So glad I found this nail salon. Dina is fantastic! She's very detailed on nails and takes her time. I keep going back and I've never been dissatisfied with her work. She's also great for waxing very friendly and very attentive to her clients.

Great place love it here. They are always so nice and amazing when it comes to doing our nails. They're really cheap too compared to other places. Would 1000% recommend to everyone.

Dip manicure after a week of getting them done.

I've always loved getting dip powder for my manicure. Christine is so sweet and perfect on how she does my nails every single time. Place is busy though, so I would recommend making an appointment prior because they have people waiting and you could be waiting for an hour if you don't have an appointment. Christine is super flexible and willing to do whatever you request, she's awesome! The photo I posted is after a week of getting them done. They last 2.5-3 weeks before you need them done again :) also, this is my real nail length, not fake. Dip powder keeps your nails strong.

Dina is the best! Dip a French ombré gel manicure and a fun summer cheetah print gel pedicure. I'm in love. I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time, and this new mama just treated herself. Thanks Dina! I'll be back

First time here since moving on this side of town. Place is literally across the street from my house so super convenient! They also do a very good job with nails and toes. Got an all white gel manicure and I love it. Also an all white pedicure. Great staff, customer service is wonderful, covid guidelines great. Fast service as well.

I have been coming to this Nail Salon for almost four years and absolutely love it! Dina, Lam, Sean and Sam have all done my nails and they are awesome. I highly recommend the #3 Pedicure.

I have gotten my nails done 3 times here and this last time was horrible. I should have walked out when I saw Lam wasn't there. An older women did my nails this time and I feel like they are worse than when I came in . Shaping is all crooked and the nail polish is gel and looks horrible I am so disappointed. I shouldn't have paid for such a crap job. When someone comes to a business to get services do a good job that's what the customer is paying for.

I stopped by on my unexpected day off to see if I could get a drop in appointment . I understand they were busy and I'm fine if they can't take me last minute -completely understandable. However, the man who helped me was very rude. He acted like he could care less if he got my business. I will never go here to get my nails done because of how I was treated. The gentleman was very, very rude and disrespectful. I was very nice to him and courteous and all he did was treat me like he could care less if he got my business. This is not the way to implement customer service as a business owner. Kindness and respect matter. read more

I went in for a basic basic very basic French tip pedicure with gel and left so disappointed. The white tip is so messy my nails were filed and cut so crooked. I hate them and I paid $57 plus tip for something I'll have to go get fixed elsewhere. These toes are embarrassing the polish job on this looks horrible. 0 starts if I could! I have been to this place twice and both times I had to leave because they would take other people before me. The first time I walked in I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting over 30 minutes when I just decided to leave. Today I walked in and nobody was there so they told me to pick a color and that I was next but someone walked in and they took her right away! NEVER AGAIN! I hate saying this but they looked at me up and down both times I went and I don't know they may just be racist? read more

Here he says then leave yhen if you do t like it and a lady employee says ya just get out then I told him there's no reason to treat customers like that because of a miscommunication two ladies even stood up and said how rude to treat your customers like this and left obviously they don't care about treating people right read more

I went in today as a walk in and the wait time wasn't too long maybe 5-10 minutes? But as expected as a walk in. I got an older lady and she was nice I suppose, I asked for a coffin shape and my nails came out with all different types of shapes. I'm a little disappointed because I'm really nit picky about my nails all coming out the same length/ shape . I don't live around here I just needed my nails done really fast . I will say I had an emergency with a broken nail and needed a fill and they did take me right away when I showed. Unfortunately my nails came out horribly she was so fast and I'm a hurry to finish me I had to show her that she left one of my nails completely uneven and when she polished them she left out the sides and didn't even bother cleaning them up on the edges. Nail place was Ok. We were a walk in and they told us 15mins wait, after 40mins they finally took us. I was getting a fill and the lady seemed too rushed and didnt take her time. I felt as if she was just trying to finish quickly. I had even told her to please not sand nails too much and she actually burned my fingers twice. Nails werent sized right and were different sizes with my other hand. When she was done my nails looked crooked and as if I needed another fill. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the other man fixed my nails as much as he could.... but after being there for almost 3hrs we were just happy to be done. Would I go back here? Probably not, but they were nice but work was not really good. read more

Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them and paid attention to every detail. She's quick, but she never rushes the work, and my nails came out looking amazing. The young man who works there was also wonderful. He made sure the flower design was placed exactly where I wanted it and was so patient while making adjustments until it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable it was for the quality of work I received. I've been to other salons and at-home nail techs that charged much more, but the results didn't compare. I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. At T Diamond Nails, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my nails. The quality, customer service, and prices are all amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try. If you can, ask for Kim and the young man. (So sorry I can't remember the young man's name)

