says then leave yhen if you do t like it and a lady employee says ya just get out then I told him there's no reason to treat customers like that because of a miscommunication two ladies even stood up and said how rude to treat your customers like this and left obviously they don't care about treating people right read more

I went in today as a walk in and the wait time wasn't too long maybe 5-10 minutes? But as expected as a walk in. I got an older lady and she was nice I suppose, I asked for a coffin shape and my nails came out with all different types of shapes. I'm a little disappointed because I'm really nit picky about my nails all coming out the same length/ shape . I don't live around here I just needed my nails done really fast . I'll probably try another nails salon next time read more

I will say I had an emergency with a broken nail and needed a fill and they did take me right away when I showed. Unfortunately my nails came out horribly she was so fast and I'm a hurry to finish me I had to show her that she left one of my nails completely uneven and when she polished them she left out the sides and didn't even bother cleaning them up on the edges. I live so close which is a shame I will try one more time I'm hoping it was just the lady I got . read more

Nail place was Ok. We were a walk in and they told us 15mins wait, after 40mins they finally took us. I was getting a fill and the lady seemed too rushed and didnt take her time. I felt as if she was just trying to finish quickly. I had even told her to please not sand nails too much and she actually burned my fingers twice. Nails werent sized right and were different sizes with my other hand. When she was done my nails looked crooked and as if I needed another fill. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the other man fixed my nails as much as he could.... but after being there for almost 3hrs we were just happy to be done. Would I go back here? Probably not, but they were nice but work was not really good. read more

The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. I actually wanted to see Ezzy years ago when she was working solo in Murrieta, but she was always booked. I followed her work online and loved the attention to detail in her posts. I'm pretty simple when it comes to nails. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure or sometimes just regular polish. I've tried a few other techs in the area, but either wasn't completely satisfied or felt pushed toward services I didn't really want. Around here it seems like everyone recommends structured or hybrid gel manicures, which just aren't necessary for me. At my first appointment, Ezzy actually assessed my nails and talked through what made sense for my nail health and the short length I prefer. She confirmed that structured or hybrid gel wasn't the right fit for me. She easily could have pushed a more expensive service, but she didn't. That kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I've now figured out the perfect maintenance schedule. The drive is about 40 minutes each way, but it's completely worth it. The entire team here is friendly and professional. I haven't personally booked with the other technicians yet, but they clearly work hard and have a great team environment. Don't hesitate to try the other techs as well. Honestly, people are sleeping on this salon. Just communicate what you want (and don't want), and they will do their best to accommodate. Highly recommend.

I searched for years trying to find a decent nail salon ... I will admit, I'm kind of picky, and expect that a job I'm paying for will be done right. I even learned to do my own gel manicures, since I couldn't find a salon that did a decent job. After some health issues made it difficult for me to continue doing my own nails, I began searching again for a decent nail salon. Thank goodness a friend recommended US Nails! I have been getting my nails done at US Nails for over a year now, and have always had an outstanding experience. My first two visits were as a walk-in, and even though they were very busy, they fit me in and did a perfect job. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures from them ever since (by appointment, of course), and am always pleased with how perfect my nails are. Lam and his wife are wonderful! read more

Horrible place to go to . We got there at 2pm and they had us waiting for about 40 mins . After we waited on the sit by the door , the guy called my mother in law started her to do her manicure . Removed her the nail polish and just got up and left her there . To start a new costumer that just had walked in . This is so upsetting , that they start the costumers coming in instead of us begging there for about almost 1 hour. So we decided to walk out .
