I have been a customer since Lam and Deana opened. I make an appointment WITH Lam, specifically, that he won't honor. He sends me to another technician. I've been made fun of and told "good" when I told the lady technician (NOT SAM OR DEANA) that I did not want a flower this pedicure. I my next appointment us not honored, I won't be back. I'm a generous tipper, so that can't be the issue, but respect is important. I requested 2 weeks prior to my last appointment and ombre design with sparkles at the cuticles. He would not do it after setting it up! Deana then said no. Too bad. They do good work. read more

Not a bad spot. The people are friendly and it seems clean. The chair I sat in for my pedicure worked well. The place has an odd smell (probably cleaning products) that reminds me of a public bathroom.....hmmm, not really that appealing. The lady that did my feet did a good job but didn't concentrate on a leg/foot massage. She concentrated on my toes. It felt pretty good but personally I prefer my entire leg-knee down-massaged. They are pretty into upselling and i had to say more than once, 'just a regular pedicure today'. She gave me a look like 'you sure??' when she asked for the second time if i wanted callus remover. Come on! my heels weren't that bad! I'm convinced they don't want to spend any time using the sanding brick to remove heel callus. I'm not convinced the callus remover does any good but a little elbow grease does! Pedicure is $16 and that is a good price. Not sure I'll go back. My mom went here for a pedicure in late March. It's now mid-May and she's still suffering from the terrible pedicure she got. The technician filed her big toe nail so roughly, even after she asked her to stop, and proceeded to create this painful bad jagged nail. Don't go! read more

They engage you in conversation and ask questions about your personal nail preferences. I was blown away. Their prices are reasonable and they can do a lot as far as designs go. Nice salon! I went in to have my gel acrylic nails removed & a new set put on, as well as, to get a gel pedicure. I had wanted to soak my nails before having them removed as I didn't want to be in pain as the manicurist chipped and pulled them off (as most places do). The manicurist assured me that wasn't necessary & promised no pain. I wasn't uncomfortable at all! No pain! I let her know I like my nails straight & narrow (I just can't stand super thick/odd shaped nails). They came out PERFECTLY! One of the best set of nails I've had in a long time. Got the callous treatment on my feet & now their baby-butt soft. Found my new salon! read more

Picked this location as it was on the way home from work. The location in in a small strip mall bear a dollar store, which made it a little iffy, but it was all ok. Very happy with the results. Lulu was very sweet. Rest of staff was friendly. Location appeared clean. Even the clientele was chatty and friendly. Not the biggest selection of polish, but I found a happy color. Got a pedicure/manicure. Upgraded to the "european" pedicure, not sure what the difference was, but she did run some salt on my legs and feet. read more

I went here because i shop at the market next door and thought i would give it a try for my pedicure but was very disappointed by the work or shall i say lack of work done. The woman who worked on me was an older lady who seemed to not have much skill at all as a nail tech. As a former nail girl i ended up doing my own nails there and teaching her how it shold be done. I tried as hard as i could to be polite out of respect of her being an older lady but after she had me pay, she showed me her true colors because she became very rude and abrupt asking me to hurry up because she had to go home. The manager was there, some Asian guy and he saw the whole thing but made no apologies nor showed any concerns. However was quick to accept my money. This was one of the worst nail salons i have ever been ugh. I suggest going to Heavenly Nails down the street if you want a great job. read more

Son (Shawn) is the best!! I can't go to anyone but him. I live in San Diego and my mom lives in Hemet and I make sure to coordinate my nail appointments so I can get them done by him when I visit my mom. My mom also gets them done there and has been going there for like 10+ years and she gets them done by Lam. Deena is also wonderful. I recommend this place for sure. read more

Bare minimum was provided. I got the basic mani pedi and honestly, I should've just bought a bottle of Essie polish and cuticle cutter and would've done a better job myself and saved a few bucks. I think she spent a total of 1 minute on my cuticles and another one on my callouses. I know it was a basic but at least get the dead skin off my hands and feet, please. I will said the foot and hand rubs were great which is why I'm giving two stars. My friend got a gel mani and basic pedi and she agreed with me. This is such a wonderful nail salon. They have an extensive manicure & pedicure menu - but definitely not overwhelming. They do everything from acrylic, gel, pink & white, foil extensions and more. They do waxing as well. They have awesome pedicure chairs that really massage great! They have a huge flat screen tv if someone wants to watch a show, but usually they have relaxing spa music playing. They offer several pedicure "packages" that are very reasonable. I always get the deluxe pedicure and it includes everything. Scrubs, masks, callous remover and much more. The mask leaves your feet tingling in a good way for a long time after you leave. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. This is my favorite nail salon ever. I highly recommend it. read more

Horrible service. I called ahead to make sure they were open. I drove all the way down from San Jacinto and was told no one was here anymore. I'm Vietnamese and could understand what they were saying and basically they lied, wasted my time, and didn't care to do anything about it. Really poor service. I have done waxing from here. The lady was unprofessional. Her wax pot and post wax lotion was empty she was just managing from it. The bed sheet was dirty. She charged 50 bucks for legs waxing for dirty job. At the end when I ask for receipt she just cut the paper from diary and wrote 50 dollars for waxing. Poor poor poor service. If u wanna irritate and waste your money, time you can go to this place. Pathetic wax service. read more

I went for a polish change on a rainy day. I had a fingernail that was torn off and regrowing, but tender to touch. Timmy worked around it and very gently polished the nail. I was running behind and my polish was changed, dry, and beautiful in minutes. Timmy and the rest of the staff there are fantastic. read more

This place is trash no joke!! I went in for a full set and "Lam" the "owner of the salon" was a total jerk to me. He did such a horrible job. He did my nails in 10 minutes because he was in a hurry. He could've just said to make an appointment or return later. When I told him that my nails were uneven, had smudges and air bubbles he got mad. He put about 4 coats of polish on my acrylics. Then the lady "Helen" stated that I was picky. Helen and Lam behaved so vulgar with no class what so ever. I video recorded them yelling at me in front of their elderly clients. They embarrassed themselves not me. They discriminate and seem to target that elderly because that's all I saw in there. The elderly tip very well and because they know that is why they are all over them and because they won't notice their shitty work. Also Helen yelled at me over and over that they don't need my $20 dollars but yet they sent a girl to practically beg me to pay and because I have manners and class I paid them their $20.50. I just wanted a clean set since I moved from San Diego to hemet temporarily and needed to find a salon. I'm used to paying $40+ for nails and never ever had a quality problem. I was amazed by how low cost nails are here in hemet but worst mistake of my life was stepping foot in U.S. nails. Realistically they are a joke and I feel bad that their clients settle for crap and the rest are not attention to detail at least a tiny bit. read more

I came to this place thanx to the Yelp reviews....and I regret coming....I asked for short almond shaped nails......Lam cut them first before shaping them....making it impossible shaping the nails to desired shape.....not to mention...filed down my skin...Several times!!! I ended up with small squared nails....not even straight.....Im very dissapointed.....not to mention that they didnt even sanitize their files.....they keep using the same files until they go thru it.....think about it twice.... read more

Went to U S Nails this afternoon. Got a full set put on. Helen did a fantastic job!!!! I had been going to another place in Hemet. And they had really messed up my nails. So I waited for about 6 months for my nails to heal. I finally went down to U S Nails. Very impressed with the job Helen did. They are all very sweet that work in the shop. Very CLEAN!!! I definitely will be making an appointment to go back and have my fill done. I did not make an appointment when I went today. They were pretty busy.