I communicated that I had an important event today and I left with my nails not being what I wanted. I didn't even have time to let them fix it and had to double down on nail bed toned French tip for my mani and pedi for the sake of tim. Truthfully I was already there for two plus hours. And even though they knew this wasn't what I wanted and I said I just didn't have time to fix it. Even when the lady asked me if I liked it and I shook my head no and said I just have to go, they still proceeded to charge my boyfriend extra for a French tip they knew I didn't ask for. I just feel like that's bad practice for a new customer on the way to their gender reveal, who they knew left unhappy with the service. If they at least would've had the good sense to not charge me extra for their mistake, I may have considered. What I wanted: a neutral color on my toes. Plain. That same neutral color on my nails with white tips. Clarified that even What I got: neutral colored French tips on both. It doesn't even feel like it looks I got my nails painted when it was all set and done.

I searched for years trying to find a decent nail salon ... I will admit, I'm kind of picky, and expect that a job I'm paying for will be done right. I even learned to do my own gel manicures, since I couldn't find a salon that did a decent job. After some health issues made it difficult for me to continue doing my own nails, I began searching again for a decent nail salon. Thank goodness a friend recommended US Nails! I have been getting my nails done at US Nails for over a year now, and have always had an outstanding experience. My first two visits were as a walk-in, and even though they were very busy, they fit me in and did a perfect job. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures from them ever since (by appointment, of course), and am always pleased with how perfect my nails are. Lam and his wife are wonderful! read more

Went to U S Nails this afternoon. Got a full set put on. Helen did a fantastic job!!!! I had been going to another place in Hemet. And they had really messed up my nails. So I waited for about 6 months for my nails to heal. I finally went down to U S Nails. Very impressed with the job Helen did. They are all very sweet that work in the shop. Very CLEAN!!! I definitely will be making an appointment to go back and have my fill done. I did not make an appointment when I went today. They were pretty busy. So I would recommend making a appointment before you go. HELEN THANK YOU!!! read more

Horrible place to go to . We got there at 2pm and they had us waiting for about 40 mins . After we waited on the sit by the door , the guy called my mother in law started her to do her manicure . Removed her the nail polish and just got up and left her there . To start a new costumer that just had walked in . This is so upsetting , that they start the costumers coming in instead of us begging there for about almost 1 hour. So we decided to walk out . And the owner didnt even say anything but just stare at . Not even a sorry . Do not go there! Zero starts. read more

Looking for a nail salon since I'm new to the city ; I been seeing this salon & decided to give it…read morea chance for a pedicure. First let me start off with it does not look pleasing at all but I was trying not to judge . It was one older lady in the shop available to be honest I don't even know amid anyone else works here anymore the reviews are so old but anyone I come in for a pedicure when I really should of walked out ( I'm not that bold) . She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . Over all it was 45$ and yes I still tipped because I felt bad :( It's also a dollar extra to pay with debit or credit card ***IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO READ THE REVIEW MY ADVICE IS GO TO ANOTHER SHOP**

AND every time she would find something within my style that was cute. And don't get me started on RETENTION. I know "nails aren't tools" but c'mon now. She also really helped me grow my traditionally short and brittle nails to be longer and stronger which allowed me to switch from GelX nails to manicures with natural nails. Update on my second visit:…read more Unfortunately, the service was not great this time around. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and asked if I could get my Gel X nails cut down and have the polish changed. I was told yes, that the wait would be about 15 minutes, and that the total would be $40. $35 for the polish change and $5 for the nail cut. I was a bit shocked by the pricing, but I agreed and waited. Fifteen minutes later, they walked me over to pick out a color and told me to wait for my technician. Twenty minutes passed, and still no technician. The front staff checked in with me and explained there had been some confusion and that no technician was currently available, but that it would only be a few more minutes. Ten minutes later, the technician finally arrived. She began drilling off my gel polish, and there were a couple of moments where the drill burned because she seemed to be rushing through the process. Once the removal was finished, she asked if I wanted my nails cut down. At that point, I was a little taken aback because this was now the third time I had explained the services I wanted. It wasn't necessarily her fault, but the whole experience felt very unorganized. She cut my nails, and initially I didn't mind that they weren't symmetrical because I assumed the shaping process would fix it. Boy, was I wrong. As she continued shaping, I noticed several nails had visible slants (pictures provided). I brought it to her attention, and while she attempted to correct them, there was very little effort. After repeating the same concern multiple times, I eventually gave up because I was tired of having to keep asking. She then applied the polish, and things seemed okay until I noticed inconsistencies in the application. She mainly focused on the top portion of the nail and neglected the sides. I mentioned it a couple of times, and she would briefly go back to "fix" it. At the very end, my left pointer finger was missing polish in the bottom right corner of the nail. When I pointed it out and asked if she could fix it, she simply brushed polish over the corner without blending it properly, leaving behind a very noticeable streak and then considered the job complete. HOW?? At that point, I was completely fed up. I paid the $40, and then the receptionist asked, "No tip?" even though I had already tipped the technician $5 in cash. Honestly, I felt like I had already over-tipped considering the experience. I closed out my check and left. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I'll be finding another nail salon moving forward.

I love to leave good reviews! I have always wanted to try…read morethis nail salon since it opened and finally found the perfect time. I took my boyfriend and daughter for pedicures, for what was suppose to be some fun quality time, since we don't get this time together often. When we walked in, the hostess wasn't very kind. No smiles and no welcome, just a "Hi, what are you here for, ok, sign in". And, literally just walks away. The space looked nice & modern. I honestly thought that we could move beyond this if the service was good. Well, unfortunately, we just kept getting let down. We were the very first customers there, as it was early, and almost felt like we were imposing, when we were THEIR guests/customers. Needless to say, multiple toes were cut from rough handling and one even bled, paint jobs were not good at all, and my daughter picked multiple colors that weren't available due to them being dried out. They even hurt her little 6 yr old toes. She comes with me to Temecula for pedicures, when we have the time, with beautiful experiences, and we have never had any issues with her. Not to further nitpick, but the music was so loud & not a relaxing mix, which was the least of our concerns. It just added to everything. So, to sum things up, I am from the tipping industry. I lived off of tips for the majority of my life, so I honestly respect tipping and understand the importance & purpose of it. Our experience from start to finish was so so bad. $95 later, which is a normal rate, I honestly felt that my normal $25 tip & sometimes more, depending on the financial month, lol, wasn't deserved. I always happily go in expecting to tip & expecting to spend. Today was not it. As I paid the tab, I unfortunately felt compelled to only tip $12 for all, which I know is super minimal. Believe me, I am fully aware. Do you know what the hostess did? She looked me straight in the face & said, "This is it for 3 people?" I couldn't believe it. I would have tipped my usual over 20% if the pedicures were at least good, without bleeding, bad energy & horrible customer service etc... But, the nerve of this woman to not only be rude from the start, but then try to call us out at the end? I'm appalled! And again, I'm truly a believer that Tips are EARNED! They are not required. I believe in tipping and tipping well. Moral of the story: I will never set foot in this establishment again, nor should you, and I'm actually sad that this was our experience, so close to home.

While my pedicure was happening, my mom was getting own pedi a few seats down. I was visiting and we thought a daughter-mother nail day would be fun. Not at this place though we would soon learn. When the nail woman came over, I asked for a thin, gel-only acrylic set (no powder) which I do at my regular salon based on their suggestion to give my nails a break and bc they look more natural. That seemed to annoy the woman and she walked off after she started filing my nails, with no explanation and went to help someone else. After a 15-minute wait with no word from anyone, a second tech came over and made me re-explain everything from scratch, visibly irritated the whole time. Then she asked what shape and I said btwn coffin and square. Annoyed again she asked if I had a pic so I Googled nail shapes and showed her a pic of coffin and square and said btwn that please. She argued that my current nails were coffin. I said, OK, bc I was getting tired of explaining and feeling like I had to defend the shape I wanted. She seemed fine with that eventually & started my nails, but then said there was no one there who knew how to do gel with no powder & no one ever asks for that & it was a "special order." Then she walked off. A woman from the front came over to me and loudly, in front of other customers, said that no one could figure out what I wanted bc I wasn't happy with any nail shape. I was totally confused and embarrassed bc her voice was raised. By then my nails were filed with one acrylic tip glued on, but I was so uncomfortable with people staring at us over her raised voice, I said I would just go somewhere else. I'm visiting my mon again and we drove a little further to BB's Nails instead bc I will never go back to Lilah's. I can't say enough good things about BB Nails. They were gentle, patient, and kind, and they had no problem with a thin acrylic set and a coffin/square shape. And another woman in there mentioned her last place making her cry, and found out it was Lilah's! She said they were awful to her too. No idea why they are so unfriendly there, as if we all don't work hard for our $ & not only want to enjoy a nail day, but we also may have reasonable requests, and that should be OK. Lilah's was awful!
